Edit: Verified it's those three. I'd like to give them at least until I'm done with work tonight to at least comment on whether or not they'd like to post before I move things forward.

I watched the video :p. The emotion comes through with the way he speaks and the music just add's a completely new dimension.

I do actually have a sort of thunder based move that he could do that I thought of when the idea of Sebastian being his weapon came up, hopefully its actually viable and understandable with how I set up his 'Erratic Frequency' ability

Fair warning, while Elyn is capable of soul perception he can really only identify wavelength’s right now. No idea what his soul looks like, and others have kept it from him to keep him humble.

You may very well be right, most of the abilities seem to vary in more or less pointless ways that somehow make them unique. I don't really know.
