Personality: Colette is a friendly girl, who's main loves in life are just her art and music. She's never one to be a beast of burden, even if it means that things are a lot harder on herself. Sorry this took me so long to get up! I tried to get a really good character sheet made up to makeup for it.

Name: Ura TreDragoste

Age: 18

Species: Angelic Demon, Evlen mix; family: Dead

Special Abilities: Having no powers, she simply is able to use her wings that she was born with. Its odd really, that a creature could be birthed with wings, but hey, nature is nature and it does what it wants.

Personality: Ura is more of an alternative child, having grown up without her parents and with her Romanian family, where their sense of love is more of you get what you get and if you throw a fit I can throw a punch. Though her family is not quite that friendly, Ura is exceptionally kind, she only wishes to be herself- though that may be a bit too alternative for some.

History: Her parents having died right after she was born, Ura was sent to live with her uncle's whom all lived together in a complex for demonic angels. Her not fitting into her family very well, having a Angelic demon character rather than a Demonic angel. She was formed into a defensive child, who did what she thought to be right, and defended herself against all odds. Now she has moved from that complex to another area, closer to her species, going to the same school as before, simply not being pressured by the old people but the newer and larger batch.

Appearance: 5'2'' Long red hair that is either formed into dreads, or straight as a stick. Her skin is a pale Ivory, her eyes a bright green/hazel, her arms/hands are covered in old angelic script, which resembles henna. Her back holds a pair of wings that can be called upon much like a werewolf calls upon its other form, when dormant it rests as an intricate tattoo.

I love Ura's character! She's great.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
Colette tripped a little bit coming out of her room, stumbling over the two small ferrets chasing eachother down the halls.
"Aunt Rylee! Romulus and Remus are out again!" She yelled down the banister, still throwing her hair up into a messy bun while hanging haphazardly onto her bookbag and sweater. Cole wasn't usually late but at this point she'd be lying if she said the routine wasn't normal. There were too many things to do in the morning in her opinion, like homework. Because let's be honest, no one ever does that when they're supposed to.
After a couple of moments she was out the door and happy to have met her deadline for when she needs to leave the house if she wants to be to class before the bell.
"Vivificas" Only the smalled mutter was heard from her lips, but from it the small seed she'd been holding in her hand began to crack open. She tossed the growing sapling into an empty patch of dirt beside her as she walked, letting the roots grow in and anchor itself. Colette had long forgotten which seed that was, but she looked forward to solving the mystery on her walk home from school.
Waking to silence that morning, Ura found herself wide awake. It had been only a few days since she moved from the noisy house of her relatives to her own that she gained from her parents will when she had turned 18. It was a large house for one person, two stories, one bedroom on the top connected to two different rooms, one on the bottom, and an Attic held one other room.
She had stumbled around trying to make the house not look so empty with her few items, but in the end just put everything in the master bedroom at the top of the stairs, excluding the previous furniture that had been in the house beforehand.
Blasting music for an hour as she prepared for the asshol- students of her school, she ended up running late, having to take her 1967 Ford Shelby, and fight for a parking spot. With a sigh she grabbed her bag, wallet, and keys, before walking out the door.
Cole caught her breath a little when she watched a Shelby roll into the parking lot, amazing by the condition it was in. She chuckled a little, imagine how pissed the owner must be at the lack of parking spots.
The clicking of her boots echoed down the now near empty hallways as she wove her way around and into the auditorium. Really it was just one huge gymnasium sized room, full of theater seats and a stage. Pushing past the large dark curtains, she dropped her things into the center of the stage and a light from in the back clicked on.
"You're late!"
The chorus teacher came shimmying down the hallways, singing along to something from the speakers. "Technically I don't have to be here to help you make stage sets OR put up posters. I could be studying in my free period. Or napping." She laughed, giving the short woman a hand up onto the stage.
"But you enjoy my company too much to do that." The woman said.
"You're not even a teacher on my schedule." Colette retorted as she kicked her bag to the side, and picked up a couple spray paint can in her arms.
Tsk-ing in annoyance Ura finally found a spot in their crummy lot, really with so many people here you'd think they would try to work together so they could all find a decent parking spot, but no. They would fill all the spots but one in the very center of the lot, like it was her spot.
Rolling her eyes in annoyance at the pot holes that surrounded the area she sighed, pulling her things out as she made he way to the doors, the bell had rung while she was spot hunting and she was now officially late to her ceramics class, not like she had anything to do in there anyways. Pulling open the door that seemed to scream for the lack of lubrication on the hinge, she made her way to the office where she collected her time's tablet which was required for late students.
Sighing in disgust as she walked to her class, only to be grabbed by a passing student whom was speaking fluently in Romanian, looking quite a bit like her third cousin thrice-removed, he was tall, with pale skin, and black hair, his blue eyes glistened fervently as he growled menacingly at her. " Cine naiba crezi că ești ? Utilizarea familii mele alimente , ospitalitate , și bunătate , se deplasează fără nici un fel de " mulțumesc " ? Cățea nerecunoscătoare ! "( Who the hell you think you are ? Using my families food , hospitality and kindness , moving without any "thank you" ? Ungrateful bitch !)
Her eyebrows raising at his harsh words, only to respond silently with a small motion of flipping her finger into his face before turning around walking away from the boy who was making a scene. "My family is crazy." She muttered stepping into her ceramics room with an annoyed expression paining her face.
"Cole, I'm going to need you to go grab some props from Mr Delaninge. He should have a box full of stage props in his office." Mrs. Fersnler said, in the middle of enchanting the decorations so they glimmer and hand in the air above the student's actors head like stars. Meaning, she was throwing a mixture of some powder and glitter up into the air and letting it fall all over the floor, before muttering some words and letting it rise up.
"No problem. But can you wait until I'm gone to finish that? You're covering me in the stuff."
Cole walked out of the side door and down the hallways, twords the other end of the art's wing. Mr Delaninge was her arts teacher as well, but he taught multiple classes throughout the week. She took him for fine art and art history. 'I think he has the ceramics kid first block' She thought, making a turn around the corner. Opening the door there was only one girl in the room so far. Everyone else must have already gone to the libraries or something.
"Uh, hey. Do you know where teach is? I need the key to his office." She asked, trying not to tick off the already steaming girl.
Turning in surprise at hearing a girl behind her, her expression still a little agitated she sighed, "No, I'm sorry. Everybody left before I got here. And apparently the teacher did too." She frowned her eyebrows coming closer as she did so. "But." She added looking over the girl with a smirk lighting up her face, "I can get you that key."
Without waiting for an answer she walked behind the messy desk of the teachers, shifting papers and books, knocking random knickknacks to the side as she did so. "So what are the props for?" She asked while she worked, pushing her dreads behind her shoulders as she reached further into the mass of a desk.
"Aren't you just a doll." Cole smiled, walking up to beside the desk and waiting patiently. She couldn't help but smile when the girl moved her dreads out of the way, catching a good look at her face. She wasn't gong to lie, the redhead was pretty cute. Short, but very cute. The markings over her arms caught her train of thought as she noticed just what they were.
"Uh... yeah. the props. They're for this project the chorus and theater class is working on. Student written and all that fun stuff. Today me and Miss Rictor are working on enchanting some of them for whatever they need them to do. I think there's something about a flying frying pan?"
Colette sat down on a table near the desk, and continued to watch the girl rummage through the professor's desk.
"I'm Cole by the way."
The tips of her ears turning to an odd shade of pink when the other girl had called her a doll, but her face remained pale. Looking up at the girl for a moment confused as to the props, "A frying pan?" Ura questioned giggling lightly.
Hearing her introduction she smiled looking up from the papers she was handling to respond, "Oh? Nice to meet you Cole, I'm Ura," She pronounced it Ueur-Rah with almost a french accent. "So the pla- SHIT." She cursed as a piece of card board cut her hand.
Looking up sheepishly she quickly reached for a shiny thing with her good hand, holding out the infamous key. "Sorry about the wait and profanity's." She muttered, closing her other hand around a cloth so the blood wouldn't get everywhere.
"Nice to meet you." She smiled, Ura's name sounding sweet. When the girl cut her hand though, a quick look of worry took her.
"Thank you, here, let me grab this box really quick, and I'll heal up your hand for you. I've got just the thing back in the auditorium"
With that, Colette was already taking the key and unlocking the professors office door that sat behind the desk, and grabbing the box. She shut and locked the door, balancing the box on her shoulder. The key was left in the lock for Mr Delaninge to find once he came back, knowing full well he'd lose it in any other case.
"I apologize in advance for the glittery mess currently residing the floor in there. Rictor got a little excited with decorating."
Watching Cole as she opened, closed and locked the door she giggled at the comment on the glitter, waving her hand dismissively at the other girls comment, "No, glitter is what happens in the regular art classes. I doubt you guys have anything near what the freshman do." She laughed thinking back to the freshman art pieces.
"Do you want me to follow you... Or..?" Ura questioned as she watched the girl balance the box.
"Trust me, it's bad. I'm surprised I got out alive" She hummed, turning and opening the door for Ura.
"Yes ma'am." She hummed, and motioned out the door for her. Cole flashed her a smile, trying to be as polite as possible.
"I'll fix you up in there, there's some supplies up in the raftors I'd need to grab."
Nodding, Ura smiled as she walked past, thanking the girl. Heading in the direction of the Theater hall, she found herself hunting the halls to see if the 'sibling' was around. Not seeing him she took it as a grace, just hoping that he would stay gone. "Soo...." She began, not knowing what to start a conversation of while they walk.
"Your markings are really intricate. Do they have a story behind them?"She asked, hoping it wasn't a sore subject. Some of the angelics or demonics around here don't like to talk about any of their markings or tags, so she'd never understood what they were.
"I've got a moon phase tattoo going down my back. Got it for my sixteenth, to match the one my mother apparently had whens he turned 16." Cole spoke up, smiling to Ura.
Holding her hands out in front of her she looked over them, listening to Cole's own tattoo story. "Really? Thats cool." She smiled at her friend before sighing, "Mine.. They were given to be by my Uncles." She grimaced, "Their demonic angels, my moms side of the family. They were pissed at how much I loved Angels, though in my defense, being of my species it comes with the territory." She sighed again.
"They dragged me to the parlor on my 12th birthday, handed them a sheet of angelic script and told me: 'Since you want to talk so much we'll talk back.' They branded me with my own scripts." She smiled softly at the markings, "It hurt, but hey. At least I got a piece of what I wanted."
Pausing her face drained of color, "Oh my- I'm so sorry.." She exclaimed flustered at how much she had shared, "I didn't mean to tell you all of that." She muttered her ears now red yet again.
Cole was fascinated, especially by the fact that those were her own scriptures. "So you wrote all of those yourself? that's amazing. Well, not that they made you get them, but they seem in fantastic arrangement."
She grabbed the handle to the door and thrust it open, the larger door swaying to one side and letting them in. "Don't apologize. It's an interesting story, shows you've got more than just some good tattoos and being cute going for you."
Miss Rictor immediately came and retrieved the box, and running behind the stage muttering something about a textbook that had gotten loose. Since she had left, the glitter had raised itself up into the air, creating a galaxy like effect among the black powder. As the lights shone through it, every little thing seemed to have a star in it. "More glitter than the freshman, but in a much better form." She said plainly, looking up as she ventured to grab her bag from the center of the stage.
Nodding to her comment she smiled a bit wider, feeling more confident in her markings. Watching in awe, Ura was amazed, her eyes naturally following Cole as she joined the breathtaking scene. Shaking her head as she watched the girl bend to grab her bag she forced herself out of her stupor.
"Eh?" She questioned moving her arm through the mass of glittery dust that filled the air, "Nope, about the same, just imagine it all pressed in about 300 thousand layers." She giggled, still applying pressure to her hurt hand as she spun in it for dramatic effect. "But much better at the design." SHe murmured.
'Well, Maybe they just need more practice." She said, pulling out a small jar, a wrap, and a safety-pin. Setting it all out she dissapeared behind the curtains for a moment to climb up to the rafters, where she had a few jars of ground up herbs stashed. Returning to the stage with a few piecies of house leek and yarrow, she sat down and motioned for Ura to sit infront of her.
"I wished the kids in my fine art class stuck to glitter. We just got done with watercolors, and I just about cried at the amount of paint wasted." She said as she worked, taking part of the wrap and covering in some of the goo from the small jar, and lacing it over with the strips of houseleek and yarrow in a weaving patter like a stitch. Once it was done, she wrapped it around the injured part of Ura's hand.
"My aunt taught me that. I keep some in here because of how horribly clumsy the drama kids are. You can take the bandage off whenever the cold mint feeling goes away. Means it's done working as much as it can."
Colette traces over the back of the wrap on Ura's hand absentmindedly while she spoke, making sure the safety-pin was well in place and wouldn't come out.
Walking over she offered her hand, wincing a bit when the substances touched her skin. Smiling at Cole, "Thanks," She grinned, her eyes pressed shut b the pressure the smile put on her face.
Eyes drawn to where Cole had her hand in hers, watching as she traced her hand. Oddly enough she wasn't creeped out, hell, she was more glad that someone could stand to be be in the same room as her let alone three feet away.
Cole shook herself from her train of thought, and back into the current moment. Letting go of her hand she looked around for Miss Rictor, not hearing any more struggling in catching the loose enchanted textbook.
"Do you still stay witht hose uncles who made you get the tattoos?" Cole asked. She didn't want to intrude too much, but wasn't sure where to take conversation. Leaning back onto both of her palms, she sat there cross legged inspecting the girl's green eyes, secretly wishing her own were that bright. According to her aunt she had her father's eyes, and even that was from the last few things her mother said.
Chuckling she shook her head, "No, I turned 18 and my parents will said that the house was mine at 18." She smiled brightly at Cole, "So now that you know most of my life's situation, what about yours?" Ura asked out of curiosity.
Cole smiled and laughed a little, raising her eyebrow playfully. "Good, because they seem like assholes."
"Well, I live with my aunt. It's great fun living with a crazy Elf that does witchcraft. My dads a questionmark, and my mom died in childbirth, so I guess we're both lowly little orphans."
Cole rolled her eyes at her own joke, realizing it's bad taste. "She's really cool, taught me how to use my magic and natural stuff, since we share the same traits. She's also the one that will do my tattoos while I'm living with her, it's a family thing really. Her and my mom did it, and so did their mom so on so forth. Every time we hit a life mile stone or something happens we get a mark for it, like a story book."
"Wow.." Ura breathed, simply imagining what it would be like to be around such supportive people all the time. She chuckled a little at her joke, brushing stray dreads out of her view so she could continue talking to her new friend unobstructed.
Tapping her chin with a finger she thought, "It must be awesome to have such supportive people around you all the time." She mused, waving one of her arms through the dusty air to mess with the formations.
"Yeah... Gotta have it somewhere. Everyone's got someone to support them." Cole said, nodding along with Ura. The dust moved like ink in water, waving and swirling to mix in the air.
Colette caught herself watching Ura, moving the dust and being lost in thought. She was gorgeous now that she had a chance to actually look. Her dreads were in great condition, and her skin made her look like she was a living statue, a literal work of art. For the sake of not being caught, Cole looked away and searched for something to do. Taking the chance while Ura was distracted, she leaned over to the pile of props they'd already taken care of, and grabbed out two plastic swords. Standing to her feet she tossed one infront of Ura.
"I challenge you to a duel." She said with a sly smirk, striking a ready pose.
