The Suspicious Eye
Your Darling Devil
Casper, Daffodil and Grey"WOW! That was something" Casper said a bit too loudly as he seemingly appeared out of nowhere from behind them. If anyone mentioned his sudden appearance he'd say a bit hurt, "I've been here the whole time." Ending with the usual bashful chuckle, as he always did.
Daff rolled over to the group a look of worry on her face. "I am so sorry about that guys. She's always been awful, showing force like that," Her clench on the wheelchair tightened as past memories flooded and the pain of her injury started to flare up as she continued, "isn't uncommon when she's around." Taking a breath she smiled, "still I'm glad you're alright." Thinking to herself how surprised she was that orion could take down such a attack, wondering if he could actually take her in a fight. "Crystal is one to look out for until she's taken down. You guys can't let what she said happen."
Casper nodded, "she's right. Maybe you can talk to Lina. She seems to be the linchpin in that deal. If you can cut her out of the deal, Crystal's company wouldn't be a competitor and it would mean a lot for the Schnee Dust Company."
"But Lina and Crystal are surprisingly friends and with her thing with her partner..." Daff began only to stop as she noticed something strange from a outside window. "I'm sorry I have to go." Pulling back she rolled around the group and made her way out the doors and down the eastern area of the mansion.
Grey was disgusted by the scene and even more aggravated if it was actually true. He hated to admit that he has been a bit preoccupied with his own plans to invest time in the Schnee Dust Company. Looking over to his mother and aunt his eyes grew serious, "I'll figure this out, but they may be right. Lina Aquis owns her parents. She has the greatest sway with them, Crystal may have her hooks in her, but if we can get her on our side we can see substantial gain. I don't know who would be able to reach her though. She's quite childlike." He thought for a moment and looked over to Cirrus, he had a kind heart and might be able to sway her, not to mention his connection to Iola. "Cirrus, you should talk to her."
