Everyone knows Itsuki as the quiet and crude Touma son that rarely makes public appearances, however, that is far from the truth. While he can be a man of few words at times, he is not quiet nor unrefined. Being honest and outspoken while minding his politeness levels is more on par with whom he is as a person. He's generally the same both at home and around other people, never expressing or hiding too much of himself.
In a way, he can be rather mysterious and cunning with how he speaks to people, but that cunningness is merely an illusion that others have placed upon him. Itsuki's more of a gentleman that sometimes crosses the line with his teasing, often leading to him being an apologetic puppy instead of a man. His soft spot for people actually makes him a bit more sensitive than most, however, he's learned to hide that side and express his pain through art.
At times, Itsuki's actions are questionable, such as when he forgets to eat after spend hours on a piece of art or working on his business. It's not uncommon for the guy to skip meals and fall asleep during the day, which shows his peculiar side. He can also be quite inquisitive and quirky when someone or something catches his eye, but he's able to immediately turn into the calm, caring, and mature Itsuki if the occasion calls for it.

Itsuki was not planned, nor was his birth welcomed. His father was the CEO of a very large corporation and his mother happened to be the pitiful woman that caught his eye at the wrong time. Even though he was born during one of the hottest days in Tokyo, the world felt cold and barren.
Hayashi Kaede, Itsuki's birth mother, raised the boy with the secret support of his father, Touma Hiro. They lived a middle class life thanks to Hiro's money for a few years, however, things began to dramatically change when Itsuki turned six. His mother had found herself a boyfriend and his fraternal grandparents suddenly discovered his existence. Apparently, a small time news company had discover this secret and threatened to expose the affair to the nation.
In order to limit future misfortunes, Itsuki's grandfather ordered Hiro to bring the boy in and become an adopted son. Itsuki's legal mother and older half brother were extremely displeased with the new arranged and would continue to sabotage his every move for years to come. The only reason he was able to survive the Touma household were due to the arrival of his younger sister, grandparents, and his high school art teacher/former tutor. They kept him sane and offered protection in the high class world.
Although Itsuki was not treated kindly, he tried his best to at least appease his father. The boy studied and worked hard for years until his father was proud to say his youngest son graduated top of his class. While excelling in both his studies and the arts, Hiro wanted Itsuki to major in business so he could have a role in the family business, however, that was the last thing Itsuki wanted.
Itsuki still majored in business, but it was for his own aspirations, even minoring in art so he could work as a teacher's assistant. His dream was to create his own business without and family backing, focusing on supporting young people with dreams of making it big. In a sense, he wanted to start an entertainment company.
It wasn't long before Itsuki moved out and chased after his childhood love, his former tutor and high school art teacher. Their romance lasted a only a few years before it was cut short and ultimately destroyed. Now the young adult is simply living his life while trying to continue moving towards his goals.

As soon as his mother got a stable job, she tried to lavish her son with as much as she could give him. Whatever Naoki wanted, he got. When Naoki was about 8, his mother opened a pet store, and got him a dog to celebrate. The slow-maturing Naoki developed an online presence at 13, often convincing his mom to buy him cute clothes, which he would then wear and take photographs in. He became somewhat of an online sensation, mostly with female fans who just thought he was so goshdarn adorable. Though his fame never got past the internet, he still considers himself a celebrity. He's never been very smart in school, but insists he makes up for it with pure charm and charisma. In first meeting Kohaku, one thing you might point out is that she's quite taciturn. Along with a disinterested look on her face and a monotonous voice, she's quite aloof and blunt. She states things as they are, never beating around the bush or sugar-coating it. This frankness often catches others in surprise or somewhat annoys them as Kohaku tries to be friendly or at least somewhat cordial, but it always comes out cold. This stiffness about her is one of the significant reasons why others think of her as unfair and mean-spirited. Despite others opinions, this is Kohaku's true persona and not anything contrived. In fact, The girl wants to be more sociable and friendly but, has done little to improve her skills.In contrast, Kohaku is someone who is very diligent. As a result, she's always putting her all in every task she does, never procrastinating or doing it rushed and depthless. This vigor combined with her honesty makes her work ethic almost impenetrable. However, Kohaku's drive is paired with idealistic mindset making one of her most significant traits stand out: her perfectionism.
Kohaku is a perfectionist and paired with her diligence can be dangerous to her health at times. That tenacity can turn into carelessness for her well being. That carelessness reflects her self-worth, which reveals how she critiques herself.
The criticism is quite harsh and is unusually at only herself, never towards others. In consequence, the Kohaku's esteem is low. As a result, she never acknowledges her achievements and only sees what she didn't achieve. This self-critique is consumptive and leaves her not knowing how to value herself as a person. In consequence, her sense of self-worth is probably one of her worst traits. On another hand, her best trait is her ingenuity. Her resourcefulness is overlooked at first, yet is displayed in unconventional ways when she has the chance to display it. Along with that trait, the girl has brains. From getting into medical school to being able to handle two jobs at the same time, she's strong which brings her strongest trait into the light.
Kohaku's last-ditch effort is probably her endurance. If all else fails, she'll stand tall in the face of obscurity. This fortitude often becomes last hope and whether she knows it or not, it can survive some difficult challenges.

Born in Kikuchi in Kumamoto, Kohaku was born to the then thirty-year-old Wakamori Chika and twenty-six-year-old Airou Mochizuki. As a child, She grew up with parents engaged in mismatched lifestyles — Her father often driving Kohaku around while listening to rock n' roll in contrast to her mother, who was stricter and disapproved of her father's bohemian ways of life. Kohaku however, didn't mind. The girl's early childhood with her father made her as free-thinking as he was, leading to her peculiar interests.As a result, the girl's childhood had many instances of her getting into trouble with authority. At times, her dream of becoming a tattoo artist was disapproved of, leading to many questions about her parent's ideologies.
Regardless, she had a good childhood— until adolescence came.
As soon as the girl turned 13, her parents had divorced due to their clashing personalities and beliefs, leaving Kohaku with her mother. Kohaku blamed her mother for the separation between her father, believing she took custody of her. Just like between Chika and Airou, the mother and daughter often quarreled with each other for small things and their clashing beliefs. Her mother was often furious at her and locked her out of the house and even threw things at her. However, Kohaku and Chika always resolved, ending it with a hug and something to laugh about.
After that while of bickering, Kohaku and her mother's relationship became strong for once. The girl had been focused on her dream of owning a tattoo parlor and getting a medical license, a dream she hadn't told her mom, but wanted to achieve. Unfortunately, her aspirations and beliefs would soon get her trouble once again.
A few days after 18th birthday, Kohaku had been kicked out of a public sauna. Why? The girl had gotten a tattoo and of course, without her mom's knowledge. Chika became livid and immediately kicked her out. Because she had been kicked out, Kohaku moved away from Kumamoto and went to Adachi, Tokyo to go live with her father, hoping that he would sympathize out and give her a place to live. However, Airou had a new family to take care of and couldn't take care of Kohaku at the same time. Instead, he gave her an amount of money of money to buy a car and left her to her devices.
The girl left with harboring feelings resentment after her exchange her father; her past image of her father was shattered. Now that she had no place to go, she earned money and bought herself a car, making the decision to live in Nerima after a friend told her about the medical university program there. In a spur of the moment decision of whether to go back to Kikuchi or to live in Nerima, Kohaku chose to live Nerima, leaving her mother and brother in Kikuchi. For almost about a year, Kohaku had been attending her classes while simultaneously working her part times jobs, leaving her almost always busy and with little time to relax. Unlike the present, Kohaku lived in a share house and planned to live there until she earned her degree; the plan ultimately backfired after her mom lost her job and needed money. Concurrently, Kohaku had been dismissed one of her high paying part-time jobs, leaving her with no backup plan to fall on. With all of her savings for a new home being sent to either her mom or supporting her, Kohaku took time off school in order to find a "plan B" and hopes that she can resume the plan from before.

Mochizuki Aoi (brother, 15) | Kohaku has a younger brother who is about 3 years younger than she is. She has a good relationship with him and Aoi even looks up to Kohaku as a (bad-ish) role model. Despite Kohaku's departure from the household, the siblings try to talk to each other on the phone or take trips together to parks or in stay in Nerima.
Wakamori Chika (mother, 48) | Shika and Kohaku aren't on speaking terms and only text each other to know they are alive. Shika has given up on trying to persuade Kohaku to move back in and left her to her own devices to become an adult and possibly learn her lesson.
The 44-year-old sends money to all of his kids, serving as a type of allowance and way he can support his Kohaku and Aoi. The girl occasionally meets her father by accident which brings out feelings of resentment towards her father for leaving her mom and his children behind.

Rina carries with her an quiet confidence. She is quite modest, and very polite but she is very sure of herself and it comes across in everything, even the straight-backed way she moves or the steady eye-contact she finds so effortless in a conversation. She is polite to everyone, and always shares a kind smile. She seems to make a new friend wherever she goes and she can keep a conversation going with even the shyest people. Despite all of this confidence, Rina has her flaws. She can be very vindictive when she is betrayed or when someone lets her down. She holds grudges for a long time, even if the offence is quite small, forgiveness is hard for her because trust is something she finds very difficult, especially in relationships. After her last one ended because her ex decided that she didn't want her anymore and Rina caught her sleeping with her roommate. It isn't easy for her to fall in love with someone but when she does, she usually falls hard and goes a little bit to crazy, her jealousy streak coming out in full colour.
She is unashamed of her affinity towards women, and even if people think she's weird she is quite happy to let them know that she plans never to marry, because her heart will always belong to another woman. Rina's Story:
Rina was born in the big city of Osaka. She and her sister were groomed to be the perfect housewives to their future, successful and hopefully rich husband. Her mother cared too much about what her neighbors thought and was obsessed with hosting perfect dinner parties and keeping her house in pristine condition. She made sure that both her daughters had perfect manners and perfect japanese. The other housewife's on the block were aalways bickering and gossiping. Rina's sister fit in with that life, she got straight A's, was cooking wonderful meals by the age of 14 and had a boyfriend who was in collage and son to the chief of police in their local station by the age of 16. Rina, however, had no interest in cooking, and would often ask for take out, or just make simple things, She wasn't great with school, her mind wasn't quick with numbers. But she loved to dance. That was probably the one thing that made her parents put up with her sloth-like ways for this long. She excelled in ballet, absolutely blowing away the other girls in her class. She would go professional one day, and she had no intention of marrying young and baring children.
When Rina turned 18, her parents started introducing her to young men, and setting her up on blind dates. She absolutely resented them for doing it. She sat through pointless date after pointless date. Most of these young men were arrogant and full of themselves. They came from money like her but they couldn't stop pointing it out. Finally, after rejecting every single boy, her parents began to get really frustrated. They told her she wasn't taking this seriously, and that her good looks wouldn't last forever. Rina had been fooling around with girls at gay bars in the city and was just beginning to become accustomed to the idea of her sexuality, so in that moment she snapped. She told them that she would never marry, she would never bare their grandchildren, she was going to date another woman, and there was even a girl she liked now at her ballet school.
The two of them when very cold after that. For a full week she didn't get a word from them. They didn't cook her food she had to pay for it herself. Her sister was basically brainwashed in her opinion. She was set to marry her much older 'boyfriend' who's only real skill was spending all his money on sports cars and getting drunk after two glasses of hot sake. Rina tried to talk to her sister, get her to understand that she was just trying to be herself, but Kimiko wasn't swayed. She was always angry at Rina for making a fool of her fiance. Rina liked to my snide comments under her breath, and would fawn over him like everyone else in her family. Her elder brother was a little more mellow-headed. He kinda felt sorry for Rina but wouldn't get involved in her business, aside for helpful advice and shouting her the odd meal.
When Rina had turned 20, she was planning on moving out. She had a lot of money saved up. Her parents already acted like she was a roommate and not a family member, and it was painful remaining where she was. So, telling no one but her brother Nobuo, she left with a ticket to Tokyo. She managed to rent out an apartment and join a new ballet school but she still had to pay the rent. She was so wealthy before that her job experience was ziltch, still she managed to get a job at a burger shop working in the kitchen.

Yuki Sakuma is a quiet girl. Not as in she doesn’t speak but that she is content with just sitting and smiling and listening. She hardly ever screams or is completely extroverted. Yuki is a college student, studying poetry and literature. Her family disapproves of these goals, her father less so than her mother. She dreams of being a writer despite of her family's wishes. Why? For two reasons, first is that she will be all alone in a room where she won’t have to interact with anyone at all. Second is she can write beautiful words that will reach people's hearts in a way she knows she herself never could. Making friends is just… so nerve racking for Yuki. At school, all the interactions (and her failing at all the interactions) led to her having a slight break down in confidence and concentration.
Deciding to take a semester off, she moved back in with her parents. A big mistake. Her mother started up again trying to set her up with family friends sons. Tired of it all and determined to make it on her own, she moved into her own apartment in Nerima, working at multiple part time jobs to pay for it since her mother refuses to help out unless Yuki goes on her match making dates. In the day she works in the library, liking the quiet of shelving and processing all the books. At night she works as a waitress at the local cafe, nerve racking for sure. But even though she has to talk to people, which scares her, she secretly hopes that perhaps she can make friends this way.

Mother: Rika Sakuma and her daughter have a strained relationship. She believes in old traditional roles, wanting Yuki to focus on finding a husband to look after her. Her mother is a busy body always trying to set Yuki up on mixers much to her daughters dismay. Yuki does not want to seek out a husband. The two clash on this fact often.
Father: Izawa Sakuma is almost always gone on business and when he is present, he simply tells Yuki that her mother knows best even though to Yuki, he knows nothing. But he does treat and spoil Yuki with gifts and letters, taking her out now and then when he notices that Rika is getting on Yuki’s last nerves. But Yuki wishes he was around more and helped her stand up to her mother.
Economic Status:
Middle Class: Rika is always wanting Yuki to social climb even though Yuki thinks they have more than enough even if she has to mend her clothes now and then and watch her spending.

↳ parents: Takeuchi Riku (55 years old, businessman) and Arai Michiko (50 years old, formerly in retail but now works as a flight attendant). Her parents got divorced when she was 8 years old, hence the different last names, and aren't on the best terms. Their reasons for separation are kept rather unclear to Sawako, as her parents don't want her getting involved or choosing sides -- however, it comes down to her family had fallen on hard times. Michiko had been let go from work and her father, Riku, was forced to work constantly in order to keep rent paid and food on the table. Michiko, feeling more and more distant from Riku each day, ended up cheating on him with a former co-worker. They try to stay amicable (at least on the surface) now for Sawako's sake, but their relationship is strained and they tend to fight when in proximity to each other. Sawako currently lives with her father as her mother travels a lot for her current job as a flight attendant.
↳ other notable: Sawako's grandparents have all passed but one, and she is fairly close with her father's mother, Takeuchi Keiko. After the divorce, Sawako was living with Riku but he still was working frequently to keep them afloat. She was still young at the time and so Keiko often had the task of watching over her until Riku could get home from work. Sawako learned a lot from Keiko -- how to sew, how to cook and bake, and how to do various arts and crafts, among other things -- and they remain quite close to this day. Michiko has a brother named Arai Hideo, but Sawako has only met him a few times at family events.

↳ what’s your story: Sawako Takeuchi was born in the Higashiyama district of Kyoto, and was raised there until things changed after she turned 18. When Sawako was in her senior year of high school, her father finally received a promotion that he so desperately needed at his job. While the pay raise was small, things were difficult for the little family of two at the time, and so anything was a blessing. The only problem: Riku had to transfer to another office in Tokyo in order to accept the promotion. While Sawako was reluctant to leave the town she'd known all her life, they were in no place to refuse this stroke of luck. Thus, it was decided that they would move to Tokyo as soon as Sawako finished her senior year of high school. She began applying to colleges in the area and was able to get into the University of Tokyo with a partial scholarship and financial aid due to her good grades. That same year, she began working at a café in her hometown to earn a bit of money before heading off to college.
The summer after Sawako's graduation, she and Riku moved to an apartment in Tokyo. Things were much better now that his salary had improved, and Sawako began working again at a coffee shop on campus. She saved up and worked hard her freshman year, and this year was able to move out and into a small loft in Nerima City. She cares a lot for her father, and so she wanted to move out and become independent in order to stop putting further financial strain on him. Besides, he's still just a train ride away! This brings us to present day. Sawako is currently a college sophomore and continues to work in her off time, both at the campus coffee house and doing occasional paid research for professors. While she's still quite new to Nerima City, she feels comfortable there, though she still has yet to really explore the place or enjoy it to its full extent.

Mayu is full of surprises; she is an outgoing type of person. With her, you never know if she will explode or burst out laughing. She is highly emotive and very sensitive to things and people around her. Mayu needs to be always active, moving, and laughing, whether that's on her own time or with friends. Mayu has great confidence but low self-esteem, meaning her actions often contradict one another. She participates fully in the life of the world around her but she does, however, have a carefree side and so has trouble finding stability or a balance. Mayu often exaggerates her reactions in order to feel that she fits in or is wanted, yet she is not easily influenced by others. Highly exacting in this respect, Mayu has a personal morality and sense of justice that's different from most people and can quickly feel hurt by faults in the behavior of those around her. Intuition and sensitivity are one with Mayu and are totally combined.
Mayu is so emotive that her reactions are often unpredictable, combining joy and despair. This strong emotivity makes her susceptible and nervous, although she tries her best to hide this side. She is surprisingly rapid in her reactions and is ready to do anything if she feels in danger, or senses that her family or friends are troubled. Touma Mayu grew up in a doting household, completely unaware of the turmoil that crept behind the curtains. Her parents adored the doll-like girl to the point that she became tired of being spoiled. After experiencing less feminine things with her grandparents, since they would often take her to the countryside with her older brother Itsuki, she found it all less stressful. While she loved the way her parents treated her, it felt too artificial so her journey to becoming a tomboy was almost like a rebellious act.
The tomboy in her stuck, however, and Mayu's mother was not very happy. It got to the point that none of her mother's friend's daughters wanted to play with her, and she was often shunned from children social activities. Mayu's mother, Sumire, tried to push the young girl to return to being someone that liked dolls, makeup, and other things that were long gone form her mind. The attempts failed, of course, and Mayu became extremely discouraged when her mother became extremely strict.

He had been in the system for as long as he could remember. He had always been blind and he always thought that this was the reason why he was there. Up until he was about 8 he had been in the system. He really hated how people only saw him for his disability. No one knew much about him and he was very secretive about his life. Until he met his now adoptive parents. They never really cared for his disability and wanted to know more about him as a person. They both loved him and they brought him home to help him settle. He lived a fairly normal life after that and drew up loved but there were always fears of doubt due to his disability. He really didn't like to think about it but he couldn't help it.

He went to a normal school and wanted to have a normal life regardless of his disability. His parents told him he could do anything so he stuck to that thought and is pursuing his dreams. He sang in the school's choir and had singing lessons whilst learning how to write in Braille which was difficult but rewarding. He struggles with his self confidence but friends and family helps.

Matthew is a typical musician, A creative type. Despite appearing to be quiet and sometimes cold, Matt is actually a warm person. He is very family orientated with 2 younger brothers to look out for. My History
Matt grew up as the oldest of 3 siblings. Right from the beginning Matt took the role of being a big brother seriously. He would be the one who played catch and football with them as they grew up. He was the one who went through their homework with them. Matt's parents were trying to hold down multiple jobs to keep the family going, which is why Matt took on the role of looking after his brothers.
As he grew up Matt took up playing the guitar and soon developed a passion for it and soon enough he was writing his own music. He took part in school talent shows and his popularity in school began to take off. With the surge in popularity Matt became uncomfortable with the popularity. Despite all of this he still found time to look after his younger brothers.
When Matt graduated school, he came to an agreement with his parents 4 years of travelling for himself to work on his music but if it did not provide a good steady income to build up from, then Matt would go to college. Agreeing to the deal, Matt began travelling, leaving the UK and going around Europe and eventually hitting the States. It was there that he found himself becoming a Youtube sensation. People began to take notice.
Matt ended up signed to some record label and they decided to do a minor tour of whichever country had the largest viewing share of any videos posted of Matt. To everyones surprise, Japan was the biggest hit. While the record label worked on a few dates and venues, Matt did give some input in wanting to do pop up sessions while travelling.
Packing his bags and leaving the States, Matt touched down in Tokyo and his travelling began.
