Fantasy [Small Group] The Band of Adventurers!

Hey there, I've been really itching to do a smaller-scale RP with only a few people (3-5).

The idea I had in mind was a fairly generic one, a small group of adventurers (following the D&D Class system) going about their merry way with, you guessed it, adventure!

Now, this isn't a dice rp, as I would prefer to focus on the adventure and relationship building between other characters than the battles.

I had two separate ideas for the little band,

• A group of mercs have been hired to transport some "delicate" cargo.
  The delicate cargo could of course be a member of the royal family or simply some stolen goods in need to be transported to a separate city to be fenced.
  
• Treasure hunters, this party explores ancient caves and shipwrecks for the prospect of valuable loot. The direction this plot goes would leave it a more open for freedom, as the characters would be on their own schedule and able to stop in at towns.
  

(A quick side-note: this is going to be at least semi-literate. So a paragraph and up would be for the expected post-length but it's not going to be heavily enforced because sometimes an rp can get slow or writer's block strikes.)

I mentioned the use of D&D Class archetypes, and I guess I forgot to say that you can follow D&D's race guide or any character race of your choosing c:

It's a cool idea, I think with the treasure hunting you could really have some cool world building with an old ruin or enchant temple. I know you're full, I was just throwing in my opinion.

Haha, whoopsie daisies I totally forgot to actually make the rp or develop any lore whatsoever--


With the amount of interest I may make a second tab for another merry band of misfits, just I wouldn't respond as frequently if I do get around to doing that. What do you guys think?

I think having two groups is a good way to be more inclusive to more players, however, it might be difficult to manage both groups.


I was just about to say that I was totally interested in joining if you had the room.

By this point you probably regret making a thread for this, buuuuut honestly I love these kinds of RPs so count me in. If you're not fed up yet, that is.

I took way too long to make the thread because I procrastinate literally everything I do, so yeah-- I'll tag you guys and separate everyone into two different groups!
