Previous Victims: though she is seen by a human as a human or angel made of water she is in fact made of nothing more then air and water made for one purpose.

To make the weather as it should be she is known to lash out at anyone who holds and kind of electronic or something that holds electricity and fears it greatly as it hurts her greatly.

She is kept in a room with electricity or some kind of electronic lining the walls the foundation even going as far as to electrify the walls the keep her in containment.

When around water she will start to play with it even going as far as to control it and make it into shapes or what she sees as toys and will tent to act like that of a child and if someone is free of any form or electricity she will talk and smile to them as one would a friend.

She has even been near scp-0521 and has started to see him as a sort of older brother of sorts.
