Fandom RVB the lost freelancers RP ((AI are an option))

"Why?" Michigan couldn't help her questions anymore. But she couldn't help but feel it rude to ask. "S-sorry..." She mumbled in a slight embarrassment.

"hey it is fine I want one because it would be cool right a mind helping you think I just home I get a cute looking girl

Jade faltered a moment. She remembered now, that most everyone in the military she'd met-at least in this one, was in some sort of relationship, and had someone to return home to, should they get out alive of course. Michigan opened her mouth to say something, although nothing came out. Not at first. It took her a moment to regain her composure. "you think so?" She spoke soft, a growing smile on her face. Michigan was glad a soldier like him had time to find love on the field. It gave her the slightest bit of hope.

"Thanks...York." Michigan offered a shy smile, left feeling awkward with the bombardment of information. She felt a small pit of sympathy for the men. "And...will do. Take care of yourself, alright?" Jade stopped by the door to Wisconsin's dorm, and turned to face the higher up.

Michigan sighed, fixing the crate in her grasp and using her knee to open and nudge the door to the room open, kicking the second crate through the door with her.

Jade turns to him and smiles. "Starving." She challenges, putting down the crate of stuff next to what she assumed was her bed.

-I put the pizza and beer down as I go to the cooler taking out a root beer- "sorry I don't drink

Michigan shrugged, ''I never said you had to.'' She states indifferently, letting her messy hair down only to be put back up again, slightly neater. "if you don't drink, then why'd you grab the beer anyways? Kinda defeats the purpose, dontcha think?'' Michigan practically blabbered on about how impractical he was being, although she hadn't much right to. She was critical, finding Wisconsin mildly confusing in much of what he did. He was like a puzzle, in that he was the last piece that didn't quite fit right. "You don't want it?'' Michigan finished, picking up a paper plate and opening the lid to the pizza box-she half expected it to be empty. She wouldn't put it past Wisconsin for pranking her gullible self. Although, something he'd said to her earlier resurfaced. Many things from that day resurfaced. Michigan doubted she'd get answers from her CO if she asked, but the freelancers she met seemed to have information on him... Either way she went about it would undoubtedly turn out weird, so she refrained from asking. Period. It wasn't her business...was it...?

"Sweet!" Jade smirked, happily helping herself and putting it on her plate. She also ended up taking the beer Wisconsin had came with. Both of which failed to last long.

"Match made in heaven.'' Michigan humored, standing from her bed to throw away her trash. Although influenced, she was still a good bit sober and coherent. "We don't have scheduled showers or anything, do we?'' Michigan asked, already tasking herself with preparing a change of clothes.

umm if we do no one told me but I have been stuck in this gear for a week so hell if I know

Michigan cringed, ''you never take that thing off!? How do you live?'' Jade shuttered, gathering her clothes and walking out. The only place command had told her where was was the training room, which also had a locker room attached if it was anything like her old unit.

"it can't be that comfortable,'' Michigan retorted. "and how the hell did you manage to jam the latch!?'' Michigan wouldn't admit it, but the thought crossed her mind to help him fix his suit. It was inhumane to be stuffed inside a suit for hours on end, she couldn't imagine the poor bastard being stuck in it for over a week!

it took a sniper round to the gear if you can fix it then fine I need a shower anyway

Michigan sighed, "I might have an idea as to what I could do..." Throwing her clothes back on the bed, she pulled one of the crates towards her and pried it open. "Come here,'' she ordered, getting out a bulky set of mangled green armor, and a small box of tools.

Michigan rolled her eyes as she picked at the current latch, which crumbled away smoothly. It was useless and rusted anyways. This would be an upgrade. "I'd hardly call that camo, Wisconsin." Carefully placing the new latch in place, she held the other pieces so they didn't move and snap the replacement. "Don't move.'' Michigan began to screw it all together.
