She spun around to face him. "Welcome to Moscow, Russia. Why are you here?" Classic Mari. Straight and to the point.

"Because I was... worried ... about you..." he looks away "I mean we were just talking and you just ran away! So I decided to follow you!" he blushes a bit but hopes she doesn't see. It's pretty hard since she looking right at him.

"There was an attack on the Moscow Institute, and someone I care about went missing. I'm going to find him or die trying." This other person was her fiancé, the one who she was confused in her feelings towards.

He smiles a bit "Dont worry we will find that person"

She sighed. "Close? You could say that." She caught up with him. "Be careful, Crogus. Many shadowhunters here don't like Downworlders. This institute is also incredibly large."

A few minutes later, they came to the institute. There was an odd fog settled around it, probably from the attack. She went to the door, careful not to inhale the fog. She put a hand on the door and said something, causing it to open.

he follows her. A sword of water forms in his right hand. He was ready to attack. His eyes are really focused and they are always moving around looking for any signs of danger.

As soon as she stepped into the institute, someone slammed her into a wall, a seraph blade on her neck. She tapped the persons leg with her foot. "Natalya" she said. "Natalya it's me."

Crogus enters and points the sword at the person's neck, but when Mari said the name Natalya he understanded she was a friend and he makes the sword fall on the ground and turn into normal water again. he sighs.
