The roleplay takes place in an unspecified future time, twenty years after "the great fall", a collection of meteor showers that killed over 60% of the world's population. Since the tragedy, the world has gone into a state of panic and frenzy as officials try to fix and keep the situation under control. Survivors of the catastrophe are assigned to designated refugee zones in certain countries that are supposed to keep them safe.

In the dystopian, cyber-punk nation of South Korea, the country strives to maintain the establishment of civilian government.
It is one of few remaining countries to offer a better life to its inhabitants.
Seoul has a very lush environment than its surrounding area and an abundance of greenery. Supposedly, there is no such thing as despair in Seoul, its citizens their lives in luxury and no restriction, as long as they are obedient and contribute to the system. Breaking any of the strict rules can result in different punishments, from being stripped of citizen privileges to being kicked out of the refugee zone.
In order to lift the spirits and appeal to the public, the Seoul government decides to establish an entertainment company called "AI Entertainment" (<-- probably change later). With the new generation of K-music created, the present technology is overflowed with k-pop/k-music content.
"Our artists are perfect in every single way."
They don't sweat. They don't sleep. They don't feel.
They're Androids.
The androids are created by using data that was collected prior to the meteors. The data contains information on musical artists and is inserted into an artificial cortex of an empty android body. This gives the android its persona and personality.

Intro:
- It's New Years and all the androids are rebooted to clean out "useless" data and to clear out memory space. The process basically keeps the androids obedient to human rule and dependent on them. Like a child, the androids aren't entirely sure who or what they are. The only thing they really have is their job as an performer/entertainer and their data. The data they have is like memories and the personality of past individuals who were in the entertainment industry. Most people in society have long forgotten the ancient times in which there was an actual city bustling with song, so they're not really that skeptical of what's going on.
