Very well! This is the character sign up example sheet! I will create a simple character sheet of the one i will interpret to the best of my capabilities, General Grievous, as an example. Or just put a lot of text to explain what to put there. Or do an awkward combinaison of the two. DON'T JUDGE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE D:
Important note: Earlier, we talked about rules. Here are the rules for characters in this roleplay. Yes, you may be just about anything, Jedis included. However, if you do choose to be a jedi, make sure that you have a very good excuse for Grievous not to tear your head off. He may be hunted down by the Empire, his hatred for them has not begone yet. If you wish to be a sith, please contact me or another moderator beforehand.
Character Name: The name of your character. Self explanatory
Profession: If applies. If no profession, you may put a hobby instead, or a quick description of what the character does to pass the time or gain a living.
Abilities: (If you have force power, this is where you should stick them. If you have gadjets like a jetpack or special items that make you capable of uncommon things, this is where you should put them. If you have both, you might want to ask us first. If you have special racial abilities, it is also here that you should put them.)
Physical Description: This is where you should give a very, very detailed description of your character. Those are very welcome. They may also come with a picture for visual support. You may also only put a picture, but those are less welcome if they do not have a heavy description that notes the differences between the picture and the reality of your character.
Tools and Weapons: This is where you should put your weapons and your general tools that you own. To note, these tools should be all of your tools, not the ones that you wear on yourself generally. These should be in your physical description. Aswell as your weapons, but you may repeat them here. If you own more than what you carry, you may be required to emote taking them with you before going into any sort of action for you to be able to use them, otherwise it may be counted as God modding, which is not allowed in roleplay and may result in a ban.
Vehicles: This category should not be filled unless you absolutely need your own, personnel transport to move around the galaxy. To note that this is to avoid the party from splitting up too often when unnesseceary. Character meet ups and or introduction should happen on a planet, in a prison, or any other kind of crazy meet up place that you may have discussed with me or another moderator.
Personality: This should be a very small description, a general overview of who they are. To note that it should only include basic information, such as anomalies or general behavior that's uncommon. You may also leave this part completely blank, if you wish to give us a surprise as to how your character feels and handles themselves around.
Background: Ah, the good stuff! You may choose to give only a small background, such as where they were born, and nothing else, or to give a detailed, emotion-filled story for us to enjoy. The advantage of a light background is that it gives more surprise to unbox through character interactions, which is good. But if you feel like you need to write everything down before you forget about it, it's fine too! You may also want to put a massive SPOILER on top of the background to make sure that nobody spoils themselves character interaction moments! They can be quite good and are very constructive!
Final note: Ah, a final rule! Concerning characters once more. If you wish to roleplay a character from the movies or the star wars universe, you can! However, to do so you require to fill in a few conditions:
You need to show your knowledge of that character. It should be good and deep. You should be able to replicate to your best their actual actions if they were put in this roleplay, and the random situations that they may find themselves in.
You need a certain skills of roleplaying. Perhaps that you know that character inside out like the back of your hand. But you may be judged incapable of properly simulating that character. This is why knowing how to roleplay matters. Because if you can't, then you won't be able to impersonate your favorite character. But it's generally a good idea to be a good roleplayer even if you do not want to impersonate a character from the movies or that you didn't make yourself.
Finally, the character needs to be alive during the time period this takes place. No, you cannot use Luke Skywalker. Right now he is a newborn baby. No, you cannot use Ki-Adi-Mundi, he died in episode 3. Same thing with Plo Koon.
However, you may take any character that we have not seen dying directly on screen, from the 2D clone wars of 2003 to Revenge of the Sith. This includes Shaak Ti. There was a deleted scene from Revenge of the Sith in which we see her being killed by Grievous, however, since it was a deleted scene, we do not count it as Canon, and so, you may roleplay her, or any other Jedi or person that you may wish to roleplay if you provide the proofs that they are not dead.
Now, to know if you are accepted or not, me and or another moderator must confirm to you that you are accepted, on this chat. If you see that you have not been replied to or that you have been denied, you may not participate in the roleplay.
With that, happy roleplaying!
