One of the stories I'm writing Is a modern fantasy, with many of the characters are based off of my friends. Some of the characters are guardian angels. Each guardian angel has the wings and personality of a different bird. Magpie, or Maggie, is a based off of a black-billed Magpie. She is great at stealing, sneaking, pickpocketing, etc. Her siblings Crow and Raven are so proud.


The actual story is pretty amusing, I think. This wood elf gets in trouble with her clan and is banished. The only way she can return is to successfully complete a year at a human school. Her roommate is a trigger-happy, pyromanic guardian angel. They become friends, and the elf becomes friends with her friends. The elf and the angel know that the other one isn't human, but their group of friends has no idea. Hilarity ensues when the angel's other non-human friends, Maggie and Sunny, decide to come rescue her. They steal a police car and show up at Prom.


The reason I think my character likes his character is because the characters are kinda based off of ourselves a little bit, and we're dating IRL now. When my friend found out that I role-play with my boyfriend, she drew her own conclusions.

That sounds utterly adorable. An hilarious. I can only imagine the levels of crazy those two can get up to even before you throw the others in the mix (especially with poor unsuspecting humans goodness)


And people are always gonna judge a fandom by its excentrics. Let her think what she wants about it. Personally I'm a hopeless romantic at heart so alot of my ocs do end up falling for someone or the other, but that doesnt really carry over to real life for me. And it most definately isnt just a dirty thing...like so many make it out to be...


we put so much time and love into these characters, and often we throw terrible situations at them so is it really so strange for us to wish for them to find happiness if the chance arises?

You find out later that the humans are other fantasy creatures, who have been raised to believe that they are normal humans. So, the group has the wood elf, the guardian angel, a kitsune, a centaur, a dragon, etc. It's very amusing.


Yeah, both are characters have had bad things happen, so they deserve something good. Especially now that his yandere is out of the way...

The story with the elf and angel is a story, not a roleplay, but I think it has potential to be a group roleplay. The other actual roleplay is over email, but I may see about posting it on here.
