Got an idea for a heavy strength specialised race, just trying to get a handle on power here, what are the strongest beings capable of doing here?

If I went with the Dhampir direction... hm..
Maybe something like Fallout 4? This is after humanity destroyed each other with superweapons. (nuclear bombs. It always is.
) People can be mutated into ghouls, or something like that...
But instead, have some people resort to cannibalism, and the irradiated DNA floods the person's system, allowing them to adapt much faster... (So really more like the Blood Angels from Warhammer 40K...)
And then you have a race: the Vyrunil. Yes, they are pale skinned- so much that it contrasts their black veins very much. They require life fluids to live, (be it blood, sweat, spit, or anything else.) live for around, say, 350 years, and have enhanced immune systems, speed, and strength. They are born magically gifted... wait, do we have magic?
Anyways, they have some weaknesses. Such as daylight being somewhat debilitating to them. Also: Loud noises tends to stun them. (Think Venom Vs. Sonic attacks.) Might add one more... hm...
Anyways, again, would this idea be viable? xD

Hm, the strongest would probably be able to lift things such as boulders and throw them with ease or prove to be massive tanks in battle. I’d say they could hold off large forces for quite some time in a war.

Im thinking of a character thats basically the boogieman. A species that blends reality and the dreamscape...
Basically think Pitch from Rise of the guardians, who feeds off dreams and such.
I mean an entire species. The nocturnal residents of the world, feed off dreams and nightmares as they slink through the shadows. Usually not very active during the day. Not to keen on bright light, but can bear it.
This is just to get the idea acoss, ill be writing it out quite abit better in the cs, If im allowed ^^

Thanks! So, the species is human-like but with many reptilian features such as scales, spikes on their backs, prehensile tails, cat-eye pupils, claw-like nails, and sharp teeth. They are called Drakonids and live in the Yianyl region. Because where they live is often snowy, they have evolved to have generally light-colored scales, such as light blue, green, purple, etc. for camouflage. They also have slightly protruding snouts, along with rather long ears that are quite expressive, and light-colored hair.
Love it!!! I think they’ll fit in quite well! :3
