"I mean" Trent gestured to his skinny figure. "I feel like If I try theres a 50% chance of me dying". Trent looked exhausted just by looking at this equipment. @Daniel reaving

"Abella has returned"! Abella strolled back into the room, twirling around and letting her dress do the rest.

"Well then, I know where we're going tonight. I'll have to get changed and redo my makeup".

"Fine but if I die you're liable" He said with a joke but also no confidence. "Yeah I dont even understand how this stuff works, Care to help out?" @Daniel reaving

"Course. What do you want to do? Bench? Deadlift?" She asked curiously as she let him pick

"I have no idea, Something that won't kill me?" Trent said slightly nervous about his ability. @Daniel reaving

"Fine then we will do the bench." She said gesturing for him to do to the bench and lay Dow under the bar

Trent laid down under the bar and looked up with a slight gulp. "well this is menacing" He laughed. @Daniel reaving

"Now lift the bar bring it to your chest and lift it back up." She said

Trent did as she said. He struggled to do so but managed to lift hit up to his fullest. "ow" He giggled a little. @Daniel reaving

She had held her hands under the bar in case he was gonna drop it. "Good good! Now again." She saud

"Oh jeez theres more?" Trent pushed the bar back up again struggling less than last time. @Daniel reaving

Trent continued pushing the bar. "This is hardddddddd" HE complained as his arms started to hurt. Trent never did this kind of stuff because he got all of his fitness skating. "Can I stop now? He whined. @Daniel reaving

"If you do five more I'll get you double what I said I'll get you." She said to him

"Good deal" This promise of sustenance revitalized Trent and he pushed the last 5 out in no time flat. He placed it back in its rack and wheezed heavily. "I hate exercise" He said with an exhausted smile. @Daniel reaving

She smiled as she laughed at him. "God your so funny." She said happily

"Thanks" He smiled and rolled of the bench. "I think I hurt my shoulder" Trent said as he winced after rolling his shoulder over. @Daniel reaving

"You ok?" She asked him as she walked over

"I think so, It just hurts a bit when I move it" He winced a bit harder and sat on a nearby bench. "You should do whatever you came here to do" he said rubbing his shoulder with a smile. @Daniel reaving
