They're from an anime called Hataage! Kemono Michi. Some princess [the one who got suplexed] summoned him, a pro wrestler, to one of those Isekai-type worlds to have him kill demon beasts, but he really likes animals and beats the shit out of anyone who asks him to kill animals or calls him the "demon beast slayer". The other one is a vampire girl always trying to pick fights with him. It's honestly a pretty hilarious anime. I especially like that the dude uses wrestling moves to beat the shit out of people.
