That state that matter and energy cannot be created or destroyed


Essentially it will mean he can cut through any thing


HE (not the wielder but only he himself)


Can also create matter and energy to a certain extent. These abilities are unable to alter "souls" but can wreak havoc on the physical form.

i dunno about that one.... you'd have to ask @DopeJackalope. but since nothing exists like that in the world of soul eater, then in my opinion no. but like i said, double check with DopeJackalope.

srry, mate. @DogInTheBox's Akuno hasuta is Kansaki's weapon. But there are quite a few Meisters without weapons *hint look at overview tab* so you can try asking any of the non-paired meisters.
