"Not really..." Kora shrugged. "All I heard is that some werewolf gangs have been edgy lately. Though, they always are when Victor starts moving into their territory. Don't take that as your main clue, though. I'd hate sending you down a completely wrong path." She smiled. "How about a peck on the cheek, hm?" She winked. "I'm dying for a bit of warm-blooded contact around these walking corpses. You know what it's like for a satyr, right?"

Leah nodded, and gave a coy smile to Kora. "I can't stand this place. I don't understand how you live here." She set her drink down and placed her lips on Kora's warm cheek. She pulled away and gave a small smile. She stood up, stretched, and announced "I've got to get going. There is work to be done and I don't have much help. Thanks for the drink."

@RomanticDaffodil

"It has its charms." Kora said and waved at Leah. "Good luck." She winked before raising a drink to her vampiric watchmen.

Leah got curious looks from the vampires and their servants. Their lives must be even more boring than Kora's - living only to feed and occasionally kill on orders.

The sun was setting as Baal was heading home, being done with the job. He was walking slowly thinking about the latest case and sighing "After thousands of years, people still don't know how to commit a murder properly." Baal said looking at the horizon "I always have to bail out the same imbeciles."
He suddenly stopped in front of the alley leading to the theater's back entrance. Baal grinned as Kiyoko was thrown against the wall and held there as he began making his way towards him. "What do we have here?" said Baal "A fallen angel. Your kind is miserable. I would do you a favor by ending your petty existence."

@JayKuro
(Sorry I wasn't notified)

Kiyoko winced as he was shoved against the wall. "Wh- what do you want?" He asked, he really didn't want any trouble, especially from a demon. "How is my kind miserable exactly?!" He said keeping his eyes hidden behind his bangs, althoug he was glaring at the demon. Even if he didn't want trouble this guy wasn't a human, he was a demon, an angel's natural enemy.

Leah decided where she was going to start. She had an aqauntiance that knew most everyone who didn't want to be known in the city, and she could most likely get a lead from her. Maybe some help. Leah headed to the theater, knowing that Elise would be performing today.

In an alleyway close to the Nonabandoned Theater ;; Nearing Dusk

A dry, hungry ache burned the female's throat, her normally calm composure stiff with panic as she swiftly walked toward her theater. Forgetfulness was not normally in her nature but things had been chaotic as of late and feeding slipped her mind. Thankful for the monthly Midnight show, Elise had plenty of time to hunt, however,

who

to hunt was the dilemma. That nasty "canned blood" never sufficed - it was cold, old, and never tasted right. The streets behind her theater were empty at the moment but she needed something warm to soothe the painful itch. Elise paced at the opening of the alley behind her theater, irritated at herself for needing blood so badly. A pair of nearby footsteps stopped the female's movement, her ears tuned to the creatures flowing blood, it's heartbeat filling her head like an annoying drum. Straightening, Elise stepped outside the darkened alleyway, a sweet deceiving smile etched on her face. A look of recognition spread across the human girl's features and let out a small squeal of delight.

"

Oh my god

! You're Elise! I can't believe it's really you!" she gushed, unaware of the others intent. The vampire curtsied politely, her smile still intact as she replied. "In the flesh," she cooed, the power of seduction on her side. Awestruck, the other stumbled closer, unsure if she should but persuaded by Elise's overwhelming lilac gaze. "Would it be alright if I... take a picture with you?" The human seemed bashful, her cheeks reddening at the request. Who was Elise to refuse? "I'd be happy to," she replied, then added, "How would you like to see my dressing room first? That is, if you're not too busy." She smiled again, her eyes boring into the others. The female jumped with excitement, clearly not aware her life would soon be over. "Follow me," Elise sang, her hand gesturing back toward the alley she had appeared from. "This is the back entrance. Normally, I wouldn't show anyone, but

you

-" the vampire cast an approving glance at her. "I like you. Yes, very much."

As soon as the words left her mouth, Elise made her move. She pinned the other against the cold brick wall and felt a sharp shiver run through their body. Meeting the now fearful girl's gaze, Elise smiled calmly. "Please, try not to scream," she murmured, her voice sickeningly sweet. She kissed her lovingly, trailing the kisses from her lips to the sweet spot on her neck where her blood was the most condensed. Without a moment's rest, Elise sank her fangs into the girl's jugular, greedily sucking away her life.

Leah landed on the ground in front of the very highly regarded "Bronze Theater". An ironic name. She stopped and stared up at the towering columns, taking note of how large the building was. Enough to accommodate so many people. She put one foot on the first marble step, then stopped. She needed to see Elise in private. Without her bodyguards. With that, Leah decided she would enter the studio from the back. Leah stepped into the alley, and found Elise feeding on a young human. Leah scowled, then melded into the shadows, hoping to surprise Elise.

Katarina was walking around town, bored out of her skull. Hardly anything interesting was happening downtown, and she needed to find something interesting to do. She ducked into an alley and inhaled the scents of the city. She caught the scent of blood, and the sound of feeding. It was not especially close, but that was no longer an issue for her. She jumped forty feet straight up before kicking off the wall and jumping the last dozen feet up to the roof of the building. She dropped her pretense of weakness for a moment and moved the way only the ancient could, leaving behind a blur of fire in the air. As she approached the alley where she smelled the feeding she came to a halt two roofs away and made sure her disguise was secure before running over the last two rooftops normally and jumping off the edge of the roof into the alley. She landed with a flourish of her light blue sundress sundress and tilted her head saying, "Hello there! How are you doing? You should probably not kill her, that's just bad press all around. Rather badly reflects on your control as well." @Ashlynita (She looks slightly silly as she is wearing no shoes and a light blue sun dress, and would feel like a couple century old vampire at most) @RomanticDaffodil (Since your there as well)

The girl soon went limp, her breathing gurgling to a halt after a minute or two. Elise had almost sucked her dry when a presence appeared behind her. The female released her hold on the other and gasped for air, her body tingling with power from the feed. Taking a step away from the corpse, Elise turned her cold glare to the one who had disrupted her. "It is a bit too late for that now, is it not?" She replied, venom lacing her words. The female was much older than Elise, centuries older at that. "Perhaps I could have gone about feeding in a... more civil manner but the body wants what it wants." The rush from the kill was wearing off and her proper attituded took hold once more. Elise glanced at the corpse and winced, a bundle of emotion slamming into her. "In any case, the press cannot know what is hidden. I'll have someone clean this up." Straightening, Elise turned fully to face the other vampire. "And who do I have the pleasure of speaking to? I don't believe I've seen you around and I make a point to know everyone." Her lilac gaze took in their appearance, thoughtful.

Leah cursed, angry that another presence had swooped in and had left Elise and her in the company of another. From the way she looked, Leah could tell that this vampire was not apart of Victor's gang. So that meant no information would come out of Elise until she was gone. Leah would have to wait until the second vampire left, then she would make her presence known. Until then, she would trail Elise. @Ashlynita

Katarina watched as the vampire tossed the corpse aside and shook her head sighing. Then she looked back up and said, "My name is Kat, and yes it is a bit late for it now. Starving yourself and then feeding to the point of death is lazy, and dangerous. It draws unwanted, and uneccesary hostility from the locals. Vampires these days seem to have no sense of style. Fake blood, and enough willing humans always available, and yet still they resort to back alleyways, like a common mugger. I make a point of people not knowing me, and this is why. The younger generation seems to have lost all sense of style. For manners sake, what is your name?"

As the day began to wane, Maion began another one of her patrols of the city. While most of her jobs were paying, she felt that they barely made a bent in the crime of the city. Many people were either too scared to ask for help or, especially with the larger crime syndicates, are 'cleaned up' before any kind of help can be asked for. Patrols are ways that she can find her own information or provide help before it's too late. Plus the paying jobs provide enough to get by, she can afford to give free-bees.

Going through one of the alleys she could feel the presence of another fallen angel. Angels all have a distinct sense about them that are so much different from other creatures, it ends up being a bad thing more than a good thing.

Maion peered around the corner to find them pinned by a demon. Carefully she unsheathed a dagger that was hidden around her thigh, readying herself to activate the sigil to summon her armor. That was only for a worse case scenario,however. She hoped to avoid that, but she was doubtful. She walked into the alleyway to face the two of them. "Yes, I would like to know as well", she interrupted.

The vampire's gaze hardened, Kat's words stabbing her pride. "You may call me Elise," she replied stiffly. "I'm afraid you caught me on a bad day, normally I'm not so... barbaric in my ways." Elise licked the remaining blood from her lips, trying her best to recover from her previous state. "I understand your concern and frustration, there are plenty of other ways to feed and the negative attention certainly does not help us have better grounds with mankind." The female bowed her head to the other vampire, ashamed of her own actions. "Starving oneself is careless and I'll do well to keep it in mind for the next time I feed."

Kilotons looked over and saw a woman who appeared to be in her early twenties with long black hair trailing down her back stopping around her waist. He smiled a bit as he sense she was a fallen angel as well. 'They seem to be everywhere these days.' He thought sighing a bit though not saying anything. He knew that this demon was post likely a higher ranked one and with one slip up he could probably do some really bad damage on Kiyoko. 'It salways seems to happen when I'm not looking for any trouble.' He thought turning his head back towards the demon his gaze not showing any signs of fear. Although the demon probably wouldn't know that considering his eyes were still covered by his hair.

Katarina looked the other vampire over again, reassessing her. Her eyes blanked for a moment as she looked through her own memories. Then her eyes focused again and she raised an eyebrow at the other vampire, "Elise the singer? You should really not be starving yourself then. You have more than enough people who would likely feed you, and if you let the thirst go long enough it can cause damage to things like vocal cords." Her eyes cloud again as she remembers for a moment. Then Kat grimaced and a bit of her Glamour dropped as a hint of ancient power came through for a moment before she said, "You should care for your voice, even as a vampire. On that note do you have a performance anytime soon? You have made me curious I admit, and it has been a while since I heard a vampire sing." @Ashlynita @RomanticDaffodil (sorry about how long that took. I rewrote it a couple times TBH and I am still not happy about it.)

Leah cursed under her breath. Katarina was not going to leave anytime soon. Leah would just have to catch Elise alone in between her show. Perhaps she would make time for an old friend. Leah stared at the Egyptian vampire, hoping that maybe her hidden glare would be enough to scare Katarina off and leave Elise alone.

Elise rose, Kat's shift in tone catching her attention. "Thank you for the warning, it would be detrimental to my career if my vocals gave out." She paused, unsure if she should tell her much else about her recent starvation episode. It wasn't that she was ungrateful for the endless supply of willing fans, she just had many things to take care of... "That aside, I happen to have a show tonight," Elise smiled kindly and gestured toward the theater's back entrance. "You are free to come and see my performance - free of charge, of course." It wasn't her typical style but perhaps allowing her a free seat would help ease the tension. Having enemies was the last thing she desired especially one with such ancient power - even if briefly shown. Elise placed one hand lightly on her side, giving the other a challenging grin. "I'll show you my generation's true style on stage." As she conversed with Kat, the vampire began to feel another nearby presence yet didn't quite know what to make of it.

@Abberakelaran & @RomanticDaffodil

Katarina had been aware of another presence in the alley for some time. They were hidden enough that she could not tell their identity or precise location but she knew they were present. When their attention focused on her she sighed with irritation before saying to Elise, "That sounds delightful, I would enjoy seeing a performance. However I suspect there may be something else we need to deal with." Kat turned away from Elise and said, "I know you are there! Eavesdropping is rude you know. If you are here to attempt to cause trouble, could you cause it now please? I do not want the show to be interrupted."

Baal chuckled "You're going to kill me, using that toothpick?". He turned towards Maion "Do you even know who I am ?" Baal said, and as he blinked, Kiyoko was no longer pinned against the wall "You're not worth the trouble. Killing both of you would mean that, your friends for heaven will pursue me."

@Creeper @JayKuro @The Angelic Kori

"Now then..." Victor stood up. "That meeting with the werewolves." He looked over his shoulder. "Children, you're coming with me." He said and headed to the door, followed by two of his guards. Unlike the rest, these carried swords along with their usual guns. After that recent expansion into the territories officially owned by some werewolf gangs, tensions grew high. Now that they're about to reach boiling point, the werewolves summoned a meeting. Victor, however, had no intention on cooling things down. The Praetorian family took in new, expendable members with the goal of being canon fodder in the war if it comes to it. Victor wasn't selective about his members either. Vampires and werewolves, angels and demons. Everyone was allowed to gather under one banner if proven valuable.

Stepping out, Victor could feel the tension in the air. Vampires had no business meddling in the affairs of heaven and hell but customs were nothing to Victor's ambition. Knowing full well he was outgunned, Victor smirked, hoping his confidence and reputation will be enough.

"You know..." He started talking, getting between them. "This theater isn't actually closed. It only looks like that." He shook his head, his two guards close behind. "I'd rather if you didn't fight in front of my place of business." He looked at each of them. "We can go in and talk this over a nice warm drink of..." He looked at the demon. "Lava? And..." He looked at the angels. "Kindness, I guess." He teased.

@DC981 @JayKuro @The Angelic Kori

Baal sighed at the sound of Victor's voice, and turned around to face him "Lava? Now, that is racist." he said raising an eyebrow and smiling "We demons come from hell , but that doesn't mean we drink lava.".

After a short pause he approached Victor and fixed his gaze upon him "But I digress. If there is someone who should be taught manners it's these angels." Baal said "They're the ones who have the idea of "Me see demon , me go kill." stuck in their heads.".

Leah winced, somewhat upset her cover was blown. She should've known the vampires could sense her. Leah stepped out of the shadows (quite literally) and gave a small wave. She locked both vampire's ankles in place, just as a precaution. "I'm Leah, an agent sent from Victor's gang." she said, giving a forced smile to Katrina.

Kori rolled her eyes at Victor's offer and crossed her arms. "Right, 'Kindness'" she repeated slightly amused by the offer. She sheathed her weapon and turned her attention to the demon. "And you act as though you weren't just pinning one of my kind to a wall", she replied, "then you point out his 'petty existence' as an angel, you are sure one to talk about racism."

Although it is true that she had little to no patience for demons. They had the most encounters with her out of any other species by far. They don't exactly have a good reputation. "In any case, if you don't cause trouble then we have to reason to quarrel," she said looking anyway.

Kiyoko sighed and got off the wall glad that he was no longer pinned down to it. He was up on the offer so long as the demon didn't try to do anything funny. He looked around at the three... People he had just met. 'Another fallen angel. A demon. And a...' He looked over at the one who had just offered them 'kindness' 'probably a vampire' Kiyoko thought scratching his hair. He would've asked for their names but the demon probably would be say, the vampire he wasn't sure of but the other angel maybe. Although he also didn't see the point considering the fact that after this they were probably never going to see each other again.

"Got you to put that weapon away, didn't I?" Victor crossed his arms on his chest with a smirk. "Come now, I'd rather not have any further tension in my city." He nodded, hoping they were new enough not to know he's only controlling a small portion of Mobville. "How about you shake hands, give each other a kiss and we forget about this inconvenience?" He watched them carefully. While he certainly was no match for them, Victor had a feeling a few carefully selected words could make them bow.
