Off the top of my head, I can't think of any. You seem to have all the major spots of a crew filled.

Siren77 Wouldn't you need some sort of Security Chief in the event something dangerous happens? You know, in case of mutiny or stowaways or other hostile situations that require a little muscle or firepower. I'd be happy to fill that role if you'd be willing to allow me to. : )

Security? Dangerous? We’re pirates not a bunch of wussies! I believe I can handle any mutinies, as well as any stowaways that might come aboard my ship. I think we’ve got it covered there Bucko

Haha absolutely. And for the record, I’ve read many of books and watched many of movies about pirates where the captain has a first and second mate.

Hmm, I like the sound of it. You could be in charge of the weapons systems on the ship, as well as repairing and improving all the crews weapons.
