The blood stained white scarf over her blouse soon became the main way of identifying the woman. She took to wearing it after a man told her he'd use it to wipe her blood off his boots once he'd ran her through.   Background: The sea has always been her family, and most of the inhabitants within it. Her parents were nomads, both with desires to eat humans rather than live purely on a diet of the sea, something some Mer people began to find barbaric. When they were exiled from their pod, they lived and hunted together before a Navy fleet and a pirate ships battle and ensuing explosions caused their untimely deaths. Memories of the incident were painful, but it only further fueled her disdain for mankind.
  
  
  
  Personality Traits:
  
  Manipulative: Whether a human or a mer converses with her, there is a reasonable chance they are not experiencing a single genuine moment with her. She has no regard for emotions (especially of the weaker species ), and will do whatever it takes to get what she wants from whoever she deals with.
  
  Flirtatious: She is never above the approach of seduction. If she can fool a man or woman with her song, she can just as easily fool them with her human body. A few honeyed words, doe eyed glances and often most people were played into her hands.
  
  Power Hungry: Living amongst humans, she would admit she rather liked the idea of their government. Less so a King, but a Queen ruling over a medley of peasant folks to do her bidding always appealed to her. She hoped to one day have this sort of power, whether it be on sea or land and often worked (and screwed over) those who could exclusively help her achieve it.

  Song of Lure: She, like many others of her kind, has perfected the ability to entrance men and women alike. Though men are much more susceptible to her physical attributes, she has found that a lonely young woman can often be seduced by the sound of her voice. Being within earshot of her son can almost always mean a human, but not other mer, have the chance of being caught in her trance.   APPEARANCE: Abnormally small for a Mer- and quite self conscious about it. His shoulders are slender and his hands are small though his physique is quite muscular. The boy's hair is a warm brown, soft and falls below his shoulders; framing a feminine face. Large gold eyes, thick lashes, and a full lower lip make it quite easy to get his gender confused- until he speaks. The slightly rough, perpetually annoyed voice and constant need to curse like a sailor ruin it.
  Other notable features include the scars over his heart and left side, the large tear in his tailfin, and the orchid stem tattooed over his right arm.

  The youngest in his family of six brothers, and the smallest. He spent a good portion of his childhood severely ill due to foul play on the part of the school's healer; and after getting better- immediately discovered a great need to be moving around. All. The. Time.
  
  After rather frequent visits to the waters where ships would dock and settled shores- he became fond of "human watching", a dangerous hobby that did get him rather used to speaking with humans- and using his human form; but eventually had him caught in a fisherman's net.
  
  Personality Traits:
  
  Rude: He isn't one to bite his tongue. In fact he much rather bite whatever made him mad in the first place. His teeth are sharp for a reason after all.
  
  Softhearted: He has trouble refusing requests, or letting anyone suffer when he can help. His kind nature isn't great to deal with when he catches himself halfway to healing someone and blowing his human cover.
  
  Adventurous: He has to explore because he can't stay in one place. He's spent long enough not being able to move for a lifetime, and now he has to move all the time and see all the things. Danger? he'll deal with that when he gets to it.
  
  Forgiving: This trait may be better off named "stupid" actually. No matter how many times someone has wronged him; he is always willing to see them be a better person. Unless they hurt someone else. That's a different can of worms.
  
  Short Tempered: There are many things that anger him, and even more that annoy him. Including; being called small/short, rude remarks, people that lack manners, tall things (including Jet . Despite his status as his brother) , and seagulls. Where he gets the energy to be mad about so much is a mystery.

  Healing song: Lan comes from a species of mermaids with magic that may be used to speed up the healing process, and halt aging. This is the source of the rumored "immortality". Their eyes are slightly slanted due to their Eastern heritage, following the same theme as their rounded face and softer features. Though, that Eastern vibe is mildly ruined by the thick Scottish drawl they bring with them, and the reddish-brown-black their hair seems to be. In the right lighting, their eyes appear orange more than brown.

  Background:
  A mixed-race child having run away from an arranged marriage at around 13, Arii shed their old names (save their last one), and made up their new first and middle ones. They used to be semi-nobility, and as such, is familiar with the dealings of pirates more than working. So, because they had no money and no working experience, they snuck aboard the Greedy Dagger and made themself useful too quickly to be kicked off.
  
  
  Personality:
  Seemingly ever-annoyed with something, Ariiasq is what many captains would describe as "a pain in the ass". They're useful and they know it. They're confident in their skills and themself, and they're excellent at bartering at ports. They're quick-thinking and silver-tongued to make up for their physical weakness, and they can be just about anything they need to be in a moment due to all of the acting that came with being semi-nobility.
  
  They cycle through personality traits like clothing to suit their current desires, but the most common ones aboard the Greedy Dagger are quick-witted, quicker to criticize, and quicker still to irritate.

  Balance: Arii probably has the best balance out of everyone on the entire ship, as they usually reside and fight in and around the crow's nest. They could probably stand on the mast during a storm.

  Found by mama Clementine in a trench crying about how small Lan was. He learned how to doctor while Lan was sick but due to an incident, was deemed unsafe to stay in the shoal. He stayed close, though, and is still close with his adoptive family.
  
  He knew early on that he wasn't a wanderer like his brother, but he still gets concerned often, and will sometimes follow Lan on his expeditions—though he keeps to the deeper waters out of caution.
  
  Personality:
  Shy and introverted, Jet doesn't know much about things on the surface. He's too softspoken and careful to be caught near the surface. He's well aware of his size, and is incredibly cautious about it. Because of the people he was raised around (coughcoughLancoughcough), he's learned to control his excitable movements until he's sure people are out of the way.

  APPEARANCE: Contrary to the popular mental image of many pirates, Ven is a man that keeps himself well-groomed. His short, light brown hair is never seen without a proper combing, his regular clothing—usually consisting of an overcoat, an undershirt, and ankle-length pants—is nearly always unstained, and his shoes are periodically shined. He also has a habit of showing off his wealth by draping himself in jewelries of all kinds. His skin is somewhat tanned from many years at sea, and he has a number of scars scattered across his body. The most notable of these is a pale gash on his chin and what he claims to be a shark bite on his calf (though, this seems far too small to be a shark of any threatening largeness).

  Captain to the crew of the Greedy Dagger - Ven may be a cruel man, but he's no idiot. Free members of his crew get a fair cut of any treasures they plunder. However, those that he has any adequate leverage over get little to nothing. Any signs of mutiny in the ship are dealt with quickly and violently.
  
  Luca Graymin - No one's quite sure how he got on the ship, but he's one of the members of the ship which Ven seems most antagonistic toward. Luca still follows his every command despite this, though he doesn't ever seem to get any treasure for his efforts. You could say their relationship is a bit fishy.

  Background:
  Early on, he used to work for the Royal Navy (English), but an encounter with a corrupt commander made him lose pretty much all faith in the good-ness of the navy. He killed the commander and, rather than wait to be tried for his crimes, overthrew the ship and used it to begin his reign of terror as the captain of the now-repurposed Greedy Dagger. The original crew were surprisingly on-board (pun intended) with the mutiny (the captain was a bit of an asshole), but most—if not all—have long since left his crew in favor of less-dangerous work.
  
  At some point, he learned about mermaids and the legends of their gift of immortality, and he became dead set on taking it.
  
  Personality Traits
  Manipulative - Ven is practiced with manipulation, and he has absolutely no qualms with using this skill. His every word his honeyed. Any information he is given thatcan be used to control another will likely be remembered and used at a later time.
  
  Greedy - As the name of his ship suggests, Ven is a greedy bastard. All material items of wealth are things he wants to surround himself with. Given the choice between any person and money, he will reliably choose the money.
  
  Power Hungry - If there's one thing Ven likes more than money, it's the ability to feel superior to another person. He takes every chance he gets to do so.

  Gunslinging - Ven knows how to wield and care for a gun. His years as a pirate have only honed this ability, and he's gotten a skilled aim and quick trigger-finger as a result.
  
  Swordfighting - Guns aren't fit for all combats. Ven has learned his way with a sword and, though he's far from as skilled with swords as he is with guns, he knows enough to have held his own as a pirate for this long.

  Appearance: Gray is a tall, thin, pale man who almost perpetually looks tired (probably due to the fact that he barely sleeps). There are constant bags under his eyes and all clothing he wears ends up being baggy and loose on him (much to his chagrin). He has black hair with grey streaks through it, hazel eyes, stubble, and a gash-shaped scar on his forehead. In human form, he walks with a limp (he uses a cane). In mer form, his tail takes on the appearance of a shortfin mako shark with half of the tailfin missing.

  Navigator of the Greedy Dagger - Gray is an integral part of the Greedy Dagger's crew. His fairly aloof and nervous personality makes it so that he isn't exactly the most liked person on the ship, but he's friendly enough that he doesn't often have many problems with other crewmates. Some people even jokingly refer to him as a ghost due to the quiet way he goes about his work and then disappears off to do whatever next task is on his plate.
  
  Ven Labatt - Gray seems particularly silent around Ven, and is quick to do whatever he asks.

  Background: Gray met Ven a very long time ago back when he was still in the navy. He fell in love with the strange sailor, and when the time came that Ven overthrew his captain, he was quick to accept Ven's request to join his crew. None of the crew was made aware of the fact that Gray was a mer.
  
  The relationship turned sour when Ven finally learned of the legend that mermaids could grant immortality, he demanded that Gray attempt to do so. When these attempts repeatedly failed, he maimed Gray's tail and forced him to help find him a mermaid that could give him what he was looking for.
  
  Personality
  Nervous - Gray's always keeping an eye out for what next problem will arise, especially if he thinks it will be blamed on him. Some people have likened his behaviour to a stray cat; don't make any sudden movements, and don't expect him to trust you.
  
  Busy - Gray always has something to do. Or, more accurately, Ven always has something for Gray to do. He already had some workaholic tendencies to begin with, and the constant assignments hasn't made anything better.
  
  Pushover - Gray is one to suffer in silence. He rarely, if ever, speaks out against anyone else, much less actually takes action against them.

  Electromagnetic Field Sensing: Like real sharks, Gray is able to sense the electromagnetic fields of other creatures and the Earth itself. While this ability is far stronger underwater, it's still useful to some extent on land.   Hunch was the oldest of four, growing up in a small port-town where fishing was their main source of income. To his family's disapproval, Hunch's affinity for cards led to an extra coin or fouron the weekends. His mother died giving birth to the fourth child, and Hunch left by sea, working a variety of odd-jobs around ships until by about 17, where the captain of a pirating ship took a look at him and hired him as crew. Two shipwrecks, eight corpses and eleven years later, Hunch works for the Greedy Dagger.
  
  Personality:
  Hunch chooses his words carefully and only speaks when he needs to. He is desensitized to violence and risk, and when he comes to a decision, he's slow to change his mind. Grumpy and quiet, he isn't as heartless as he puts on, and he sees pirating simply as a job. Gambling is the only thing he truly enjoys, and he always accepts a bet.

  Gambling: If it's relating to games of chance, Hunch rarely loses. Counting cards isn't a problem for him, and he's exceptional at reading faces to tell if someone is bluffing.

  APPEARANCE: Marcy's physique is quite chiseled as she had been doing a lot of physical labor. Her skin naturally had melanin that had only been accentuated from her time on the sea under that unforgiving sunlight. That same body that appeared so strong and impenetrable was littered with faint scars from fights and her rather rambunctious childhood. One of the more noticeable scars goes clear through her right eyebrow at an angle, and it was one that was received from her days of hand-fishing with her dad. The fin of the struggling fish raked across her small face and sliced clean through as she struggled to maintain her hold on it. Has various piercings and tattoos that she takes an insatiable pride in as she feels they add to her intimidation even though their style is quite cute. Marcy's hair has been loc'd for the past 6 years besides her bangs and is a rather strange color combination of white and red. When asked about it, she quickly shrugs her shoulders and say that it ''just runs in the family man, great-great grandma fought a sea witch over her human husband man and now we all stick out like sore thumbs. Considering the other curses, looking like a badass is a plus.''

  Background: Marcy was the youngest of 4 children and had the honor of being the only daughter, Marino [eldest; 31], Kai and Kauia [twins; 26] In most cases, this would have led to her being overly pampered and overprotected. Her brothers wanted her to be strong enough to fight for herself but still acted as if they were her extra dads. Even in her early 20's, Marcy carries a rather masculine air about her and has been mistaken as male on a few occasions into her late teens.The Vorago family had made a name for themselves generations ago as a consistent fishing family that often supplied the port with their necessary fish. One of Marcy's earliest memories is her learning the simple technique of handfishing and catching a blue-bellied fish, that to this day was mounted in the family room of her parent's house. It was a lovely tradition of showing pride for a Vorago's first catch and a way of proving that they could carry on the family business.
  
  Her curiosity had always led to some sort of wild adventure and she often said that she had a nose for danger. Her favorite method of fishing had been spear fishing with a handheld harpoon. The weather prior to her dive had been clear and pleasant but the smell of the wind carried with it a warning of an incoming storm. A fellow fisherman had previously alerted her to a sighting of ''Big Red'', a red snapper that had a weirdly segmented dorsal fin and a wound over its eye giving the appearance of a sassy fish. Big Red usually came up near the surface to eat the discarded bait shrimp near the pier. As she dove into the water prepared to bag the fish that had eluded her for the last 6 years. The wind that whipped up after she dove in was strong enough to stir up the currents and before she had realized, Marcy was a lot further out than she had intended. The rain didn't help either an she could hear her mother's warning to not 'roam the angry sea unless she wanted to call upon the wrath of the accursed sea witch'. A ship had come into view, belonging to the Neptune's Revenge pirates and without a second thought she had climbed aboard. A few crew members had surrounded her on the deck and soon separated to reveal the stunning captain. Marcy used her hand to push back her now soaked locks and spoke without thinking ''Wow, you're pretty cute. If you were the one that cursed my family I could easily see how my ancestor left his wife for a life on the open sea.'' The rest of the crew was too stunned to say anything but she did manage to get a good laugh from Athena. After a little convincing, Marcy was allowed to join the crew and proved her usefulness in her strength, resourcefulness, and her hunting skills. She's only been with them officially for 6 months but had been visiting the ship on-and-off for the last 4 years which is why she earned her place to be the First Mate.
  
  
  
  Personality Traits: Flirty, Charismatic, Stubborn, Does not take anything seriously when the situation is quite dire but comes in handy in the middle of chaos, Can be hot-headed when challenged, Hates to lose in any aspect

His tall stature wards off the feistiest of folk, but if his height does not do it, then it is the impossibly large musculature that does it. A punch from him looks like it could send ones head flying. His eyes are almost always squinted, but when they fully open, one would feel the full weight of whatever emotion clouded his mind upon them. His eyes are a deep green, but something about the man makes one feel like his eyes change color depending on how he's feeling, like red if he is enraged.   Background: Raury was born in a place far to the north. A place that he has long since left behind. Despite his time away, the cold of the north has followed him like a font of eerie frost that has burrowed itself into his heart. Perhaps it is this strength from his home that brought him so far in the world. While he sure is not at the top of the world by any means, he will almost never find himself under the boots of others. Not like anyone would be able to climb over his massive frame without him throwing them off that is. He traveled the world, moving from ship to ship as a cook as he crosses the seas to destinations unknown.
  
  His life took a turn for the worse- or for the better, depending upon how you look at it- when he found that the only ship he would ever go on again was the Greedy Dagger itself. After his previous ship was torn to shreds and he was found amidst the floating cargo, still wearing his apron, his fate was sealed. He was inducted into the crew as their new cook, whether he liked it or not. Since he had the same job as before, he didn't mind too much. That, and he never knew the people from the previous ship very well, so it's not as if he was about to go crying for vengeance or anything. This was his new life for now. It hasn't been a bad run and he hasn't had too much trouble. After all, there is a saying. Never mess with the cook.
  
  Personality: After having found his new place on the Greedy Dagger, Raury has spent much time to himself. He is at times quiet, but has a fondness for polite conversation. Despite being all that is to be feared in a man, he is actually quite gentle. This can usually be seen in the way he cuts ingredients or arranges his tools in his workspace. He has an eye for detail that would probably be nearly unrivaled on a pirate ship. He can find if even a thing was out of place in his space.

  Strength Training: Raury often finds himself strengthening his body, whether it be pushups on the deck, climbing the ships structure, or making the most of his cleaning duties. He will find whatever means possible to work his muscles and keep them in the shape they are. At times he can even be found lifting cargo to get that extra weight behind his exercises.
  
  Common Remedies: Raury appears as nothing more than a brute of a human, all muscle and no brain, but that couldn't be further from the truth. He is quite intelligent and often knows quick ways to prevent health deficits in himself. He even knows how to prevent exposure against insects and other pests, hanging garlic about the kitchen. It is not a great smell for a cook such as himself to live around, but he has come to not mind it, lest he succumbs to the dangers often found at sea, aboard a pirate ship no less.
  
  Personal Hygiene: Raury has a very keen sense of self and keeping his station very clean. He is a man that cares about his health and sometimes about the health of others. He'll be damned if he falls prey to usual illnesses found aboard a ship. Each and every day his kitchen is cleaned twice if not three times. He keeps himself clean, using little of the limited resources available to the crew.
  
  Throwing Arm: Something that should be feared of the large man is his startling accuracy with things thrown by him, let alone the strength that he puts behind the projectiles thrown. Pass him a spear, and it becomes akin to the bolt fired from a ballista, granted he can't exactly throw it as far. Get him close enough though and its a destructive force to be reckoned with.

  Common Items: Things that are usually found on or near him are as follows.
  
  The first of the few is a dagger. It is not large enough for him to wield as a weapon, made for someone with normal sized hands. He looks to it fondly quite often, remembering a land far far away. The weapon is tribal in nature, the only ornate features being found in the hilt of the weapon. Either it was an expensive piece to make or it took grand skill from one of the large mans people. As it was not made for his hand, it is clear that the blade was made for another. The original owner is likely passed away due to the long moments of silence that follow when Raury looks at the gleam of the knifes edge.
  
  The second personal item that Raury keeps close is a box of sorts that was found amongst the cargo he was floating with. It is a box of soap made with whale blubber. It must have been quite expensive, or difficult to steal. Raury doesn't speak much about it, and he does not like people getting anywhere near it. It is his to use as he pleases. Sure, it could be a benefit to others, but he'd rather not have mangy dogs digging where they're not meant to. He can get quite physical with those he catches trying to snatch a chunk of soap away without bringing it up with him first.
  
  The final item that he keeps with him, always, is a sword cleaver. It was the sword he was found with as he was dragged aboard the Greedy Dagger. Even unconscious, he kept a firm grasp on the weapons hilt, refusing to let it go. It is also the same weapon that he used to cut down a former member of the Greedy Daggers crew once his eyes flashed open. Only after the death of the man with a single swift swing of the weapon did Raury come to his senses, realizing where he was. He shortly dropped the weapon and it was kept away from him until he earned it back and got the right to keep it beside him from then on.

  Scarlet owns her name thanks to her hair, her long red hair that she keeps tied up in a ponytail on the ship, she's pale, dark stormy blue eyes and has several scars from her time on the streets. She's athleticly build and often is found jogging whenever she has free time to keep up her stamina. Her outfit consists of armor over a dark purple tunic and black pants and boots. Her pale skin makes the scars all the more notaceble, much to her own annoyance sometimes.

  Backstory:
  Scarlet was found by a barkeeper one rainy night, though the young girl ran off, until she needed something to eat and accepted the invitation. Since then she's seen many ships come and go while lugging supplies for the bar back and forth. This led to her running off and sneaking onto the Neptune's Revenge carrying a treasue map she had stolen from another pirate, though in her defense, he shouldn't have waved it around like that. She made herself useful by doing odd tasks around the ship, the ones no one wanted to do, until she became irriplacable and she has been with the crew ever since.
  Personality:
  Scarlet is a somewhat quiet, no nonsense person, she will say it as it is, often coming off as rude or blunt, but she learned very early that if you sugarcoat everything it's not going to do you any favors, that and her parental figure was quite the blunt person. She's honest though and that's a trait that often bugs people as well, since they prefer lies over truth, especially if said truth is ugly. However she has also learned to keep her mouth shut when she has to.

  Athletic: Scarlet is very athletic and will often be found jogging when they're docked and she has free time, if she's on the ship she prefers to climb to the crows nest using the ropes and not the ladder if she feels like getting a workout.
  Sword fighting: Despite having lived in a bar she's has seen her fair share of swordfight, usually when it concerned drunk people, she got training to handle one herself and often is found practicing in her room.
  Marksman: One thing she rarely uses is her gun, though she knows very well how to use it, she just finds it cowardice to shoot someone in the back, literally.
  Cook: She's not the best cook around, but certainly not the worst, whatever she makes it edible and sometimes she writes recipes down when she wants to make it again.

  those who first see Kappu often find it hard not stare he is after all a pretty obvious oddity. He is covered in short brown fur with longer thicker patches on his shins, elbows, chest, and face. He has long canines and yellow eyes that seem to give a predators gaze. He will often point his feets thumbs forward to make his gait and stance a little less off putting.

  Backstory: The Vanara lived a peaceful and secluded life in the jungles of Sri Lanka. There the worshiped the Monkey god and lived in peace and harmony with the world around them. Kappu was raised in the temple of said monkey god and grew to be a monk of their order swearing a vow of peace along with the other monks. This would unfortunately leave him and his brethren unprepared when Pirates and Privateers would arrive on behalf of the east India company. At the young age of fifteen Kappu was forced to watch as his people were butchered and captured only to be taken to a strange new world and trafficked as powerful workers and warriors. The young Vanara was unlucky enough to be bought by a criminal seeking the latter. He found himself in a gladiatorial pit on an island of the Philippines where the authorities were scarce and the crimes he would be forced to endure would have no justice.
  
  He was first given basic training for combat, taught how to speak english, and well fed for the first year or so as the mew colosseum was built, yet he never strayed from the path of his monkey gods teachings and had promised himself that he wouldn’t take life. So needless to say when he was told he would be one of the first two contestants in the blood feud he was confused and horrified and prayed for guidance from his deity, should he adhere to his oath of peace, or walk off of the divine path to preserve his life? He prayed all night and even as he approached the area field with his last request being to receive a sign. So when he stepped out and found his opponent to be the captain of the very pirates who had helped slaughter his people he took it as a message received. He would stray from the path of peace and go down the path of vengeance. In a fury he would attack the man as soon as the match began. Having never fought before he was completely unaware of both his own strength and the frailty of humans. He tore the mans sword away from him taking his arm out of the shoulder along with it before mounting him and raining hammer fists upon his chest and head that would be best compared to blows from sledgehammers.
  
  Terrible as the rage was and despite the guilt he felt that very rage would be something he tapped into many times in the countless fights that came in the following three years and it would keep him alive by allowing him to crush his foes with a primal fury. Yet eventually the crowds grew bored with knowing the outcome of the fights and the revenue the apeman would bring in began to dry up. So he was sold to another pirate crew who used him to haul cargo until they found themselves caught in a terrible storm while trying to cross the Atlantic. Their ship was dragged into the depths of the sea and Kappu managed to survive the storm by hiding in an empty barrel that was well sealed, he wasnt alone however. A white monkey who had been a part of the cargo to royal bay managed to get out of its cage as the storm jostled it from its high position. This monkey joined Kappu in the barrel just as he closed the lid and the barrel of monkeys was tossed to and fro by the waves eventually being fished out by the Neptune’s Revenge on its way to port royal. Kappu and meeko decided to stick around and join the crew out of gratitude for pulling them from the ocean claiming they owe the captain a life dept.
  
  Personality: Kappu is usually a very calm and quite ape man content to sit and watch the world around him unless directly spoken to, a habit gained from his time in the coliseum where the loudest board got hammered back down. That said he has become quite bold and confident in his strength something that shows in the confident way he carries himself when he is approached. When he does speak you can bet your life on him adhering to his words as he believes that his word is really all he has and thus takes it very seriously. His loyalty and diligence are very high and he can be a bit ruthless and brutal when the time calls for it. That said beneath the bloodsoaked wall he built one can still find the kind heart he had as a child, something that shows when he interacts with meeko or other animals.

  Mighty Ape- Kappu is a vanara and thus has physical strength somewhere between a chimp and a silver back making him about 5x stronger than the average Healthy, well muscled, human male. This might allows him to easily toss large men around with one hand, carry a large Ships cannon on his shoulder, and even draw the ships anchor hand over hand without assistance from the crank. As if that weren’t bad enough he is just as agile as an ape able to effortlessly scale nearly any surface and fling himself from branch to branch or rooftop to rooftop even hanging upside down from branches by his feet while carrying an adult human in each hand.
  
  Unarmed skill- While in the Arena As an effort to make battles more entertaining Kappu was unarmed about 80% of the time. He has learned to take advantage of his strength and agility to dismantle foes as quickly as possible. He usually will simply disarm them and drag them to the ground where he can finish a fight pretty easily by “going ape” on them and dropping barrages of heavy hammer fists. He also has a few trademark techniques like the “Monkey kick.” Where he kicks a foe then grabs them with the same foot to throw them to the ground. Or the “Bloody Palm series.” Which throws his full stone shattering might behind a palm aimed at the midsection, and able to be done with one, two, or three Palms.
  
  The weapon Trifecta- When the situation does call for it Kappu is not above taking weapons into combat. He prefers melee weapons over firearms and crossbows because his trademark combat style is to wield three weapons simultaneously using the hands on the ends of his legs and his acrobatic talant to turn himself into a furry storm of heavy blows. While he may not be the most skilled swordsman by any metric it is hard to deny the destructive potential of the raw power behind his blows paired with the swift delivery. Unfortunately his brute force and lack of proper technique when swinging often results in the blades he uses to snap after only a few blows each.
  
  Animalistic Acrobat- Cartwheels, Flips, spins, climbing, tumbling, and even sneaking. All are made pretty easy for a monkey man who can walk on his foot fingers silently, grip with his feet well enough to use them instead of hands to climb, and even sprint up vertical walls as long as they have grip able surfaces. In combat he will often use this to leap clear over his foes and deftly dodge their attacks rather than block allowing him to devote more to his offense.

  Meeko the Sneaky Simian- An ape taken from Sri lanka four years after Kappu. The two met on the ship of the pirates who purchased Kappu from the coliseum. They became fast friends over the few months they were together due to being able to speak to and understand one another. While Meeko isnt very useful in direct combat his high intelligence for a monkey and ability to communicate with kappu. While no where near as strong as Kappu he is actually a little bit more agile and far more sneaky. He learned to pick locks himself and seems to enjoy stealing treasure, though he can also light the fuse on the ships cannon even while it rests on Kappu’s shoulder, and has a nasty habit of snatching weapons that Kappu tosses from his enemies hand and climbing the mast to drop them in the crows nest.
