Hello everyone! You can call me Scribbles. I’m a 26 year old genderqueer writer. I use She/They pronouns most predominantly. I’m in the EST timezone. I’m a social worker, so life can get hectic at times. Ideally I can offer replies at least three times a week! I strive to reply or at least touch base daily, I love gushing about the story OOC. Sharing posts, tik toks, music, headcannons etc! I’m also Ghosting friendly, it happens sometimes.
As far as writing style goes, I write third person, past tense with 2 paragraphs minimum! I don’t think I have the energy for Novella at this time, but I would definitely consider myself literate, my bachelors was in English
I write males, females, NB characters and enjoy all manner of ships.
Please at least be 21+ as that is what I’m comfortable with. I love every story I write to include romance and things that go along with it! love tropes like
-enemies to lovers
-forced proximity
-forbidden romance
-dark romance/morally grey characters
-angst and mutual pining
As for the title of this post, OCs galore. If you’re looking for an OC for a cannon character and you think one of my guys or gals might fit, feel free to see if I’m interested in that!
I will list little blurbs about them as well as possible settings!
Kiren Blackwell (29)
Kiren is smart, sassy, stubborn, independent and sometimes too empathetic. She loves reading anything she can get her hands on and has a small hoarded collection of paperbacks, as well as writing and day dreaming in her spare time. She has a smart mouth known to get her into trouble, however her ability to win others over with her otherwise kind nature is a saving grace. Her knowledge of things before and history is broad, however she lacks a lot of the survival skills that would be necessary for being on her own.
Kirin is my post-apocalyptic character. From zombies to nuclear fall out. I’d love to pair her against a more survivor hardened and rough around the edges male character. She could be the sunshine to his grumpy. Definitely up for discussions on plots!
Damian Elomere:
Are you looking for a dark tragic prince? Look no further. Damian has questionable morals, but is fiercely loyal to those close to him. He was raised to be monstrous, his father a ruthless ruler, his mother dying at a young age. He was taught that to rule, one must be feared. He is tall, broad shouldered, with dark hair that often falls down to mid back. Quick-witted, arrogant, but at his core he’s starved for love and affection.
Damian is versatile. Often used in medieval settings, he can go with political intrigue, arranged marriages, dragon riders, elves. He could be also be adapted to settings with vampires, werewolves and other supernatural elements. Good to be paired with males, females, trans or nb friendly.
Cassandra Algaroche, bastard princess:
In my novel she’s the bastard child of the king and a witch, though she doesn’t know. She is also an only child, which led to more leniency in her youth. She took up things such as scouting, riding, archery, swordplay, tending the horses, what one might consider male duties. She’s kind, determined, passionate, the type of person people would get behind because she cares about them and their needs. She can be a little scatterbrained at times, rebellious, bad at lady skills and sitting still.
She’s from the same original setting as Damian. I lean more towards medieval fantasy settings with her! As far as who I’d play her against, her story can go many ways. I love a good enemies to lovers, runaway princess, knight x princess, taken captive or other plots of similar nature.
Remington Locke
Remington is one of my babies from waaaay back. He was original written in a cyberpunkesque setting. He was the man in the chair (computer guy) in a gang, something no one would ever guess by looking at him. He also owned a tattoo shop. He’s an adrenaline junkie, with a love for motorcycles, knives, leather, and a good whiskey. He’s gruff, has some anger issues, and suffers from a chronically broken heart. He was happy, once. He had a fiancé who was killed because of his organization involvement. It was made to look like a rival gang had done the job, but it was someone on the inside who knew Remi was trying to get out of the lifestyle. He’s queer, with a preference for males or masculine NB individuals, so bring me your queer characters
It doesn’t have to have the futuristic feel, I’m also down for things like motor cycle clubs and the mafia. Mostly realistic settings, but I’m also down for supernatural elements.
