I've spent the last couple of days putting the abilities together, they are mostly unchanged but there are some differences. Also some things such as Attack Speed doesn't exist in the turn based combat system so all AS buffs have been changed to Accuracy buffs.
It should also be noted I'm not the most experienced at D&D combat so there could be some balancing issues that will be fixed as they show up. But if anyone has any qualms or comments feel free to bring them to my attention.
Tryndamere-
Battle Fury- Successfully hitting an enemy grants Tryndamere a stack of Rage. Every stack of Rage grants Tryndamere +1 DMG. Tryndamere loses all stacks if he does not attack on his turn.
Bloodlust- If Tryndamere is attacked his next attack deals bonus D4 STR DMG. Tryndamere may activate this ability to lose the passive and heal himself for D4 CON, activation consume all Battle Fury stacks to heal +1 per stack.
Veigar-
Phenomenal Evil Power- Dealing damage to an opponent grants Veigar a stack of Phenomenal Evil Power, Each stack adds +1 to all Veigars WIS damage. Stacks last until the end of the encounter.
Baleful Strike- Deals D4 WIS damage to up to 2 targets, successful hits grant +2 stacks of Phenomenal Evil Power.
Diana-
MoonSilver Blade- Every 3 turns Diana's auto attack hits all enemies nearby.
Crescent Strike- Deals D4 WIS DMG to all enemies in an ark to her left. Afflicts them with moonlight.
Talon-
Mercy- Talon does D6 bonus STR DMG enemies who are suffering a crowd control effect.
Rake- Deals D4 STR DMG to up to 3 nearby enemies, slows.
Jarvan-
Martial Cadence- Jarvans first attack on each enemy of the encounter deals bonus D4 CON DMG.
Dragon Strike- Deals D4 CON DMG to enemies in a line. Pulls Jarvan to his flag.
Evelynn-
Shadow Walk- At the beginning of battle Evelynn gains stealth, while in stealth she cannot be targeted. Attacking causes her to lose stealth. If Evelynn hasn't attacked or been hit in 5 turns she re-enters stealth
Hate Spikes- Deals D4 DEX DMG to the last enemy Evelynn hit.
Leona-
Sunlight- Damaging an enemy with a spell afflicts enemies with sunlight. When an ally hits and enemy with a damaging spell it consumes the mark to deal addition D4 CON DMG. Based on Leonas CON.
Shield of DayBreak- Strikes the opponent with her shield dealing D4 CON DMG and stunning them.
Ahri-
Essence Theft- Every time Ahri hits an enemy she gains a stack of essence theft. At 9 stacks her next spell heals her for the amount of DMG she inflicts.
Orb of Deception- Sends out an orb dealing D4 WIS DMG to all enemies in a line.
Twisted Fate-
Loaded Dice- Killing an enemy grants bonus D6 gold.
Pick a card- hits an enemy with a special card dealing bonus D4 WIS DMG and applying an effect based on selected card
Gold Card- Stuns
Blue Card- Heals D4 WIS
Red Card- Strikes all enemies in an area.
Gangplank
Trial by Fire- Every 3 turns attacking an enemy sets them on fire dealing D4 DMG over the next 2 turns.
Parrley- Deals D4 STR DMG to one enemy. Killing them grants D4 bonus gold.
Ezreal-
Rising spell force- Hitting an enemy with an ability raises Ezreal's accuracy +2 on his next turn for every enemy hit.
Arcana Shift- Ezreal teleports a short distance. Upon arriving he sends out a homing bolt dealing D4 WIS Damage to the closest enemy.
Twitch-
Deadly Venom- Basic Attacks and abilities infect the target with a poison. Poison deals D4 STR damage at the end of the turn lasts 2 turns.
Ambush- Gains invisibility for 2 turns. While invisible Twitch gains +2 DEX and during the turn he exits invisibility he gains +2 Accuracy.
If a enemy dies from Deadly Venom. Twitch may recast Ambush again during that battle.
Not everyone is on the list because not everyone has told me the ability they wish to begin with. I decided to go a head and post my ideas so far but the others will be added once I know which abilities they want.
