I'll probably have to timeskip us slightly and explain any missing characters. I want to try and keep teams as close to original as possible but as of right now I don't have any solid combinations.

I mean if you're keeping Nave in, then that means we'd have 4 people who woke up late and 4 who woke normally, if I've read everything right.
You could say that Nave, Lilith, Hans and Reis were already team mates from the actual initiation, 'cause I don't think their team ever got properly confirmed in the RP. Besides, it makes more sense than Nave randomly being part of a team that was in a coma for two months. Say he just happened to fall asleep in their room 'cause he thought it wasn't occupied. Team LHRN (Learn)?
And then I guess you could just have Ozpin say that the 4 remaining late wake-up people are also team mates? So Clara, May, Kuro and Jade? If you think about it, they never got told what their teams were, they just assumed based off the luggage. Just say that the bags got mixed up I guess. If we say that Clara's still a team leader, you could have team... CMJK? (Comic, but I know that one's a stretch.)
That way we don't even really need to say that the other characters all dropped out or something like that, just say that they're part of other teams and have them no longer be relevant to the RP itself.

The team names look fine to me and the idea is solid. I'll probably go for something similar with a few minor tweaks. The unconfirmed teams was intentional to be honest (for exactly this reason).
