Name: Marquia "Midnight" Evers

Personality: She is a very shy, stand-offish, and introverted female. When bashful, she is very quiet and on the sidelines which comes off as her being suspicious, dark, and mysterious, and which isn't much to say since she already has a strange white eyes in her wolf form that give a eerie aura. Based off of her appearance, she was given her nickname, midnight from those who dwelled in the woods the twins resided in, referring to her white eyes, shining in the night. However, she is very close to her brother, Malik. They have a strong bond since they are twins and the only surviving members of their blood pack. One could notice how she different she completely is when she is with him or close trusting friends. When with loved ones, she perks up automatically. She is sweet, loving, and caring. Most of her conversations could involve telling one advice, politely listening to someone, and a little quirky humor when casually talking. When befriending her, don't let her looks scare you. It takes a long time for her to gain the trust of other wolves but she is respectful even to strangers. Sometimes, she's respectful to a fault (which is when her brother comes into play) and thinks with reason. She loves her brother unconditionally, but it annoys her when he acts hostile to other wolves since they result in a few packs chasing them away, giving them the wrong impression. She is a little but not too agitated from him being overprotective, understanding of her "situation". When they converse on their own she is more relaxed and is delighted by his jokes, which he makes tor raise her spirits up. It's always been his push, love and strength, that has given her hope since they lost their family and thus she looks up to him, in hopes to be as courageous as he is.

Twins' Backstory:

The twins were born in a large family, youngest of six siblings, where there was an unknown lineage of werewolves. Their grandfather was bitten and when he married, he passed it onto his wife and the wolf bloodline was formed. They already face abnormalities for being....um....the minority in the human and werewolf community. They were never told by their parents about who they were but that was no concern and even though they felt as if it was them against the world, when at home they were welcomed by a loud, bustling family and the first ten of their years contained moments of financial struggle in the city, but also they shared joy and laughter for the little sweet moments in their lives that they had at home. They were put in a school setting with a lot of cliques and were verbally bullied often at school for their kind and geeky nature. Their isolation from the crowd led them to become close but what was about to come made them even closer.


One cold winter night, their home was robbed. All the children hid in their bedrooms, terrified as their parents reassured them that they would "take care" of the situation. After hearing several gunshots (and what seemed like...growls and barking), it was pure silence and there was a sudden pain in their hearts that gave them the feeling that they would never see their mother and father again. The two robbers finally came into the children's bedroom and the massacre began. The siblings filled with fear yet filled with anger and confidence in their numbers scrambled against the room attempting to fight off and possibly kill the murders.


They were all just children, from the ages of ten to fifteen, and unaware of their newfound abilities and thus, fought with little experience, relying on adrenaline rush from the great fear and pain they felt. The struggle slowly began to lose in their favor as Midnight and Shadow took cover and watched in horror as their brothers and sisters, one by one, began to slowly morph into horrendous creatures, growing claws, sharp teeth, and hair in some areas. The two men, terrified, fired shots everywhere as one pulled out an axe and began slashing the twins' siblings. After the bloodshed it was only one of the robbers left, half dead, totally ripped and mauled everywhere on his body as for the rest of their family and the other robber, they didn't survive. The surviving intruder, tired and shaken by the genocide that had taken place was ready to leave until he spotted the twins and held up his axe, ready to kill the last two remaining witnesses. The only thing the two remembered by then crying and huddling up together in fear, awaiting their death but a sudden warmth arose in their chests and a sudden rage took over them until they both see red and blackout. After the blackout, they finally came to their senses and were lamenting the loss of their beloved and the two monsters that caused this tragedy, all dead.


They escaped their home and their city and made their way through dark alleys and streets only to take refuge at the nearby forest, outside of the city limits where they have been struggling to survive ever since, slowly but surely understanding the new abilities that came to them.

Rank and Challenge for Rank: Would start as an outsider but later seek to be second-in-command scout since she has skills in hunting and is very alert. She knows how to hide in the shadows in her wolf form and can spot intruders from a mile away which makes her good for patrolling the territory.


Writing Style/Preference: Third person. I know these profiles are really detailed but my posts are not this elaborate and detailed. I would probably write from at least four sentences to up to about two (short) paragraphs. Both of the twins will have their moments where they do actions together or separately.

Name: Malik "Shadow" Evers

Personality: He is a little of the opposite of Midnight. He is brash, snarky, serious, and a little arrogant and distrusting of strangers. He comes off as a rude and obnoxious one to be around. No one understands how his sister could stand to deal with such an impish character but they are very close and have been protecting each other since birth and the massacre of their blood pack. Because of the trauma of loosing their beloved family, he is very distrusting and overprotective of Marquia and it doesn't help that she is a young female, attracting curious males when she is in heat. With the exception of Marquia, he has a deep secret fear of loving others, afraid that they might either betray him or that they will get hurt like his old pack members. He is also aware of his hostile nature and is scared of hurting others. When with other wolves he can't help but suspect them prejudging him and his sister for the mysterious way they look which also contributes to him being really defensive. However, being friends with him is not entirely impossible (maybe harder than befriending his sister, but not impossible). If you are lucky to gain his trust and/or befriend him it is noticeable how he is serious when need be, but he has his little moments where he is very sarcastic and loves to mildly tease others. He is always sweeter on his sister and jokes with her to cheer her up. She may not know this but she has always been his rock and his reason to keep on surviving. If he was alone he would probably crawl in a corner and die. But because of his beloved sister's undying love, he gains the strength to move on and look forward to a brighter day. As the twins have learned to survive on their own he is seen by folks in his wolf form, hunting silently in the darkness of the night, creeping in the shadows, which is the nickname he was given.
