Hey that soul chain thing isn't OP or anything, but I'm not sure how one would make a physical chain out of soul energy nor do I think either of you would have the reserves to do so. If you want that, just add a chain to Bill's form!

And hit us up with that resonance form. You'll never know unless you ask

So basically, what I was thinking was that in his resonance form, he retains his anchor form and doesnt change that aspect at all. However, behind him a large floating pirate's wheel appears and constantly levitates behind Erik at the same distance. The wheel is actually a fan and depending on which way it rotates it either pulls in or pushes you away.

The pulling in part I hoped would replicate how Bill basically vacuums down food

With the Mark of Chaos Undivided as your weapon form I'm going to shit myself ;(
Can I then also assume that it pulls on Bill and his Wielder as well? Because that seems a bit unavoidable in combat.

Kasper really goes above and beyond with not giving a fuck (I think you meant to say that he WAS mesmerized, right?)

Yeah, if they can move unhindered through those winds it'd be OP, but if it locks them in place then I don't mind.
