Lot to process, and it's been awhile since I've done any RP-ing. But I'm interested and gonna give it a go...

Question, can my character have an animal companion?...

Yup! We have cats, dogs, birds, horses, you can have a snake if you want.

We have Storosozelle and Qalapi (they're cousins but two different creatures). I have others, but they have not yet been attempted at drawing yet.

I was thinking (owl) griffin. If that's okay with you, of course.

That's fine with me. Thank you for pointing that out, people are also welcome to have an animal familiar from the animals of Xaythea that are tamable (the griffin and its four subspecies, ghost dogs, unicorns, pegasi, hippocampus, alicorn, Kamine, Rathar.) One can even try attempting to tame a Basilisk or one of the cave creatures if they were up to the task.
