"Get us out of here!" he yelled down to the driver. "We need to get away from here, piece these things together."

 

[Redwing]

Connor frowned and quickly descended to the driver. "For the love of everything man, move!" The driver stomped his foot on the accelerator and sped off towards the mountain.

 

[CharmingCthulhu]

Wilson jerks up from his slumber and sees that he is still on the ATV, he could here shouting. "What the hell happened while I was asleep?" He asks the nearest person who happened to be Seth.

"We're turning tail and running from some corrupted," we'll explain the rest later, once we figure it out ourselves."

 

[Redwing]

Connor took a deep breath and walked to the gun on top again, just in case. "Eve, connect me to a comms channel with Wilson, Seth, and Asim." Eve did so after Connor waited for a second or two. "Everyone alright?"

 

[CharmingCthulhu]

"Oh, so pretty much what was happening, when I passed out?" Wilson stands up, "Have we gotten closer to the cave yet?" WIlson hears the voice in his earpiece, " Yeah I'm alright."

 

[OnyxReaper]

Lelouch takes the helmet off of one of the Risen he bludgeoned, he fits the helmet and quickly checks on the status of the others, Ego-levels were acceptable and there physical state seemed generally okay. Eve updates Lelouch's status, he shuts off the links to the others and has Eve update his custom program to the Pistol Sin in his right hand.

"I'm fine, just a little shaken up," Seth replied. "I'm not sure, I just got here myself. What cave are we talking about?"

 

[CharmingCthulhu]

"That one," Wilson points up to the towering mountain with the very distinctive cave, "Many of the soldiers might be there already."

 

[VenomBlade95]

"If my soldiers met up with yours, like I'm hoping, they might be there too, plus some extra supplies."


Seth hung out the window of the ATV and let the breeze hit him.


"I don't do well on long trips."

 

[Leijonion]

Asim let out a sigh and glanced up at Connor. "Do you mean physically or mentally. Physically, I'm fine. I'm fine as hell! Mentally? Ehhhhh, not as much." She continued to sit on the outside of the ATV, giving the hatch to the inside a wary look. No. She wasn't going inside. Not quite yet. She looked back out at the corrupted. At least they were pulling ahead.

 

[VenomBlade95]

"Asim, you sure you don't want to come inside? If we crash, you'll be the first to end up corrupted food."

 

[Leijonion]

"I ain't goin' inside that death trap, I'll stay out here where I can watch my doom, thank you very much."

 

[VenomBlade95]

"You're a depressing traveling companion, you know that?"

 

[CharmingCthulhu]

"Well, you won't have to listen to that for much longer, because if I'm right the mountain is about 21 miles away. Which means it will be about 17-25 minutes until we get there."

 

[Leijonion]

She stuck her tongue out at Seth, then when she realized he couldn't see her, she sighed, tapping the cheek of her helmet. "I was just sticking my tongue out at you. Just so you know. I have my reasons for being depressing."

Her tongue made Seth sigh.


"Keep this up and I'll start singing."

 

[CharmingCthulhu]

"Oh, what a lovely couple you 2 are," Wilson said sarcastically ," Just makes me want to throw up!" Wilson smiles, but it is hidden by his helmet.

 

[Leijonion]

"Wilson, you better shut your trap before I stick my tongue out at you too!"

 

[CharmingCthulhu]

"Yeah I'll stop," Wilson looks at the mountain, "We're getting closer about 5 more minutes."

 

[Redwing]

"So, anyone have any ideas on what to do?" Connor was still manning the gun, though he still hadn't yet fired a single shot.

 

[Leijonion]

"Rest? Mourn? I dunno, man, take your pick." She lie down on the cold metal of the ATV. "I think I'm leaning towards the first."

 

[CharmingCthulhu]

"I don't really know, all I can think about right now is resting and getting our spirits up after our first battle." Wilson sighs ," I don't know what we'll do after that."

 

[VenomBlade95]

"Personally, I'm going to take a nap. I'll catch up with you guys." Seth laid back in his seat a closed his eyes.
