Short Change Gang RP

Xero wasn't running full speed, because he really wasn't looking forward to helping this flying thing he doesn't know anything about. He was still going pretty fast... Probably topping it at about 100 mph. Slicer exploded into glowing dust and the outline of Maul, named after Darth Maul, appeared in his left hand, then was filled with the sword itself. Xero held it out in front of him and half of the sword split from the normal sword and swung to the other side, making it a sword similar or Darth Maul's light-saber. The side of the sword was deformed because of the transformation, and it bent itself into the right position. He saw a line of cop cars, the cops out free-firing at the flying object. Xero's spirits brightened. Once he got close enough, Xero leaped up, flipped upside down and twisted forward again.


"I hope you guys have life insurance!" He instantly regretted saying that, that was one of his worst phrases.


"Xero, work on that one a little," Omega said through the radio.


"F*** off," finished Xero, while Maul sliced through cops and their cars alike.


Jacob walked to His other sister's room and knocked, and he instantly knew something was up with them, because he heard at least two of the girls slam up against the door, then Abby calmly spoke up "Who's there?" she asked, Jacob had to stop laughing before he answered.


"Heh, it's Jake," He half-said, half-laughed. The door opened a little more, and an eye looked around, then the door opened further.


"Come in," ordered Abby
 
"Oh, well that's nice! You have a grudge on him, or is carnage not good enough?" Anton said firing away at some helicopter in the distance, and flipping over the ship to do some kind of matrix-esque dodge from a homing rocket.


"Hey look, it's ... aw shit, military trucks, if we keep this up we'll be fighting tanks and bombers, wanna go home now?" Ao said looking at some binoclulers.


"We'll do it when this thing starts smoking," Anton nonchalantly replied.


"By then it'll be to late and we'll be blown up,"Ao retorted.


"You haven't played enough video games, anything's possible, especially high-tailing it like a madman," Anton said turning the radio on to some Megaman music, "The 90's salute you army boy!" Anton yelled gunning down a truck, now bullets were striking the VTOL.


"So is this Taint what Anton calls a `David Bowie knockoff`?" Ao said, he explained, "I mean does he have muscles to rip a baby elephant apart?" Ao asked quietly gunning down squads of SWAT, who knows why they were still here.
 
([MENTION=3471]Komeko[/MENTION] if you haven't realized yet, which I hope you have, the people Xero and Omega are fighting are the same guys shooting at you. Just an FYI :) )


Xero finished off a couple of cops and looked over down the street, and paused for a second before contacting Omega.


"Hey, Omega... Military heading this way," Xero informed Omega.


"Got it, Xero," Omega acknowledged while he de-summoned his sniper rifle and summoned another, aiming at the truck in the front and pulling the trigger. The bullet stuck to the front of the vehicle and a drill attached to it dug into it. Wires came out of the special-made bullet and wired the truck so Omega could control everything on it remotely. Omega de-summoned the sniper he had and switched his HUD and operating systems to the remote-controlled military truck he just got for christmas.


He started shooting at the other military vehicles with the mounted gun, spinning the mount around and knocking the marine mounted on it out with the butt of the gun. He made sure all the doors were locked and all the windows were rolled up and his bullet made a small explosion, causing the truck to catch on fire and all the soldiers inside were trying to get out of the fire unsuccessfully. The mounted gun kept firing until so much of the remote operating system was melting to the point of no return. Omega successfully destroyed not just one military truck, but four.


Xero went in and picked off any marines that might have escaped the chaos... Did I mention Xero loves chaos?
 
I hear yelling for help, as hurt as I am I try to walk towards the voices. And there I seen it, Taint over there on the ground in pain. I run as fast as I can which isn't very fast since i'm hurt and I over to him. I grab his arm "What's wrong bro?" He's not answering me, he's just holding his head. I could tell that this guy needed to be treated right away. I stand him up, he's light which is good for me. I'm carrying him over my shoulders, "Atta boy, I got'cha. I'll get you help, don't you worry." "Then after, i'll teach you how to use a gun."
 
Raven


"Actually, I'm fine with it. Everyone has their own unique weapons, as I do, and as do you, it's rather good that you have your own, actually. People prepared are people better off," I said, and smiled at him.


Kyra looked down, then up to Taylor, "How, how is it being a mother? How is it being loved by a lot of people?" She asked this, because she only ever felt loved by her father, which, was enough, but her father was Hades. Not many people liked her because of that.


Adam rose from the shadows behind Anton, Ao, and (Braxt's bad dude character.)


"Going after the Short Change Gang, are we?" He asked, as he pumped his shotgun with his one arm, "Those with one arm have less to lose, than those with all four limbs." He smiled. He knew very well that the only thing he could do here was slow them down. He knew that he was to either be killed today, or captured. He didn't want the latter, so he'd give reason for to be killed.

"You took this better than I thought," Denevan said, reverting to his regular form. He did not expect her to react the way she did. Thoretically, Raven, as leader of the Short Change Gang naturally did deserve to know about his weapon of choice. "It's known as the Neoblade. It is pretty complicated how it works, but if it interests you further, I could get you in the my parents. They were the ones who inevented it." "Now then, where is my room," He asked feeling exhausted. After flying for three days, who would not be?
 
Xero finished up with what he was doing, and Omega came on the radio.


"Hey, Xero, someone's up on the flying thing now other than the first three. No clue if he's friendly or hostile, but I'm going to keep my eyes on him." Omega said.


"Roger that, a**hole." Xero said cockily.


Taylor kind of shrugged. "If my kids weren't so high maintenance all the time," she laughed, showing she was kidding. Her kids barely came to her for anything anymore, they got a grasp on life. "You'll know what it's like to be loved if you don't already, it's pretty close in the Short Change Gang." Taylor smiled to reassure her.

"This is a matter between me and him only, and I swear if you so much as breath on him I will personally kill you with my bare hands." I was displeased by all this, I don't think it was the time to face him again, though he will very much need this confrontation. "Alright so lay this plan in front of me, what are we looking at and who do I kill?"


Taint


I had finally regained consciousnesses and saw I was being carried by Blade. "He-he, hey buddy, long time no see ah? I-I only looked over there and my mind felt like it had exploded. Blade, do you know who's on that ship thing? It's my- my..... he doesn't even deserve the title. It's Avento Dentai." I pushed myself off of Blade and rushed back to the room that Jacob let me share and snagged by sword of my bunk. I dashed back to Blade, hoping that he might know anything.
 
Anton smiled and raised his Mass Driver from his side, he slowly pointed it at Adam's remaining arm.


"Come with us, unless you want your arm shot inwards, put down that shotgun," Ao said.


Ao got up from the pilot's seat after punching in some stuff, he slowly pulled out a weird mask thingy. Something people with asthma or life support would use.


"Put this on your face afterwards, don't worry, we'll kill you eventually," Ao ordered, pulling his Mass Driver to his chest, loaded with a new type of ammo, a circled rod.


As they did this, the VTOL turned back and did evasive maneuvers on autopilot, they stood near each other.
 
Adam smiled brightly, and then aimed the shotgun at the controls.


"Surrender? No." He said, and fired.


Raven


"Well, we are open minded here. Our group has gone through a lot, and we need all the help we can get," I said, smiling at him.


Kyra laughed at what Taylor said, and said this, "That is, if I live long enough."


A man leaped from a tree, narrowly avoiding a gun shot. His hair, every shade of red. His skin, the tone of the Apache. His skills, way beyond expectation. This was Fenix, a man who was truly, the only phoenix to be able to go human. And he was on the run for his life, from the leader of the E.W.H. Entirely Human World. Marcus Tuster was the leader, a British man in his thirties, who, as a child, saw his father killed by a phoenix. He had made it his goal to kill every supernatural thing. Demigods, vampires. You name it.


"Blast, I missed," Tuster said.


"That's alright boss, we just got a new update," Clark, his assistant said.


"And that is?" Tuster asked.


"The Short Change Gang. Most of them are supernatural in some way, shape, or form. If we can take them out, we deal a major strike against the supernatural f***s," Clark said.
 
I see Taint running with his sword drawn, something is wrong. I stop him from running, I need to know what is going on. He's still trying to run, but I hold him down. "What is wrong?" He's just still there struggling trying to get free of my grasp. "WHAT IS WRONG?" He's still not answering me. I turn around and I see the ship, shit that's some top gear stuff. I let him go, I draw my pistol. I let him go, "We have to warn the others!"
 
"Well, there's about thirty dollars in repair, great job, oh wait... if it crashes I have to pay five thousand... I should kill you shouldn't I?" Anton said while he flipped over. The controls were messed up but he didn't really care, "Deja vu," he whispered, then Ao pulled the trigger on his Mass Driver, sending the rod plummeting towards his chest.


"It's a good thing we can skydive, you might live, keyword might," Ao said as the impact took effect, this thing was traveling at seventy miles per hour, it's least powerful setting, and it would knock out a superhero. Anton stood over him, raised his boot, and knocked down on his head.
 
Omega looked down his sniper rifle sight again, and the guy that just appeared there shoot at something on the aircraft. Omega took it as this guy was hostile, but he didn't do anything just in case. Someone came over the radio, it was a girl.


"Omega, you weren't given authorization to fire. What's your reason?" She asked.


"Xero got himself into trouble again, Ma'am," Omega replied, he often blamed his mistake on Xero, because when Xero screws up Omega has to punish him, and he usually doesn't, but when Omega gets in trouble HQ has to punish him, and they always do.


"Roger that, Omega, get Xero out of there and return back to the 'covert' part of your operation," she told Omega.


"Copy that, HQ," Omega finished.


Omega switched radio channels.


"Xero, fall back, HQ is bitching again," Omega informed Xero.


"Sir."


Taylor lost her smile when Kyra said that. "What do you mean, 'Live long enough?' You sound like you're expecting to die soon," Taylor knew what death was like, not to die, but to be left behind. She still hadn't recovered, at all, from the incident with Jack, she just kept it bottled inside of her because she simply didn't have the time to let any of it out anymore.


Erik's ears were still ringing from the incident outside, he stopped leaning on the wall and walked back out of the training room, walking back towards the outside hoping more fresh air will help.
 
Kyra looked at Jack, and shook her head, "Oh, it's nothing, it's just that any one of us could drop at any second. You know how it is. . . "


Adam took a step back, looking at the new hole in his chest. He then smiled, and said this, simply this, "Nice shot." He then slid into the shadows, and onto the island, bleeding out.

Taint


"Look Blade, I don't know whats happening at all, but what I do know is my only chance at redemption may or may not be floating not too far away!" I push Blade aside and charge for the exit door. When I get there I charge through them and look at the edge of the island. I had to make it down somehow but I had no wings, or powers to get me down safely. Without a second thought I just jumped off the edge, but not without tying a small rope I found to a nearby tree branch and tried to at least shorten my fall to the ground. At the end of the rope I just closed my eyes and jumped. I prayed to myself that I would make it. When I was only 20 feet to the ground I opened my eyes which started to glow a bright orange. I had started to fall very slowly and then just softly touch on the ground. "This is new to me..." there was no time to marvel at my condition? I just ran along the ground towards where I felt the disturbance. "I'm coming for you Avento. You will die today!"

Cross had been focused on steering and a dude sudden popping up was enough to blow off that concentration,"What the!?"He said looking at the man now not paying attention and not even a minute went by before the ship started to spin like a bullet."Waa!"Cross held on,feeling Blake under him wrap his arm around him like a seat belt and hold onto the seat below,Eclipse held onto the bars in front of him,looking at the meters and gauges to see what was going on and he yelled."Too much!Pull back the hold!" Just as he said Cross did,pulling back a lever with his other hand tight on the steer.The ship snapped back right side up and the speed had slowed as it simply glided now.


Cross stared straight shocked for a moment them glared up at the stranger,now placing Blake's hands where his were to keep the ship balanced he shot up on his feet with what little room he had to stand."What's your problem!? Don't ever just freak someone out when driving!" He yelled.Blake stayed where Cross put him,not sure what was going on but figured it was god for now.
 
"Well, we're crashing," Anton said opening the door to get out, without his parachute, he aimed his Mass Driver to the ground and fired rapidly, slowing his fall, and soon rising up. He did this for about thirty seconds until he went level with the island, and shot backwards, propelling him straight next to the graves. Reading who they had he sat down and dug another grave for the one who had been shot.

As the aircraft fell he walked to the back, grabbed a small laptop and stood near the back, when it hit the cargo flew up, but he clicked a button and hoped for the best, soon he, and the laptop were gone.


He opened his eyes to see an empty matrix in front of him, with a boy, with brown hair and green eyes staring at him.


"You're fake aren't you? Funny how they spent so much time on me and none on you," the boy, around twelve years old, said hollowly. Long were his days of fighting glorified zombies and tricking nations, he was down in depths of an empty place, probably for a few hundred years.


"I'm the coder," Ao responded a little spooked at what he had created. He struggled to think who this was and suddenly the idea hit him. It was a character he made, when he role played. It's cunning ideas where all made from him, in a way he was him, suddenly he spoke, now saddened.


"If in a way you are me, why do you torture me, do you see not where I am?" he half spoke half not, like if he hadn't said it but it was in his head.


"You are in a worl-" he was interrupted by a bellow.


"WRONG! YOU HAVE TRAPPED ME IN NOTHING! I AM NOTHING, I HAVE NOTHING, I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING, AND YOU SAY YOU ARE ME? YOU-HAVE-THE-AUDACITY-TO-SAY-THIS-IS-A-WORLD?!" the voice boomed and yet his eyes stayed dulled.


"The worst part is, I can't do anything to you, you've stuck me in here, forever to your service, I can bellow at you, I can scare you, but I must do as you please," the voice returned melancholy.


"Then you will put me near a person, in reality," Ao ordered.


"I hate you," the voice robotisized and then it was gone and he appeared near Omega.
 
Omega was looking down the barrel of one of his snipers and his sensors picked up a life form next to him, like, directly near him. In one movement, the sniper was gone, Omega was turned towards the man, and his favorite pistol, Joy was out and aimed, for a second Omega held this stance, then lowered his pistol as he recognized the man as the one in the flying thing. By the time Omega had realize this, Xero was behind him, standing like he had known the other guy his entire life.
 
Andrew walked into the training room and pulled out his practice sniper. I know what you're thinking: 'Practice Sniper? What the hell is that?!' Well, basically, it's a sniper-tazer that Andrew made and wired a couple of practice dummies so when he hits them lights will light up, oh, and also, each one of the practice dummies that have this also has a tazer he programmed them to shoot out of their eyes... On the highest setting... Enough to put Andrew on the ground.


Andrew started the session up, and realized he didn't set the start-up timer because he had to dodge a tazer before it hit him right off the bat. He rolled into cover, and popped up just long enough to take a shot, barely aiming, and hit a target right to the left of where the left lung would be. As he ducked back down he felt another tazer round fly by his head and he got a bit of a jolt as it touched his hair. He breathed heavily after that one, if that would have hit him in the forehead that wouldn't have been good. This was a lot more dangerous than he thought. He smiled. He liked it that way.


Omega kept a ready stance even though he didn't have his gun raised. He didn't know this guy, but he did technically save his life. Omega didn't know exactly what would have went down if he didn't help, so he wasn't going to say he definitely saved it. Xero stayed in a comfortable stance. Xero was comfortable being comfortable, even if he didn't know the guy. If the guy still wanted to harm him and Omega after they helped him, so be it, but he was outnumbered, not technically out-skilled, and possibly a friendly.
 
Avento


I didn't so much as care what these baboon's were doing on this ship, I was only here to see him. I could care less about them, as long as they provided for me. "I understand you people are having, complications, but can we get on with this. I have no time for your stupid shit when we could be at the gang as we speak." I was serious with them, this was getting old.


Taint


After a while of running I knew I wouldn't much make it to where he was, so I'd just have to go back to the gang and ask for assistance in getting there as much as I wanted to do it all myself. I pulled out my phone and used the new number Jacob had given me when I met him. I pulled it out, dialed, and listened to that seamlessly endless dial tone. Come on Jacob.
 
Jacob heard his phone ringing, which was odd because his phone never rang since... Well... It never rang.


Jacob pulled out his phone and noticed it was Taint, so he answered.


"What's up, Taint?" He asked, the giggles from four girls contaminating the background.


"Stop, I'm talking on the damned phone!" Jacob told the girls, then realized he said that with the phone up to his mouth, and sighed.
 
"Uh hey there ladies man, look there isn't much time and I don't like this but I need you to get me to this well, I'm not completely sure what it is, but you have to somehow take me there and I can't get there on foot. I need your help here man." I pleaded with him, this could me my only chance to find that scum and end him. "I'm right under the island, if you could just meet me here with some ride."
 
"Got it," Jacob said, and hung up. There wasn't much time, right?


"Gotta go," He told HIS SISTERS (Lol Braxto), and left without their consent.


"A ride?" He asked himself, jumping off the side of the island, and landing next to Taint with his wings out. He grabs him by the collar and flies up.


"Where to?" Jacob asks Taint.
