I was thinking that Eggman wiped memories and minds and Mephiles regained his somehow. And to show Shadow he could be trusted he split him and Dark Shadow. So Mephiles is an ally now. If everyone ok with that.

hmm...I think that could work. Though considering that Silver had that dream of Mephiles killing Sonic I don't think he's gonna be 100 percent on board with having him as an ally. And also, what'll happen once we get to Soleanna since Mephiles is supposed to be the villain there? Will it be like a "You thought I turned good but SIKE *steals emeralds*" type of thing?

Quick correction but Rouge wouldn’t know who mephiles is right? Shadow we ended up excusing as “since mephiles took on his appearance they both have a connection” but besides that everyone else would probs either not know who he is or just assume that he’s just like a shadow clone or something

Do you mean normal as in canon to the timeline-wise? In that case I'm pretty sure nobody still would be able to remember the events of 06. Like from Silver's perspective he met Blaze during the events of Colors 3ds n'stuff like that. Plus with the way I've been rping Silver it's been under the assumption that he doesn't realize that the "dreams" he's been having are actually the events from 06.

I plan on changing the zombot saga. This time Shadow helped devolp it. The virus only spreads if the zombot lands an attack and by no other way. (Example: If Rouge attacks she fine if zombot attacks Rouge infected.) The virus can only spread in combat rather than at all times. Also Eggman made Shadow's immune system stronger so it takes 5 attacks before he's infected rather than the first one.
