Park Dae Jung
"No, I was the one who ran into you. Sorry." He said and bowed slightly again. When he saw the tiny but noticeable bruises on her palms, Dae Jung immediately crouched down and dug into his backpack. He pulled out a water bottle before putting his books into the bag. His face was still as blank as usual, even when he held out the bottle for Sun to take.
"It is." He replied when told about rent and living alone and such. Dazing off for a moment, he thought about the comfort of living at home where furniture still functioned normally and food was on the table every night, and the comfort of not paying bills was so underrated. A slight shrug and a sigh brought him back to reality.
For a moment or two, he thought about what to say. There wasn't really anything one could say to comfort a broke college student except if it was a random paycheck. He spoke from experience. Truth be told, he too had been looking for a roommate.
"Maybe we could-" but yet again he interrupted himself because of the idiocy of the idea that popped in his mind. Dumb idea. That probably wasn't allowed. He made a slight cringing face and shook his head.
"Nevermind." He spoke and looked over at Sun again when she jumped up claiming that she wanted to go to class. He was a bit startled to see her switch so quickly between a gloomy grey cloud to a literal sun. Because of this, he backed a bit and just stared in confusion at her for a good thirty seconds, though a teeny smile crept up in the corners of his lips.
"Yeah, I'm going to class." Dae Jung said and swung his backpack over his shoulder again. "I guess I could sneak you in or something. We're doing sub-atomic physics though, can't promise that it'll be interesting." He continued and took a sip of the steaming cup of coffee he still held in his hand. He didn't mean to sound as arrogant as he did, but he noticed it and inwardly cringed at himself despite keeping a plain face.
