Name: Chloe

Age: 18

Personality: Goofy, fun, playful, happy, sometimes clumsy, sensitive, and friendly.

Apperence: Show in picture

Family: Mother and baby brother ( brother's about 10 )

Bio: Chloe has been cooking with her mother ever since she was 6 she loved watching her mom cook and wanted to try it for herself at first she wasn't good at it and would burn ever dish she made and wanted to give up but her mom told her something she would never forget she say to her never give up and work hard towards your dreams to make them come true. Ever since then she's gotten better about cooking and will cook dinner while her mom is away at work.

Special dishes: Caramel and Elderberry Wafer, and Nutmeg and Vanilla Custard. She makes the caramel and elderberry wafers by picking only the freshest elderberries from her small garden in her backyard she picks the reddest of the glowing crimson colored berries, She washes them and puts them aside for later. Next she starts with the wafer she makes these from scratch it takes longer this way but she doesn't mind. She takes flour sugar, salt, baking powder, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla extract to add a little extra flavor. Next she also makes the caramel from scratch she takes sugar, salted butter, heavy cream, and salt. How she makes it is she makes the caramel first since it would take the longest to get to the temperature needed for the caramel to come out right while she waits for that she mixes the ingredients together for the wafers and puts them in the oven and with the elderberries she smashes them to make a jam. Once ever thing is done she puts the wafer down first then the elderberry jam then the caramel on top and then another wafer to make a sandwich. The sweet, and salty, and the little bit of crunch play really nicely together. Next its the nutmeg and vanilla custard this is the simpler dish of hers and she get a lot of the ingredients from this from her garden, she picks the nutmeg and the vanilla bean when they are ready and smashes the nutmeg into a fine powder and she opens the vanilla bean and gets the contents inside she also uses the bean itself to intensify the flavor of the vanilla since nutmeg can be over powering. To make her custard she takes eggs, sugar, salt, and warm milk. She puts all of her ingredients in the pot and that's pretty much it for her custard nice and simple.

Cooking style: Her dishes are kind of mixed between all of the styles but most of her dishes are French.

Home Country: Blackburn, England

How many years of cooking: about 12 years
