Green could just be their favorite color, or maybe they have toxic powers, or maybe they have some ability related to radiation; or their powers come from a green animal. Are there any green insects or arachnids? There surely must be.

I am getting some mad Bond villain vibes from this guy. Pale skin, devilish eyes, the pinkest facial marks I've ever seen making him stand out in a crowd, and that drip... classic Bond Villain!
