I don’t know why, but I woke up this morning and I’ve decided I’ll finally give this a try. I’ve always been pretty reserved about this cause it’s a little embarrassing but I’ve always wanted to try out roleplaying! Sooooooooo here I am. Very excited but even more confused. Admittedly I think I’m going to need a teacher!

Its fairly easy. Join a cool group rp, usually there are directions on there and follow them. Ask questions if you have any.

And most importantly, try out a bit of everything to know what you like!

Thanks for the tips man. Though since I’m supposed to ask questions, how do I join a “group rp”? Sorry if that’s a stupid question, heh. I barely know how to use chopsticks, so all this beginner stuff is still kind of complicated to me.

ok so there is a bunch of group rps you can join in the interest check.
I have my own group rp (you will find the link in my signature, its Legends Never Die).

Essentially, you just usually show interest to the rp by writing a "Im interested" in the interest check or wtv... and they will tell you ok make a cs and join the discord ooc, or the thread ooc (depends where they host it) and from there you talk with people and stuff.

If you would like to join my rp, you are more than welcomed btw. It has new, experienced and has very talented roleplayers that will gladly help you learn about roleplaying if whats you desire.

Of course, there are so many rps out there that maybe you dont want to limit yourself to that! So, on the forum page... you scroll down you will see group interest check. Thats where you will find most if not all group interest
