Moose, where I'm from the last post could count as high-medium to low-long so it's really all relative.

Medium, definately medium. Large would be okay for really intricate introductions of course, but hopefully not an every post thing, haha.

As Wreck said, it's all dependant on each person and their preferences. The folks that can write them hella long posts for each and every entry are either really talented or REALLY elaborate on every single thing. Attention to detail is admirable, but when it's something like 3 paragraphs on just the sky every single day you're doing something when it's not vital to anything, or something like that, then it's unneeded.


PS: Thanks for taking a gander at the thread, Wreck. Hope it looks like something you'd like. If not, best of luck in your search on finding a good RP that suits ya.  
Also, like I mentioned in the first thread, this is just what I look for in an RP, and most certainly not how I think everyone should be. Each person has their own style and are completely entitled to it. As for me, I like to find folks similar to me to RP with so we all get along well and the RP lives up to everyone's expectations.

Generally speaking, a medium post is about 2-3 paragraphs. A long post is 3+ paragraphs.

Yeah, generally speaking. I just kinda wanted to eliminate the sub categories of each length and just make it easier, which seemed to only make it more confusing, haha. In the end, I should just set a minimum so that folks who like longer posts can do so freely. C: I just didn't want those folks to feel out of place or like they're with other folks who aren't as serious about RP as them or something.


Also~ in your intro post, you said you like the post-apocalyptic thing, and I think in the end this RP may end up being along the lines of something like Fallout mixed with some other stuff. Should be fun! If you'd like to submit some input and such, you're welcome to, we'd be glad to have you.

Oh, totally. Do your thing. There's no obligations to this anyways. Folks can leave whenever, even after the RP starts as long as they would delete their posts and maybe post an outro before leaving. Have fun~!

Hence why I asked about the length with examples, since I too want to find like minded players. So for me length of posts is a factor.


Plus a) not comfortable with long posts b) because I'm lazy and I think 5000 (or more) words of reading for one round of posts is unnecessary. So it is important to me to know the range.
