SLIDE INTO THE VOID is a the idea of the rp I'm making is a world where things like monsters, anomalous creatures and objects and all that hail from. this place is also the place where the laws of physics can be messed with. a society of semi-humanoid non-hostile beings that work to keep these anomalous beings in check and out of other realities. this place, is called [THE VOID]. most residents are either lovecraftian, mind bendingly horrifying, or human. I am trying to figure out a power system that revolves around mental acuity and the mind, or wisdom; but it is very hard to go from what i envision to numbers we can use. gimme time.

the basic vibe is um... if Cthulhu worked at a 9 to 5 defeating mind monsters to save the world.

Contrary to the name, It is not actually an expanse of nothingness. while there are patches of ACRT (all consuming reality tears), it usually is full of geometric landscapes, such as the spiral shown above. a mix between chaos and order if you will. there are also just random floating islands, such as the ones that the buildings are on.
