Hey everyone, I’m very new to this site, but I am looking for someone to write a Jayvik roleplay with. Here’s some general info into what specifically I’m looking for and some boundaries to be able to write together.
You MUST be literate and use proper grammar and spelling, I don’t care about mistakes, I just mean the people who are consistently not great with grammar and spelling. Nothing against those people at all, but it just inhibits my ability to understand what you mean sometimes, and loses some of the immersion I’d like to have in the story.
I’m 23, you’ve gotta be at least 18yrs old to write with me, I don’t write with minors and if I somehow find out you are, I’ve gotta end our conversations unfortunately.
Yes I’ll write sm*t, but I’m not looking for sm*t centered roleplays necessarily.
I will play as either Viktor or Jayce (though I am Viktor leaning) but please forgive me if I don’t know as much detail of the lore or if I get certain things wrong. You can always just let me know so we can adjust something. Usually I’ll double check if I’m unsure about something, though.
I’d like to focus only on the Arcane tv show lore, I haven’t played the video game and I have little interest in learning about it or playing it.
To explain what I would actually like to write- I really love their lab days, so I’d definitely want to start with that, and build lots of tension, angst, and half slipped confessions from them in that 6-7 year gap of the show we don’t get to see of their relationship. But eventually what I’d like to do, is skip ahead to the canon events of the show and play things out just a little differently. I’d like to really drag out the war and conversations between Viktor and Jayce during the time Jayce returns from the future Piltover place. There’s so much there I wish they’d done more of, so I want to re create it all and relive it in our own way.
I’m not opposed to happy endings, so long as they’re bittersweet. Aka I can’t write anything that’s void of angst, so I’d at least like for there to be some unresolved trauma or something toward the end, but honestly we don’t need to talk about endings right now.
I work full time during the week, so I won’t be around all day but I will always make time to write when I can, especially because this has been my fixation for the past few months now.
