City 34: Two thieves have been caught stealing government property on a Dystopian Earth, They have been sent to the worst city on Earth, City 34, It is a slave city with insane amounts of government security, can these two thieves become heroes by becoming Rebels and overthrowing the Earth's Goverment ?
