Well, Pavo is based off of Hera. Though part of her fighting style comes from Makie Otono Tachibana from Immortal Blade.

I hate to be that guy, but music from the Madoka soundtrack is always great.

Was his outburst coherent? Nope, not at all. It probably didn't make sense to many of the people there. But he said it anyway, because he could understand it. That's how he saw it

@Ian Temero, I think this is part is most relevant- he's rambling and our characters aren't really supposed to know what he's going on about?
But, for a breakdown, as far as I understand it:

"Who are you?" he began with, looking right at Navy

This part is spoken to Navy, of course.

"And you, don't act so tough, you were almost pissing yourself just a second ago until she," at that point indicating the panther faunis, "came to back you up. As for her, let them settle it. You won't always be around

This part is spoken to Herb, talking about Nejlika (who I might add for future reference, is a snake.)

Bi-polar, get a grip.

This part is directed at Hivinter.

And finally, you. Don't get to close to him. I have the strange feeling he's insane."

And this part is said to Sienna, warning her away from Navy.
If that helps at all- Beowulf, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I'll admit the post was a little confusing.
