@Onyx Energy

Jamie and Yukie are present, as well as the 3 lackeys that got what was coming to them.

Yukie's lackey is bleeding out the back-knee.

Seiren froze his lackey a lot.

Kurumi gave some punches to her lackey and Jamie is restraining the guy like any good cop would.

Jamie's hand is kinda cold.

Lololol "kinda cold"

Sorry Onyx, my printer was giving me shit and I had to deal with it u.u

If I may make a suggestion, this little bout wasn't meant to do more than give us something to twiddle our thumbs with and maybe meet other characters.

Since explanations can take up a long time and are better done in a timeskip, why don't we do just that, a timeskip?

Us students involved in the bout get arrested by guards, put in holding cells, and interrogated one by one so nobody gets to corroborate their testimonies. The guards file a report and the Headmaster decides whether he should punish anyone.

And we could do all that in a summarized timeskip, maybe roleplay out the ending when the headmaster calls us all to his office and says his verdict (maybe we all have to do community service or write essays on how it's bad to force your way or go right for your fists, or something.)

That way we could hurry to the tournament which everyone's gonna be involved with, I think.

You're the boss though!

Thats not a bad idea. However They have to face Horingmar!!! Then comes jail time skip thing, but honestly it's best if we stuck to my original plan. I intend to have them face Horingmar and Sebastian,  face Zerath, and then have them face punishment. They can then go to the tournament under a probation period. When I say probation, I mean they have to follow Horingmar all the time. (But that doesn't mean you can't slip away from him.)

That sounds like a long time from now...

If atleast one of them can answer we can get to the Time skip and the tourney, but I or Zerath can't have fights go unpunished. Plus all good things come to those who wait, and you guys have waited a long time.

Wait, what? Why would we be put on probation when all we did was defend ourselves? O__O

You fought with other students, tackling one of them in false accusation. You didn't really defend against Seiren, you attacked him. Self defense still gets punished friend. Come on it wouldn't be fun if you all just got away with this, blood was shed! Probation is a minimal punishment compared to what could've happened to some of you... ;)

Seiren actually deserves to get punished :P  He caused frost bite on a man's hands and if the man isn't immediately helped, that frost bite will grow. Even if he is healed, it is very possible that he'll never hold a weapon again.

Of course, that is also the nicest thing for him to do, he could have just killed him.

Come on, students, kill each other nicely. *shakes head*

Looks like a harsher punishment is in store for you. Shame, scene 2 and you are trying to kill each other. Shame!!!

Come now, it wasn't like Seiren was just a bystander Jamie threw down; his hand was outstretched and he was gonna cast a spell on a restrained Kurumi. If that's not due cause, I dunno what is.

Should Jamie have just stood back and waited to see who Seiren actually hurt, no matter what the very situation right in front of him was saying? Really, under the circumstances there was no helping it.

The only thing Horingmar is worried about is the fact that blood was shed. If there was no bloodshed then he would've just sent to the nurse. Seriously do you think real fights go unpunished? I'm just giving your characters a small slap on the wrist, except for Seiren that is. You really don't have to worry about anything, you still get to participate in the tourney.

I think the punishment is way too strict for just trying to do the right thing >__> Calling it "a real fight" is a bit much considering the variety of involvement, and who the clear aggressor was. If anything, this course of action would make other students afraid to stand up for a victim. Which may yet explain why none of them did :/

Plus... A babysitter is quite a bit more than a slap on the wrist. Writing essays about how we could have made smarter decisions would be a slap on the wrist, or even just losing free time.

Meh, Seiren doesn't care about being punished. He was tortured as a child :P  He is far more concerned about his training.

Hmm something seems odd in these posts, and maybe I misread yours, but... well, here's my understanding (or misunderstanding).

In Emiya's post, Kurumi claimed she was the only one to beat up the bad guys. She claimed nobody else raised a fist. That being said, both of your posts seem odd; Seraph, in yours you called her explanation concise, when it was a blatant lie haha; Onyx, in yours you punish Jamie and Yukie despite the fact that Kurumi shouldered blame for their actions.

I was gonna have Jamie express his confusion or at least stand up for her. Dunno about what to do now with the apparent contradictions.

Never said anything about it being honest. I said concise. Her explanation was straight to the point. And it was :P  Seiren didn't disagree with her either.

Haha, yeah. Oops.

I double-checked my source and edited accordingly x))

Still! xD  A lie is a lie!

xD Stop trying to confuse me!

I'm still confused! Neither of you seemed to acknowledge Kurumi shouldering blame in your posts, so I dunno if you misunderstood or if I did.

What's happeninggg
