A restless soul
Makoto was watching the sky, waiting for the rain to completely dissipate, however it seemed to have grown slightly stronger once again so he was once again stuck with waiting it to calm down again, 'Again. That crappy weather man needs to get the hell out of town and get hit by lightning. He made a huge mistake with his forecast.' He mentally told himself. Feeling rather uncomfortable from the humidity brought upon by the shifty weather, he decided to remove his hoodie, taking hold of the hem and pulling it over his head, revealing a sliver of his stomach when his shirt hiked up a little before he managed to get it off him.
From the corner of his eye, he had caught the raven looking at him, his face lighting up with color. He raised an eyebrow at him with a slightly incredulous expression but he shook it off in favor of a lazy grin on his face. "Thanks, but I wouldn't say that much. Wouldn't it be too absurd if I could knock out a gang of men on my own? Really, I just managed to land a few good punches and get off lucky." He shrugged with one shoulder, downplaying his efforts as he placed his hoodie inside his bag. He stretched his arms, tilting his body side to side before he placed them on the small of his back in order to stretch his spine. He then shook his hands to relieve some tension on them.
The pouring rain brought the feeling of drowsiness to Makoto. He ran his hand through his hair again, as he rubbed his eyes with his other hand before he let both slide down his face, a mixture of emotions playing out on his eyes before he willed them away. By now, the sky was a mix of different shades of blues and purples, the sun no longer to be seen as stars was carelessly scattered along the dark canvas. Overall, he was feeling tired, hungry and mildly annoyed by how everything was playing out, 'I was promised dinner, then brought here against my better judgment by some weird alleyway and now, I'm stuck under an awning to wait out the rain. This was not exactly something I have in mind for tonight.' He thought to himself, his teal eyes turning darker.
He was snapped out of his thoughts when Lucius spoke. He shifted his gaze to him, blinking twice at his offer before softly breathing out, "As much as going inside somewhere sounds tempting, I'm not all that familiar with the layout of this place nor do I have an umbrella, since I turned down the shrine lady's offer earlier." He gestured to the rain, "Well, I suppose I could make a run for it, though. So where do you suggest we go?" He slightly tilted his head, "I'm not passing out anytime soon, so you don't have to worry with dragging my sorry ass anywhere." He put on a lopsided smile. "It'll take more than a little rain to take me down."
