Realistic or Modern Someone Is Watching

Everett's eyes narrow slightly and he tenses almost imperceptibly as he notices the girl, Asími, opened a small black box to reveal a handgun inside. Given that he figures she'll likely not use it if he doesn't show her any hostility he isn't majorly worried but he remains wary and on his guard, he didn't get as far as he did by being careless after all. As he was about to ask her if she remembered anything that had happened to bring her to this house a woman walked into the room, a woman he knew from his childhood. His eyes widening slightly he turns to face her, "Ava?". They'd been teenagers the last he'd seen her and, to be honest, she really hadn't grown much. Either way, her presence did calm him down slightly, though the practical side of him remained wary.

Asimi looked between the two, Everette and Ava, keeping the gun gripped tight in her hand just in case things took a turn for the worse. She didn't know where she was or who these people were, nor if there were any other people wandering around nearby.

"W-Why are we here? And where exactly Is here?" She almost whispered as she tried to get her voice under control. She hated being around people and being here made her feel like a pack of butterflies were trying to escape from her stomach by choking her.

Audrey examined both items carefully. She collected the butterfly knife and opened it slowly, making sure it wasn't damaged in any way. She pressed her thumb against the blade very lightly to check how sharp the item was. A knife and sewing kit. Now we're getting somewhere. She thought. Audrey then began examining the sewing kit. Analysing how many sewing needles it held, what type of strings and what materials were wapped around the spindles. Would I be able to use this for medical purposes? Whoever left this has to know something about me... Right?.. Audrey placed the sewing kit back inside the box, however she closed the knife and placed it in the front left pocket of her dirtied black jeans. Never know when ill need this. She stopped and closed her eyes again. The headache slowly going away. After a moment she winched her eyes, deep in contemplation. Audrey quickly crouched down and began searching the cabinets underneath the vanity for anything else useful. Survive, Audrey. Survive. The word repeated in her mind.

Artyom's ears caught a conversation below him, his head twisted towards the stairs and his heart began to pound as his mind finally began taking on the multiple possibilities of his situation. He slowly crept down the stairs which softly creeked as his feet touched the stairs. He heard a question, it was from a young female wanting to know why they were here and what this place was, this being an awkward moment Artyom decided to make his presence known... in his best english of course...

"Eellow?" He called down the hallway towards the other voices, maybe he was hearing things...maybe not either way his heart was beating so hard he thought it would jump out and make a run for it, "Is there person down hallway? If there is, I am not of harming...uhh..." Artyom's russian accent broke through more as his english began to fall apart bit by bit "Der'me der'mo! Eto plokhaya ideya...." he mumbled in his native tongue (Shit shit! This is a bad idea)

Half a liter of water. Perfect. Audrey knew what finding purified water ment. An amenity that had more uses than she could count. She stood once again, and took the small silver box from the counter and the water and hid them underneath the vanity. Taking off her denim dress shirt she placed the box with the sewing kit and the water and slid them to the back right corner of the cabinet to hide them, draping her shirt overtop. Better than nothing. Gotta keep this stuff safe and unknown. As she stood from hiding her items she heard what could almost be considered a voice. Disembodied as if far away or from within another setion of this strange building. Am I not alone? The thought scared her, but also jolted her curiosity.

*A soft moan of pain could be heard from outside, and soon, it turned into a scream of extreme agony and pain, the voice was the one of a man; He was crying, screaming, on the top of his lungs from pain. It was terrible to hear..* "AAHHH, OH GOD, GOD, HELP! HEEELP!"

Asimi jumped, forgetting all about the two people in the room with her as goosebumps raised on her arms.

"W-What was that?!" her breathing was heavy as she whirled around towards the large windows. She squinted her eyes at the darkness that covered everything outside.

@DarkDecember *As the girl squinted her eyes, she could see a man that was impaled by the chest on the top of the well, witch had on the roof a large and pointy pole metal pole.*

WARNING : GORE AHEAD

the_impalement_by_fallenangel1978.jpg

*The screams turned into cry, as the man kept sayng, now sobbing each now and then : "Please help, oh god help me! Help, god, help!" *

Everett breaks his attention off from Ava as he hears another voice seeming to have come from over by where he had seen the stairs earlier. As he turns to begin investigating this, fully intending to talk with Ava afterwards, the sound of a man sobbing and screaming outside enters his ears. He quickly strides to the windows only to see the impaled man. Quickly judging that he has neither the resources nor the inclination to help this man Everett simply disregards him, having grown used to such sights, and worse, due to his lifestyle. As such, he brings his attention back to the other person in the house, striding out of the room to see a black-haired man, presumably the owner of the voice, standing there. Everett doesn't say anything, merely sizing the other man up in case he has to fight. The side effect of this is that it looks similar to as if he were glaring coldly at the newcomer.

@Gradous13

*The man just woudent stop begging for help, but sonething started coming near the man... but wait... not one thing. But three hudge things. Upon closer examination, there were three wolves. Witch after studing theyr pray a bit.. started to attack him, the first, the alpha wolf, attacked the man with unbelivable force, instantly ripping one of his whole legs off. The aplha wolf, was aproximatly 1.30m tall and 1.80m long. It was a white beast with red eyes and full of muscles... the other two where black wolves witch where just a bit tinyer*

Asimi watched in horror at the sight outside. She tightened her grip on the gun in her hand. She took a step back, stumbling over the table yet again as she forced her wide eyes away from the sight. She quickly found a curtain and yanked it closed. She turned to look at the Girl in the room, She hasn't even noticed the man, Everett, had left to go investigate something.

"What's going on..." She mumbled as she looked out of the room and down the hall. She didn't know if she could trust these people but she did know that she would rather be around them inside then be alone to find out what would happen when the wolves finished with the man outside.

*The wolves heared the curtain closing. And they knew, that what moved meant it was food. So, they left the dead man alone, as they knew he wasnt going anywhere, and started to search a way in the house. The front door seemed theyr option, so the white beast started scratching on it. "Scratch" "Scratch". Nothing, so he decides to run up to it and starts to trow himself at the door to breack ot down.*

A surge of adrenaline ran through Audrey as the screams could be heard from anywhere inside the house. She quickly closed the cabinet and made a small scratch mark just beside the knob with the butterfly knife. In case I forget. She thought. She made her way out from the bathroom in a hurry and into the main lobby on the second floor. From the curved balcony Audrey squinted out into the darkness from the large bay windows trying to make out the mans figure. I cant just run out there! What if its a trap! Damnit Audrey youre an ACP... I have to do something, I should be doing something! She paced back and forth upstairs next to the balcony in hesitation. What would mom do? She began to sweat from nervousness.

Ava stared at the front door eyes widening slowly. Quietly she moved closer to the door, aiming to push up against it, "Everett....go find something to block the door with." She whispered meaning up against the wood.

Hearing the wolves and Ava's instructions Everett puts off dealing with the new man in favor of addressing the more immediate threat of the wolves. He looks around for a second before dragging the couch in the tv room in front of the door as a makeshift barricade. As he does this he notices and appropriates the axe for use against the wolves should any get in.

Audrey was brought out of her panic by the commotion downstairs. She could hear what sounded like two people speaking in a slightly quiet tone, as well as the incessant banging on the front door. She reached in her pocket and pulled the knife, opening it. She held it in her left hand as firmly as she could. Here goes nothing... She thought to herself. Her heart rate rose even higher. She made her way to the top of the stairs as quietly as she could. Watching below for the mysterious strangers. As she moved lower and lower on each step, she noticed a woman bracing the door with her body as another, a male, made his way to one of the couches sliding it towards the entrance in an attempt to create a barricade. Clearly im not the only one trying to survive. She watches the man grab the axe as she continues down the stairs. She would now be halfway down the steps, visible by the others should they look her way. However she did not make any noise to indicate her pressence. Merely watched in nervousness. Do i just go down there?..

The blood curtleing screams of a man came from outside the house which semt chills through Artyom's body, he payed no attention as he knew that what ever was outtjer dying could not affect him inside the building. Another man had heard his voice and looked at him with a cold stare, but Artyom simply looked back. Before he could say anything his attention was brought to loud scratching on the main door, the cold eyed man ran to the area of the front door and began barricading the front door.

Artyom immediately began to help as the scratching from the wolves had stopped for a brief moment only to return as heavy banging. Artyom quickly grabbed the couch tothe right and dragged in front of the other coucht that the otherman had slid in front. Unfortunately ther was no way to put leverage against the door with the couches, the only way was to use them as dead weight. "Eh, I think barricade will hold" Artyom said as he looked at the structural integrity of the front doorway,

"Doorway and wall are built solid, made oak, strong wood, like steel, need ram to break...wolves, they bang on door for past five minutes, they are big dog, any other door except steal would have broke down, they will get tired of us and leave....I hope at least" Seeing the man had found an ax Artyom went to the kitchen in hopes to find a suitable knife to defend himself with....

@Gradous13 *Unfortunatly he found only a little knife, still better than bare hands...*

*The wolves banged another copule of times before stopping.. you could hear them going away, its a relief, but suddenly... you hear something running, it was "The great white" charging for a window near the door. The wolf jumps in from the closed window, the glas shattered, but the wolf didnt got hit by any shards, after a second, the other two come in from the window*

Audrey watched as the third member of the group - a man of clear russian descent, with a thick accent and poor use of english - left the two by the front and entered another area of the house. Just as her attention shifted back to the two by the door, a massive white blur plunged through the window, shattering it into thousands of pieces. Before Audrey could react two more massive blurs of thick fur came inside. Audreys eyes opened wide. Wolves. Huge ones. She stood up and yelled at the strangers downstairs; "You three look out! They're inside!" Audrey rushed down the stairs to join them, butterfly knife in hand.

Without thinking Ava took the axe from Everett ignoring is protests as police mode slipped in due to her need to protect civilians. Her knuckles were white as they gripped the handle, "Everett, go and get that girl with the gun." So told the taller man swinging the axe at the beasts threateningly. One lunged and she was quick to meet if head on, if the dread locked woman was afraid she didn't show it through her cold stony expression. Blood splattered across the carped and the beast whimpered. However there were too many for her to fight alone.

Artyom found a knife with a five inch blad, not very big but it was most certainly better than nothing. The wolves had stopped banging and had seemed to have left, suddenly ther was a loud crash and the sound of glass breaking. A white wolf had broken through the window and was followed by the other two. One woman had told the other man to go grab a gun, just seconds later one of the wolves lunged at her but she dealt a precise blow with the ax.

Another had be eyeing her from behind and started its attack on her. Artyom charged with lightning like speed, knife in hand, straight for the wolf, "SPUSKAT'SYA!" he shouted at the woman as he tackled the beast before it could harm her. The knife was thrusted repeatedly into the wolves side in attempt to kill the beast. Artyom was only able to place five relatively decent thrusts but was knocked of by the same wolf....
