Collin is something of an introvert these days, spending much of his time indoors. He is largely reserved and infrequently speaks to strangers. His friends find him to be a bit more sociable, but he still holds a lot back. Alice, on the other hand is much more outgoing. She's utilized the anonymous nature of the internet to explore her gender and sexual identity, discovering a streak of promiscuity that had previously gone unnoticed. She is, however, very sensitive, and small things can make her retreat from social interactions, if she's unable to get over them quickly. Collin now actively suppresses his female persona, believing that it's wrong and unnatural to feel the way he does.

History

Collin grew up in a relatively normal suburban existence with his father, mother, and older sister. As he came into adolescence, he began experimenting with his sister's clothes and makeup and found that he really enjoyed the idea of being a girl. He spent his teen years secretly fleshing out his female persona over the internet, funded by small-time summer jobs. However comfortable he felt as Alice, though, he couldn't quite shake a vague sense of shame, causing Collin to withdraw from his social life. He was already planning to wipe away Alice's existence, when his parents discovered one of her online profiles. Both of them were shocked and disgusted. Collin was repentant and relinquished all of his makeup, wigs, and dresses to his father who burned everything in the backyard. After hearing about this, his sister - now 19 and living on her own - contacted him and offered to take him in. Collin refused her support, however, believing in his father's promise to fix him.

Collin attended months of therapy, where he admitted that what he had done was wrong. His therapist suggested sending him to a camp designed to correct such proclivities, and wanting help, Collin agreed to attend.​

Personality : Evelyn is a pretty quiet person. She tends to keep to herself but once she gets close to someone and she can fully trust them she’s very warm and sweet and tends to put others first.


Bio: Evelyn comes from a rich family where appearances are everything. So when she came out to her family the laughed it of saying she was trying to be rebellious and get back at them for a stupid reason. This made her feel a bit hurt but from them it was expected. After that they pretty much left her alone until she got caught kissing another girl at school and it was told to basically everyone they saw as important. Then she was taken to counseling and church even to the hospital at one point. Her mom told her that she was just sick and needed to get better. The camp is the last resort and Evelyn already decided until she graduates its best to just act straight.

At a first glance Arne is somewhat too active, quite careless and can be anoying person to... Anyone. Sometime he acts impulsively just based on anything that crossed his mind. Brief Bio


Arne's parents always went abroad, often leaving him behind, so they almost can say that the one who had taken care of him are hisgrandmother. Grandma always said that love has no bound, and Arne really took her words to heart. Arne could proudly say that he had no regrets being puched, mocked and sneered because he had confessed to few guys (and girls who said they were out of his league).


But last month when the news of him came out finally (Arne's not surprise that it took a long 3 years) reached his parents's ears, they suddenly came back and threw angry rants toward him, calling his sexuality an 'inappropriate moral' (and making faces that made Arne want to record and post them as meme). The next thing he knew Arne were shipped to the Straight Camp (in which he's itching to "bend").

Personality:A quiet guy who's skeptical and cynical, sounds awesome doesn't it? When you're Ren it is, mildly self centered on the outside and rude he's not one for socializing. But not many people out here are. His interests include mocking people silently in his head, reading, and sleeping. Despite this apathetic personality beyond it he's simply awkward and has trouble talking normally without worrying that he's insulted them. So he keeps quiet, observing people who enjoy talking and friends. In fits of un-characteristic and hilarious "rage" hes often comically proclaimed that he hates everyone. These take place in his head or when he talks to himself when he's alone. He's often bitter towards manly or "sparkly" people (people who are happy and peppy), because they mistake him for things he isn't, such as someone who actually wants their company. But when he gets a true friend, despite their initial attitude or personality he acts like a good advice machine and is often there to say "I told you so". But since this doesn't happen often, (when it does, they get annoyed) he rarely displays his big brother side anymore.

He didn't know that Ren was actually homosexual, and it backfired terribly spreading throughout the school and lowering his self esteem and damaging his personality. Socially, his family was ousted and his parents, ashamed and unhappy about their damaged reputation they sent him off to straight camp in America, and making sure that everyone in their neighborhood knew.

Personality: Max has bipolar disorder, most of the time he's friendly and optimistic but there are times when he's sarcastic, pessimistic and plain out rude.

Personality: Tom is a very aggressive boy with a superiority complex. Ever sense he was young he has always been mean, and doesn't like people he classify's as "wussies".


Brief bio (at least 2 paragraphs) : Tom Sterling was always a normal kid, he had friends, went to school, did the normal thing. But at night, he was an avid porn viewer. He was into all sorts of weird stuff, but it was always straight porn. Tom always cleared his history however, and wasn't getting caught any time soon. One day when he thought he had the house all to himself he started his regular schedule. But, something went wrong, he downloaded a virus, oh no! The virus in mind filled his computer with interracial gay porn (and they weren't girls), and when his highly conservative parents found out they were convinced the devil had warped his mind. Rather then listen to him, they sent him off to what Tom dubbed. "Gay Camp".


Tom had then attempted to run away, but his dad stopped him, with a shotgun pointed at his face, he said to him, "Now boy, you're goin to camp or we're gonnah go skeet shootin and this shotgun will accidently blow yer fuckin face off, okay ya fuckin I'm uncultured." By now Tom was in tears, and scared that his fathers pipegun might go off in his face like the gay porn which infested his computer. So, Tom had no choice, and he packed his bags, which his parents checked for sexual paraphernalia, and was off to "Gay Camp." Before he was sent off, it turned out his friend Erwin was going along with him, and so the two went together as a pair.

Personality: Erwin is a conservative-minded individual who holds traditional Christian religious viewpoints, as well as all the assorted prejudice feelings that can come attached. He doesn't particularly feel comfortable in his current predicament, but at least he has his old pal to see this through with; Tom Johnson.


Brief bio (at least 2 paragraphs): Erwin Jayfold is a good old boy from a rural community in the region. He has always happily adhered to all the religious expectations of his parents. However, his relationship with his father began to strain as he went out and started partying and getting into trouble, and his father also began to disapprove of his indulgences in various substances, although he never really got addicted to any of it. Another thing that Erwin often did was ride his father's truck, and sometimes the ATV around good terrain that was often located on private grounds, which landed him in legal trouble and started incurring numerous fines on his family, all of which had to be paid for by his father, since he was the only person in the house working a full-time job.


When Erwin's best friend Tom Johnson was discovered to be a "homosexual" and his parents sent him to a conversion camp, Erwin's father didn't like him to the extent that he simply decided to throw him in for the trip. "So, your buddy Tommy is one of them homosexuals? You's must be one of them too, then- so better tag along with him. Maybe get out of my hair for awhile."


He knows that his father doesn't actually think he's a homosexual, but he was forced to attend nonetheless. His father probably thought it was hilarious.

  Nari is a very sassy person. She without a doubt, isn't afraid to voice her opinion about what she thinks whether you care or not. She often voices her opinions usually with no consideration or sensibilities of the person she's talking about or to. It's not her fault the truth hurts, it's just your fault for being so annoying in her opinion. Nari is also, argumentative. She often can't keep her mouth shut in arguments which makes her the worst person to get into a argument with. As, she wants the last word and will do anything to get the last word. Because, of Nari being sassy or argumentative she often doesn't have any friends at all. Since, she usually scares them off with her openly expressing her opinions about anything and everything.
  
  
  Despite this, Nari is actually a kind person. She just doesn't show it at all, though if you pick up on the small things she does for you or says. You may be able to tell if she cares for you, though like said before she doesn't really have friends which means not many people see this side of her. It's no surprise that Nari is Independent. Often, being left alone she learned to enjoy her own company and depend on herself and do things her own way and only her way. The 16 year-old is also a bit narrow-minded. When Nari believes in something, she believes in it hard and won't ever stop believing in it. No matter how much you may convince her, she won't listen to you and keep believing in what she thinks.

  Nari was born into a rich family, that believed that being wealthy was the only way you were suppose to be successful. And, if you weren't wealthy then you weren't worth any of the Gim's time. Everything in the Gim's family was suppose to be perfect, you weren't aloud to hang with anyone who wasn't wealthy. You weren't aloud to date anyone you wanted, since you already had a marriage arranged for you when you turned 18.
  
  
  In Nari's family you also weren't aloud to be anything outside of Heterosexual. If you were, you would be instantly frowned upon in the family and would of course put the family's reputation in danger for raising a non-heterosexual child. But, since Nari was a follower at first she became everything her parent's wanted to be. In her gut, she knew this wasn't what she wanted. She knew she didn't want to be married to a guy she wouldn't even love, she knew for a fact from when she turned 15 that she wouldn't always like guys forever and ever like her parents wanted.
  
  
  So, when Nari found out she in fact wasn't heterosexual and didn't only like boys but also girls. She decided to turn to her older sister, who was more understanding than her other siblings. The look on Nari's sister face was a look of disgust and disappointment of her sister. Instead, of keeping a secret of Nari being bisexual. Nari's older sister had told her parents which also gave Nari a look of disgust and disappointment yet it was a 100% worse than her sister. Not wanting to deal with their child for now, they had sent Nari to " Straight Camp " in hopes to smack some sense into their child's head

Name: Shouma Shinonome

Personality: Shouma is a calm and quiet person. He enjoys playing mind games with others, asking them questions before reading their reaction to see if their answer is true or false, even if they do not verbally reply. Michael Bradshaw interests him, as a "successful" convert, he wants to see if he really has converted or is the therapy and his Father suppressing his true feelings. He rarely engages with the people he is studying, allowing others to do so in his stead, often hiding behind reading a book. Apart from his hobby of finding out about a person's true nature, he enjoys chess and Sudoku, frequently doing that in his spare time. He is extremely resistant to the camp, enjoying making Randal's life difficult, calling him the "Bradshaw Bakayoro", calling him a stupid bastard in Japanese. He also has a Diary which he writes in Japanese so if it is discovered almost no-one else can read it.


Brief bio (at least 2 paragraphs): Shouma was born to an accountant and a physicist in Tokyo. His accountant Mother died giving birth to Shouma, all he has of her is a photograph. His Father moved to New York when Shouma was 4 as he had been transferred there by his company. It took Shouma 6 months to become understandable in English, and he felt ostracized in this odd new place, far away from home. His father suffered a mental breakdown when Shouma was 7, the authorities placing him in care. He was adopted by a Conservative Catholic family who had a girl who was 12 at the time, but wanted more children, the doctors saying the Mother couldn't risk childbirth again due to her first labor having nearly killed her. They decided against changing his last name, as there would be a clash between the eastern and western names. Even in his new family, Shouma felt out of place. He was a Shinto Buddhist, however he had been forced to become a Catholic, upsetting him. He started getting feelings towards his classmates when he was 15, 3 years after he started studying Psychology. He fell hard his friend, after 6 months of unrequited love he confessed to him and was rejected. His parents found out and became extremely strict, using corporal punishment on Shouma. He rebelled in secret, living a double life of being a model student at home, going to gay nightclubs when he was out on the street. He was discovered at 18 when his parents came home early from a evening out, with Shouma and another friend from his University making out on the sofa, about to go to third base, as it were. His parents were horrified and immediately sent Shouma to Randal Bradshaw's Conversion Camp.

Ash lived with his mother and father for list of his life until his father left him with his crazy mother to stay with a woman next door. His mom beats him and his a crazy alcoholic he has no control. He has anger issues and will get mad when something doesn't go his way.


He is very manipulative in some ways but can be very loving when he wants to be. Ash is protective. He used to do lots of drugs in the best which caused him to suffer from anger issues and depression. Ash loves to read and be alone listening to Nirvana.

Personality/Bio:


Art doesn't mind that people don't understand him. They never have and he has always felt like the odd one out. He didn't have anything in common with boys his age (except for working out), or with girls (except for skirts and makeup), so in middle school he started to adopted an identity somewhere in between. Somewhere just for him. Someplace that was cool with him pumping iron in makeup. And it was awesome...or it would have been had he not been going to Catholic School. He was kicked out for fighting and breaking dress code, although he had been defending himself AND wearing a skirt that was TOTALLY part of the uniform...for girls. His parents were scolded by the Head Master and told that they needed to get their SON under control or he would be in Hell before they knew it.


After, he was forced to go to confession, attend church and go to Christian Counselling despite being an athiest. During this time the priest became a predator, abusing him sexually in order to turn him against homosexuality...or something messed up like that. He told his parents after the first time but they didn't believe him, his father beat him, his mother cried, and they made him continue to attend. He was abused for years by this priest, who was supposed to be helping him. In this time, he worked out, and when he was 15 he beat the Priest with a candlestick until he went unconscious. Before running away Art, always an artist, tagged the church with the phrase "this IS hell". He was on the run for a month before he was caught and arrested for vandalism and assault. He was stuck in Juvenile Hall for the next two years, where he met lots of nice young men who thought he was rather pretty. He was in constant trouble for fighting and performing sexual acts. When time came for him to be released his parents agreed to accept him back on one condition...that he attend a Chrisitan Straight Camp. He agreed reluctantly, just wanting to leave the institution. He is terrified that this counselling will be exactly like before, but now he is ready to fight.

Personality: Spencer can be very quiet, and doesn't tend to speak unless she's spoken to. When it comes to speaking about her parents her walls instantly go up and she doesn't talk about them at all. She is very kind and loving when she wants to be and also has a romantic side to her.


Biography: Spencer's mother is an Ambassador for England. Which means she has an Enlish accent. She grew up in many different countries and had many different homes. She always had to put on a fake smile and pretend to be the happy family she knew her family was not.


Her mother only ever saw her at political events or at galas, and even then she was just for show. Her father was a whole different story. He was a drunk, a cheat, and abusive. He never once hit her mother, but when it came to hitting Spencer it was every other night. When she came out as gay to her parents everything got worse. Her dad started hitting her more, her mother would never look at her, not even for political events, and she stated that it was just a phase.


When it became evident that it wasn't a phase her mother sent her here to this camp hoping to change her.
