Dystopian Society, The constables have had to resort to becoming full fledged Military police, to combat a powerful underground crime organization. A heavy influx of opioids has been spread into the public, and has become common among the residents of the large struggling city and both sides are using this as an advantage to controlling it. (Feel free to use, or even expand upon the idea)
