Personality: alex almost seems almost seperted from the whole world at times, unable to fully connect with people since he spend most of his life in a lab. his only connections with a living being are his symbiote shiver, they both basically provide the perfect thing for the other, shiver the symbiote has a perticular dislike for hurting the innocents, since he feeds on adrenaline this presents kind of a problem. this is where alex comes in, born with a genetic condition that makes him produce too much adrenaline which causes him pains, rashes, bad blood flow and has on multiple occasions almost cause his death. shiver is amost the opposit of his quiet friend , he's always overactive jumping from one place to another, living all of his life in a lab after being born from another symbiote that was caught in the lab, he seems to have a strong interest in everything, especially shiny and bright things like street lights, car headlights , led light and as you can guess, fireworks.
Vices:
alex is easily overwhelmed and can be unable to make choices. his moral compass is strong yet can go a bit loose , he lost so many friends in the past that he cant even think about losing any more people, he can and will resort to things that no other person will go to to not lose anymore friends.
shiver is easily distracted, he is quick to action unlike his host and makes choices without thinking most of the time. he isnt dumb, he's just a little fast to the trigger.

Virtues:
alex has a great imagination, after all he spend most of his childhood in a lab, he had to have fun somehow, he is also very adaptable and can take a lot of pain.
shiver is a great comforter, aways there for everyone he deems a friend, out of the two he's definetly the one holding back so no one dies. he can also be relatively intertaining, he's a great listener, a loud one, but great non the less.

INDIVIDUALITY
Abilities: after being used a lab rat by a company that claimed to be pharmacutical company and being injected by a symbiote who will go on to become his closest friend , alex gained the basic powers of a symbiote bonded creature. in addition to those he gained the powers to make weapons out of his symbiote like sharp blade like arms and tentacles to grab and toss people. alex can also use his symbiote as spiderweb like whips to catch onto buildings and swing around new york as the feared night crawler , shiver.
in addition to that, shiver has the special ability to store kenetic energy inside of him making his color darker (can turn black if theres a lot of energy) he can release this energy making his hits much stronger.
Weaknesses: the regular symbiote weaknesses , loud highpitched noises, fire, intense heat. if seperated from each other , alex will start experiancing the symptoms from his genetic disorder again , these can lead to heart attacks in bad cases .

Universe Description: except a few geographical changes, the universe that alex and shiver live in are quite simular to earth 616. small changes can be seen here and there like the small advancements made in technology the earth looks pretty muchly the same. the big difference in this world is the heroes, they are much smaller in number ,, these heroes include moon knight , the x men, ghost rider, some guy in new jerey named "batman". the more cosmic level threats are taken care of by a superhero known as omega with a team of superheroes that for some reason include the batman, strange guy.
Spider Society?: unaware

Backstory: born to two regular parents and somehow hitting that one in a billion chance , alex was born with a genetic condition that made his produce adrenaline at an alarming rate, this was clear from his birth as his heat quickly went into overdrive seconds after he was born which put him on oxygen really quick, he spend most of his childhood in hospital rooms, from doctor to doctor, but no matter how many cures they tried nothing ever worked , until a company by the name of, new life organisation approached his parents promising something that will surely cure their child. he and around 20 people with multiple conditions were taken into a special "hospital", where they were all strapped into a hospital bed and given giant syringes of a strage fluid inserted into the spine. this treatment seemed to work but alex and the "patients" werent allowed to leave the hospital , more tests needed to be done , they were told. the daily parental visists became weekly , and one day the families of the patients woke up to find that the building they last saw their kids in was turned into a bank. at first there was outrage, they there were people standing outside of the building demanding answers, and finally there were families having to accept their kids were gone, put on the missing people's list.
the truth was, the tests were taken underground, far from the city of new york and into an underground holding prison in the country sides of california , quite a journey, they were transported by underground tunnels and heavily armored subways built by the new life org.
there , alex quickly realised the situation he was in, he was a lab rat, to test something, something he felt inside him, something alive, and it speaks to him.
alex started his contact with shiver much quicker than the rest of the people with their symbiotes, outstanding, his connection to the symbiote was unlike any the organisation ever had.
but the org wasnt just trying to help, it was all a lie, they werent making cures they were making super human weapons, producing symbiotes in labs and putting them in people to make more of what they called, o.k.l , organic killing machines.
the test that were run on the subjects were military training multiplied by a hundred, daily torture sessions to boost the endurance of their weapons, use of what should be lethal weapons on any normal human to punish anyone who steps out of line. alex was sure he saw atleast 6 people killed there, out of what should be around 20 to 30.
one day, the patients wouldnt take it anymore , a fight broke out between one of the gaurds and a man well known for having no control over his symbiote which resulted in an all out riot, in that day one of alex's only friends and a man he took as a father figure died protecting him , a man by the name of ben parker , brought back from the edge of death after being shot in the chest by a robber, that man's last words always remained in alex's head "you are not cursed, your two stick together and no one will ever hurt you, use your powers to help other, the misstreated, the hurt, with a great gift comes the power to use it for good" 5 people survived that day escaping into the surface, each taking their new way in life, alex decided to follow the words of the man he called uncle ben, a name he called him since he was a kid. that day he became shiver, he decided not to reconnect to his parents fearing for they're lives?

Looks: alex is an average high kid with a slimmer physique , he's around 5'9 and hs black hair and olive skin that leans to a brown color. he has a sharp jaw line and one sigular scar on his forhead that's on his head that happened before he became bonded with shiver which means, he cant really heal it as , its already shut , plus alex doest care about it. its already hidden by his hair that he brushes to the side. his hair is usually messy from swinging around the city and he has dark circles under his eyes even though he spends a good period of time sleeping while shiver does the driving.

Personality: Hunting Spider presents a version of Peter Parker that is colder, darker, and more serious than Spider Man Noir. He is macabre, unrelenting, brutal, drunken, and filled with the tainted wisdom of the eldritch truth. He loves bloodshed. It takes every fiber of his being to hold back from digging his blade into the flesh of the innocent because where he comes from, innocence is a forgotten relic of an age long since passed.

When he's not staving off the infected undead and killing powerful alien demigods, Hunting Spider spends his quality time alone with his thoughts. Rarely does he ever go where sane people gather, especially a place like the citadel. But desperate times call for desperate measures. Life for him is a constant struggle to maintain his own humanity as he deals with the plague in his universe. He has never felt more lonely since a lot of his former friends became monsters or died fighting them.

INDIVIDUALITY
Abilities: Besides his Spidey sense, super strength and wall crawling action, Hunting Spider can heal himself by drinking or injecting the good blood and produce quicksilver bullets from his own blood. He can't sling web like other spider people so he makes up for this with two grappling hooks that are built into devices he wears on his arms. He gains power from the blood of vanquished enemies and he can see things that are normally invisible to other people. He is also skilled with bladed weapons and firearms, as well as his fists. Moreover, Hunting Spider possesses the eldritch ability to perceive sorceries with his enhanced spider sense and invoke the stars to block opposing magics. This is what allowed him to resist the psychic brainwashing of the alien invaders.

Weapons:
Right hand 1: Hunter's sawblade, great for hacking flesh, possessed of two edges - one side is serrated and the other curves inward like a sickle. The blade can extend and be used like a sword.
Right hand 2: Tonitrus - a metal ball at the end of a baton, capable of generating an electric field.

Left hand 1: Hunter Blunderbuss - a classic hunter's firearm, the blunderbuss is a one-handed shotgun used for disrupting enemy attacks up close.
Left hand 2: A simple torch for lighting one's way.

Molotov cocktails: Can be thrown to set things on fire.

Weaknesses: The cursed utterings of the eldritch aliens beckon him deeper into the darkness of his nightmares. He has forgotten what things were like before when he could tell dreams from reality. He is restless often because there are few humans left in his universe. The first time Hunting Spider stepped foot in a peaceful world, he was overwhelmed by the bright and docile surroundings because it was hard to tell between a regular person and a hallucinatory nightmare monster. So he might have accidentally beat up some regular folks but the spider citadel got a hold of him in time to stop him from committing any serious crimes.

Universe Description: A desolate and rotten city landscape that was once beautiful and booming with life. Peter Parker's once bustling home was destroyed by a plague of sickness and alien infestation that took place slowly and overtime, out of sight from public eyes. This subtle takeover did not happen suddenly and manifested in campaigns of psychic warfare brought on by invisible lifeforms that aimed to pollute human minds and bend their wills to the new world order.

Behind the scenes, humans were led underground to alien breeding grounds, consumed as livestock and used to spread disease and transformation to the larger populace. By the time Peter Parker was bitten, it was too late. The sad reality of the hostile takeover was already in motion. This version of planet earth developed its own nightmare realms - where the souls of the doomed were cursed to wander forever in eternal madness, and dream realms - where the souls of the remaining heroes and villains with their minds intact learned of the true nature of their world's transformation and were given the choice to become the new hunters of beasts.

Spider Society?: Hunting Spider is a member of the spider society, but his relationship with them is rocky. He prefers to remain in his universe where he is free to hunt and kill and keep the plague at bay. The Spider Society offered to give him a place to stay, but he refused, much to their surprise.

Backstory: On the day Peter was bitten his life changed on a cosmic scale. Not only did his perspective change but so did the physical plane. It just happened that his spider bite gave him the ability to perceive the eldritch truth. To see what was approaching his planet. It was not that his own transformation had triggered the larger transformation of the world at large, rather it was already happening.

How could nobody else see what was taking over? Blood rained from the red sky. A gaping mouth opened up in the sky and from it strange creatures were falling to the earth as if being born suddenly from the full moon. These gargantuan aliens had already taken over Gotham - I mean New York. They flew through the sky and clung to the sides of buildings. And as Peter, terrified as he was, explored more of the new city, he found that some of these behemoths were centers of a fast spreading ailment turning men into beastly horrors.

It seemed Peter was the first person to gain the ability to see the world's true colors. Other heroes could only gradually see the changing of men to beasts. After the first few days, Hunting Spider learned that he was immortal. Not only that, but other heroes were too, as long as they held on to their humanity and didn't turn into beasts.

Costume: Spiderman with a Gothic twist. Traditional mask in place with the rest of the outfit stylized to be like a trenchcoat with eldritch flare. Sometimes wears a hood or hat, sometimes not. He likes to switch things up once in a while. Keeps the bad guys on their toes.
Looks: Hunting Spider is a spiffy dresser when he isn't spidering, and he looks like a proper Victorian gentleman. He is rough and tough, and handsome to boot.
