appearance
Awkwardly enough, people often mistake Samael for the actual embodiment of a snake. His tongue, which he sticks out way too often, is long and forked, which is because of a dare from a couple of years ago. In most cases, his yellow-ish eyes appear to have slitted pupils, and the shape of the eyes themselves are narrowed and reptile-like. From a lack of sleep, he has dark rings around his eyes that make him look like he put too much eyeliner on. Among his top row of teeth, there's a pair of pearly white fangs, which are retracted back when he closes his mouth. He wears black, six-millimeter gauges in his ears, and to compliment them, he usually wears grunge-themed outfits. Since he comes from a rich family, though, he'll put on tuxedos just for fun. He maintains his brown hair well, plucking or shaving whatever he can to feel clean. Since he was nine, scales have started to appear on his body, so he's always been worried that the hairs are going to be ripped out when they get bigger.. Said scales are scattered on the front of his thighs, down his left arm to his hand, and on his back to the nape of his neck; and yes, they shed. Otherwise, Sam has a small build, short eyebrows, a thin face, and slanted eyes.

Slithery Little Sneaky Snake - Samael has most, if not all, of the characteristics of a snake. He's as flexible as an Olympic contortionist, which he uses to get into tough areas ( wink, wink ). Not there just for looks, his fangs secrete a venom that can paralyze others for an hour. He can also manage to gulp down an entire mouse, but you probably didn't want to know about that. Sam can actually unhinge his jaw to digest food, which makes him look like something out of a horror movie. Because he can't strangle someone with his body ( I mean, only if you want him to ), he has a pretty strong grip instead, but the rest of his strength is that of a common man's.
weapons
"Just these charming good looks~"
fangs ( not sure if you'd count 'em )
strengths
He's a pro at blackmailing, deceiving, and lying -- all of which relate to his villain alias.
He's a pretty solid rapper, if it counts.
Having rich parents gives him more opportunities to do whatever the hell he wants.
Two words: snake army.
weaknesses
( see: why he sucks as a villain )
His ego is a huge problem and often blinds him of the consequences of his actions.
Reptiles, including semi-half reptiles, can't handle cold weather, so he has to wear like ten layers during winter.
His nemesis also happens to be his best friend, which is a bit of an awkward situation.
He's a snapchat hoe and will snap his crimes for the world to see, an action that has landed him in prison multiple times.
Sam attracts snakes, and although their venom doesn't harm him, their constant strangling is a bit of an issue.
Sure, he's flexible, but he can end up stuck in certain positions until someone's able to move him.
If he's too careless with his own fangs, his venom will paralyze him.
Once a week every month, he sheds the outer layer of skin on his scales, which results in him being a tad emotionally unstable.
He may seem like an awful person, which helps with his image as a villain, but he's actually a huge dork.
Really, all he has going for him are devious plots and fangs, so in a fight, he's going to get his ass kicked.
He gets really sad when he thinks about how he can't kiss anyone because of his fangs.
sexuality
aggressively bisexual
personality
Samael isn't someone who professional or strict people want to be around.. Actually, most people don't want to be a few feet near him, which just means that he'll have to bring the fun to them. He's notorious for needing a thrill in life, and so, it's impossible to be with him for more than an hour and not be subjected to some sort of prank, even if it isn't physical. So he can post it to social media or use it as blackmail later on, he records every trick he does. His idea of fun is also quite life-threatening, usually involving heights and or fire. The boy enjoys having control over others, strangers or not, and will constantly try to find a way to get them to entertain him. Sam's extremely competitive, and because of that, he enjoys mocking others, especially those close to him. He has a phony ego set up to inflate his real one, which he'll do anything to protect. Although, he prefers not to get physical, as he'd rather not have to bite into a body that may not be clean; he would also favor not having to deal with broken bones, and he's simply not skilled in any form of fighting. Really, he's more of a devious mastermind than anything.
It's rare for him to actually be angry, as he's typically in a neutral mood, but when he is, he's eerily silent. That usually means he's planning something, which obviously isn't a good thing. Him knowing you actually isn't that good either, but whatever happens happens, as he likes to say. Surprisingly, he's really cheap; for money, he'd do just about anything. He got his tongue forked for ten dollars, if that helps build a picture, but he won't spend any money himself. However, he can be a softie when it comes down to it. For example, he becomes easily flustered when his love life is brought up, and when he isn't the one who initiated the physical contact, he freezes up. He may put lives in danger, but he does his best to keep those of interest in the land of the living.
Another weak moment for him is when his scales are shedding. Samael becomes more emotionally profound, becoming clingy and unwantedly flirtatious with anyone he can talk to. This goes on for a week every single month, and in that time, he does his best to not go outside. When and if he sets a goal for his future, he becomes consumed by it, and he'll do whatever he can to achieve his objective. He really is as hard worker, as shown by his progress in school, but he can become lazy when it comes to things he finds unimportant, like sleeping or eating. His current purpose is to have as much fun as he possibly can.. While destroying his nemesis, of course.

origin story
Samael's road to villainy was paved in the fourth grade at one of his birthday parties. He invited all of his friends, including his very own best pal, and each brought gifts for him to open. At the time, he was pretty big on snakes and wanted one as a pet, so his friend thought it would be a grand idea to pick up one from the side of the road and stuff it in a box. Needless to say, the day ended with Sam in the hospital due to a venomous bite, and after that, his fangs began to grow in. These abilities- fangs, enhanced flexibility, etc.- all appeared simultaneously, each supposedly due to a single snake bite. To get his revenge, the nine-year-old took his pal to a zoo and found a way to lock him in a lion's cage. His friend was rescued after a vicious nip at his arm, and just like the snake-boy, he developed powers. This spiked Samael's competitive spirit, mainly because he hated not being unique anymore. His friend received the most attention out of the two of them for technically being a neko, so Sam decided that he'd get double the revenge by destroying his friend's notoriety. He originally didn't have a villain name, but because of the bad luck he brought to others and how untrustworthy he was, he was given the alias Snake Eyes.
villainous motive
(What do you plan to gain from all this?)
He doesn't really consider himself to be a villain.. Sam just does villainous things to destroy his friend's ego, that's all.
why he sucks as a villain
Samael is.. interesting, to say the least, but his abilities can only go so far. There have been times where he's been careless with his fangs, and he'll end up paralyzed for a few hours because of his own venom. Snakes are hostile, territorial creatures, too, and the fact that he's one of them isn't very encouraging. He often finds himself being bitten or strangled by snakes. Only his own venom has an effect on him, so it's more of a distraction than an inherent cause of harm. The boy's pretty flexible, but when he goes a bit too far, he'll find himself stuck in that position until someone moves his limbs for him.. His only reason for being a villain is to beat his childhood best friend, so he isn't motivated to do anything that doesn't involve that person. Although he loathes his nemesis, they seem to have more of a love-hate relationship than anything. They'll send each other memes, text, and hang out, but while doing these things, they mock one another consistently. Despite technically being a villain, he loves sharing his latest deeds on social media, which gets him in trouble with superheroes more than enough times.

Sam has a pretty big social media following, which he takes great pride of. They don't really do anything for him, but he brags about them a lot.
