Ok... Since both of your characters are literally on the year before they move up, if they are skilled enough they can move up early... So let me know if you want to move your characters up to the next bracket

Tomorrow maybe... We need more people, since the age groups will be divided. Also... Older group characters cannot pick your younger character. So if you have a character in the oldest and youngest group, so not pick your younger character as the one you take care of... This is to keep people role playing with others
