I don't think you'll going to get the reaction that you're looking for. There is little Hansi could do that would beat his worst breakup.

BTW should I mention the possible connecting between Suave Lion and my team? Or should we keep that to the Group chat only?
@theManCalledSting
... I think you just defeated the point of the question by asking it. (now where's the face-palm button?)

I like being a tease

@Ian Temero I will bite back on my extreme curiousity for the sake of this roleplay, but I am very excited to learn of this.
just keep it to a slow burn...

Is it weird that I don't find Saffron that smooth? Then again, it may just have to do with conflicting tastes.

Well he's smooth enough to be believable.

At least there's some effort behind his flirting I can see that.

In my time here I've seen dozens of cases where people just say their character's smooth or enticing then don't even try when it comes to actual In-Character playing. Ian seems like he's putting considerate effort in Saffron's flirts but I admit they're kind of stereotypic.

Christ, I'd take stereotypical flirter over a lazy flirter any time of the day. He's practically a godsend compared to what others on this site consider "Smooth"

But some girls just don't find forward guys like Saff enticing, and some do.

So a change in perspective is a likely culprit.

In reality people are mostly attracted to those who share similar interests or character traits with each other. If you or your character find you can't identify with his traits then you're likely not to find interest.

True. At least there is effort put in there. That's definitely a plus.

Saffron is certainly better than characters that are only "smooth" in their cs alone. The ones that as soon as someone isn't falling for their (lack of) advances, they get all pissy about it. As if their mere presence should have girls throwing themselves at them each time they breathe.

you mean that one guy with the Dating website pic for his avatar.

The selfie in the bathroom mirror, either flexing or making a 'come hither' look.

Hm? Are you talking about a specific actual person? I don't remember avatars, but I'm talking about someone I've encountered in the past on a different site.

No, I've just seen so many of the same thing they can all be described in a stereotype.

He says he's kind of a geek but constantly posts pictures of himself in the gym.

Takes pictures of books commenting about how much of a bookworm he is.

He's got a full on case of Nice guys syndrome until you say you aren't interested and he labels you as shallow for not wanting him.

He complains about girls not wanting him and tries to gain support through re-tweets in order to hunt for 'hot chicks'

I wish I were over-exagerating, but I've been on the internet for far too long not to see these guys prowling everywhere.

that's not a smooth guy that just Myspace dude.

I'll admit, were 'Saffron' real, I would essentially respond to this with- "Dude, you got everyone chocolates!" And give them all to the 7 other people at the table. The awareness of the fact that it's flirting might be helping the case.

Then again, this isn't about me, this is about Hansi, who thrives off of attention and is a boy-crazy 15 year old.

I think Argen is gonna have a nice rivalry with Lazuli. She can deliver all the swift kicks to the head she wants and Argen can pretty much take them without getting hurt very bad. It also provides Argen with a person he very much needs in his school life to drive him forward. He's only there for training. This could give him some purpose I hope.

So far, Lazuli sees none of those around her as rivals. Or rather none that she cares enough about to consider a rival. Plus, there are some pretty creative ways to handle Argens besides just punching him.
