Mmm i think it'd be an interesting angle to start with, I've got a lot of potential ideas. Just a couple quick questions, what is Rosa looking for in a Master? From her CS, it has to be someone she finds worthy, someone who has honour. I just want a bit more information so I can figure out what type of character i want to create (don't worry, it'll be something I want to create, but I think your input is important for this character). Is she looking for a more experienced warrior, someone she can learn from and protect, perhaps someone she aspires to be/live up to? Or is she looking for someone who needs more protection and she'll be their "shield." Does this person have to be titled/landed/nobility? Or will she follow anyone she deems honourable? Does this person have to be able to pay her regularly (i get that money isn't a big deal to her, but you know, lifestyle expenses and such, or is that a nonfactor. Is she looking to swear a formal pledge (fealty) to this person, or will it be more of a casual contract? Sorry for all the questions, you don't have to answer all of them x'D I just want to get a baseline for which way to take my character! Feel free to PM me if you'd prefer to have this chat there.

Everyone, I have some bad news and worse news.


Bad news is that I won't be active for about 4 more days, so progress on this will halt.


Worse news is I lost my Great Grandmother yesterday, and I am now going to her funeral in Colorado.


I might be able to do some work, but my life is at a standstill.

It's some good questions that you asked.


I'm thinking Rosamund dreamed a lot so her ideal image for her master will be quite unrealistic. A heroic figure in legends or something.


She seek to pledge allegiance (correct me if I used this word wrong) to an honourable man, who perhaps have some reputation of his own. She is not looking for a payment.


I didn't add this in her bio, but I originally thought this could be a quote, something she might say.


"I am searching for myself a master."


"He may not need me, but I shall compliment him, like charcoal to the flame."


(I didn't add this because I was looking for a metaphor more... night related. )

Interesting, interesting. I planned on having him be a bit older, perhaps in his 30s or 40s depending on what Onyx allows. I just wasn't sure whether to make him a warrior or scholarly type. Well I have somewhere to start x3

Even if he is a scholar it is fine. Just the trait has potential to be someone special I'd say.


But like I said, Rosa has her ideal too high, so maybe only after sometime or some event will she willing to accept someone as a master.

Mmkay, oh don't worry, he'll have his flaws, after all thats the most interesting part of the character.
 
Alright friends I'm home and everything is said and done. I'll continue working on lore, and finishing my characters so that we can start. 


DEADLINE FOR CHARACTER SUBMISSIONS IS THIS FRIDAY!!! I know you all wanted to play, that's why you are all here waiting on my grieving ass. Although, that sheet has been up for a while and I haven't seen very many WIP threads. I do know some of you are waiting on my lore but others havent shown signs of life.

You can make someone from the Valon family, (Vah ahl ohn) the Valons are basically the 2nd Royal family, second only to the Leskors.
 
This is an announcement. I'm sorry that I haven't posted new content, as a New College Student, my life has been much harder in terms of finding free time to get work done on this. However I am happy to say I got more Lore posted for Voral as well as the completed section on the 4 Relics. Please feel free to look it over, and tell me what you think. I have given some hints on to WHERE the Relics are, whether you intend to seek them out is up to you, just make sure to let me know before if you are seeking out a relic and which one you want. That way we can develop a plot together.

Also, I was trying to make a character that wouldn't use any of the relics, but then I read the description of the Sword. -_-
