Darron quickly took out his phone and recited the current coordinates as he said,"Please come to this exact spot that I listed." He then sat down on the ground and awaited a response.

"Ok I'll go talk to him will you come back in say 5 minutes that should be enough time for me to talk to him" Amare stood up and started off back towards Darron he stopped for just a moment and eyed Niko "you should probably put your shirt back on just saying" Amare then took off at a run not waiting for a reply "come on Scott and Pounce I'll race ya!" He then ran off already starting to lose to both much faster animals.


Pretty soon Amare got to Darron having badly lost to both animals. "any luck with the phone Darron" Amare asked really hoping the answer would be yes.

Niko smirked. She dumped the fruit into a leaf filled hole and put her shirt on. Sol was asleep on her shoulder and Niko began to wait

"Hey Darron what's up with you and Niko?"

Darron sighed as he muted his mic and said,"I got a hold of Eddie...I just need to hope that Amado is okay back at the ship." He then sighed as he put the phone back to his ear.

Just Then the spirit Voyager came into view massive and rather intimidating on the bow we could see Eddie and Tallahu. The voyager hovered at the beach front and a set of stairs came down Eddie and Tallahu came down to us. They began explaining that everything that just happened was set up to test us and our spirit animals. we were never in too much danger and the VTOL was never actually shot just set up to look like it was. Eddie continued"however this also needed to happen to prepare you for something that could happen as a pair with a spirit animal you need to be prepared for anything this is a dangerous world and paired with a animal you are some of the best at surviving these situation you've showed remarkable talent so far But you still need to be officially paired with just one animal. So take some time talk it out with your animals and see if they are willing to live this life style. Also Darron your stallion should be arriving." just then the VTOL came back and a excited stallion jumps out the back.

Darron quickly dropped the SAT phone and ran up to hug Amado. He then let out a sigh of relief, but suddenly looked at Amado and said,"Do you think you could live this life?" Amado then nodded in agreement, but when he asked Dona she simply said,"Darling, I can't fight nor can I stand to live like that." He then rubbed Amado on his head as he said,"I think we have a winner!"

Amare turned to Pounce and and Scott. "So do either of you have objections to this lifestyle?"


Pounce looked up at Amare " I thank you for all you have done for me but there is to much fear and noise I could never be the true stalker I want to be if I did this I would like to go back to my Mothers tree and hunt and roam free there.goodbye." Pounce gave a snarl and ran off Amare stood stunned "he just talked totally normal....." Amare's jaw dropped. he shook it off and looked to Scott he kneeled and gave Scott a hug. "I could do this this is much better then what I was doing before I could use a little excitment" scott said enthusiastically.


 
Eddie nodded in agrement to both's decison "very well there is only one more thing to do please follow me onto the voyager. Mahhh" Eddie made a very sudden goat noise and bucked his head as though he had horns. "sorry about that come along" he said as he walked onto the voyager Tallahu tailed us to make sure there were no stragglers.


Amare picked up Scott and put him over his shoulders and started to follow Eddie.

Darron hopped onto Amado's back, normally the large horse would have bucked him off like a raging bull for suddenly hopping on like that, but he would excuse it. Amado then slowly followed behind Amare a Eddie.

 

[Calibutcher]

Eddie lead the way to the heart of the ship. They eventually ended up in a circle room with Several strange looking markers or symbols on the floor Upon looking at them closer Amare realized they were not that strange really just upside down to him they were symbols of people and the symbols for animals were shifting ever changing Amare put Scott down and Scott walked onto one of the shifting symbols it shifted into a fox symbol. Amare stood on the person symbol.


"you got the right idea Amare got on the proper spots the ceremony will begin soon."

Darron got off of Amado's back and followed Eddie's orders by standing on a spot that became a human shape and Amado puting a hoof on a spot that soon became a horse.

 

[Calibutcher]

Eddie began Chanting something as he stood behind a important looking panel. The symbols we stood on began glowing.Tallahu gently butted him "quit the dramatics and get on with it"


"fine" Eddie replied "The moment you've worked so hard for is here you will now be officially linked to your animal and will officially be spirit animal paired You will gain some of each others abilities and some of each others weakness prepare your self it's quite a shock. And will take some getting used too. Begin the pairing process!" Tallahu reared up and stomped down his front hoof on a panel on the ground just as Eddie pushed a button there was a flash and the sound of something powering up.


Amare looked down and realized he was floating so was Scott they were floating towards each other and it was getting bright to bright he closed his eyes and that was the last thing he remembered. He woke up on the ground holding Scott who was also waking up he was groggy and his head hurt and he could hear a voice in his head also he could smell something horse he could smell horse and fox and goat but really vividly it had definition almost he could distinguish the smells also his hair felt funny he brushed his hand through his hair and some gray fox hair came off his head. "what the... Oh man what happened to us He stood up Scott did too. WHOA! Scott said but not out loud it was in Amare's mind. Whoa he said back then at the same time they said your in my head! Amare sat down reeling from all this.

 

[Isune]

Darron got up, a bit dazed at first, but could hear every little footstep in the ship. He then rubbed the back of his head to feel that his hair was now a bit straighter and very closely resembled a horse's mane. He then sighed as he asked,"This is cool and all, but how do we change back."

 

[Calibutcher]

Eddie Walked toward Darron and Amado to begin assessing there shared abilities and help coach them through getting to normalcy While Tallahu came to Amare and Scott to do the same. The message for both was generally the same. It would all be different now almost everything between you two is shared you've both gained things from each other some good some rather inconvenient. But it is done here so it can be taught to be controlled and used to your advantage. There is much to learn but it can be done as you learn to work together. Eddie and Tallahu went on to explain that the more serious pyshical changes will fade with time but most of the actual abilities will stay.

Darron and Amado bith nodded at the response they were given. Darron then looked over to Amado and jokingly asked,"So can I start riding you normally?" The large stallion smiled at Darron and said,"That aspect of me hasn't changed." He then nudged Darron with his head as Darron sighed and began to pat Amado on the head.

Amare hugged Scott "im glad you have really fuzzy fur but i'm glad it's not staying on my head"


Amare turned to Eddie "so what do we do now"


Eddie smiled "that is what you will have to figure out You could become a spirit Walker or get a regular job or find something else to do ultimately that's up to you to figure out now."


Amare walked over to Darron and Amado "any ideas what we could do now?"

Both Darron and Amado shook their heads until Darron said,"I think the best thing we can do at this moment is to go back home and take it easy


You're both welcome to crash at my place for the time being."

 

[Calibutcher]

" I think your right this IS gonna take some getting use too, Ya i'd be cool with going to your place lets do that"

 

[Isune]

Darron nodded and said,"Alright let's go to your temporary home." Amado looked down at the fox and joked,"Stay off of my back, if you don't mind me saying so. It's just a personal preference that I have. Well, that is if you can even find a way on."

 

[Calibutcher]

"don't underestimate me i can jump pretty high"scott remarked eyeing the back of Amado


"well lets go" Amare said as he started walking to get off the ship he tripped a couple of steps later. Over his tail "how did I not notice that before? that's a little much the tail better go away I could never explain that away"

 

[Isune]

Amado gave the fox a quick glance before beginning to walk in front of him. Darron walked behind Amare and chuckled as he almost fell down the stairs. He then looked at himself a little and said,"Great, now I have a mane going down my back." He then smiled as he said,"Back to the private jet?"

 

[Calibutcher]

"well of course we got to ride in style you know" Amare flicked his fox tail "Ya still not use to that" he said nodding his head. Come on lets quite messing around and lets go. Scott laughed at Amare's tail and ran along through Amados legs and ahead of Amare.

 

[Isune]

Amado watched as the small fox scurried under him, but was mostly relieved that he didn't have to worry about that fox jumping onto his back. Both he and Darron returned to the jet and happily walked in as Darron took a seat and Amado sat on the ground, keeping a eye out for the fox.

 

[Calibutcher]

Amare got to the jet as well and handed the intercom device to Darron "Just tell the pilots where to go they'll take care of the rest."Amare went to sit down only to find his tail getting in the way he lifted it up then sat down "too weird" he muttered He got comfy and waited for take off. Meanwhile Scott was snooping around Amado trying not to be seen He just wanted to see if he could do it. He jumped from a chair to a table to the back of Amado. "wOOO" he yelled "gotcha!"
