Whilst you two are trying to see whose posts can be the longest, I'm just here with my overly dramatic names and bulky paragraphs. Still don't know how I'm going to top ATMpted thief yet.

I just laugh in the background with my comparatively tiny posts.

I just realised that I, a person suffering from social anxiety and autism, got social anxiety from writing a character suffering from social anxiety and autism. All because I was afraid I could not accurately potray a person suffering from social anxiety and autism. And on top of that my anxiety/self-loathing is spazzing out because of it- smh we live in a society.

So I need to think of a place that May'ona will try to steal a plasma core from. Anyone have an idea? I'd love to collaborate on this one so she ends up fighting some other character.

There could be some compound. Im not really sure of where she could go that would put her in conflict with another character it’s not like we have any rich scientists yet

Maybe it’s getting transported or something like that so like, a vehicle hijack. Considering the rather open location, it could give opportunity for a couple of city slickers™️ to

From what I've seen so far, you've done a decent job. The sensory overload in my experience is spot on, the disliking small children part is very accurate and both autism and anxiety do tend to come together. Although I think the magazine selling is something that few autistic people would feel confident enough to do, even if they cope with it pretty well, and the social anxiety would just make the magazine selling even more unlikely.

The two main autistic traits that can be best portrayed in roleplay are perhaps firstly the lack of interest in socialising with people the age of the character & preference in interacting with older and or younger people and secondly the routines.

Also, I'd be willing to have the staff's crystal be a plasma core, or at least something that fulfils a similar enough role. The paranoid conspiracy theorist having an alien tracking him down might make for an interesting dynamic.

Okay that could work. Her lack of equipment at the moment would make this difficult for her, but she could give it her best shot for sure.

...YES. HOW DID I NOT THINK OF THIS. THAT'S PERFECT.

Granted, she'd never be allowed to win this way and would eventually have to find a different option in desperation. But this could definitely work. I think she'll do a vehicle hijack later and get a plasma core that way.

The routine thing is kind of exactly why magazine selling works. Business is a very protocol driven practice, with set prices and clear cut routine for the most part. I feel as the though the behind school congregation would not be large and would trickle in, in small groups, so that attention would not be attracted.

The major issue with interaction would be the moment people start asking ‘how are you?’ or ‘Hi I’m Chelsea, what your favourite dinner food?’. In other words, the dreaded small talk.

So yeah while difficult it is possible, as long as p e ople r e a l i z e thaT nobo d y ca r e s wHAT t h e I r grandcHi l d Loo kS l i k e-

Anyways yeah children suck case closed
