"Reasons...." Miki responded fidgeting in her seat.

After taking her mother back from the hospital, Abi had to get out. She left to get some fresh air. A day full of, "Do you hate me now" and "Would you make something for all of us to eat if its no burden," Or a sudden realization from the lady that yes her daughter has tourettes was too much.


She slipped on a blue bathing suit and dress and left to swim down at the beach. Heat would make her skin freckle for sure but she didn't care. The sun beat down against her skin and dampened it, reminding her even though her mother was there, the world kept on living and didn't quite yet freeze over.

'' Yeah why not, indoor is just soo... boring compared to the outdoor life. Let's go to the beach and i ll prove it to you.'' stated Ryozo

"Ok. I will go find my swimsuit." Miki said, abandoning her spot on the couch to walk to her room. She shuts the door and walks over to her closet. She picked out a teal bikini and when to go change into her suit. She came out of her room dawning her suit and a thin outer shirt. "How do I look?" Miki asked shyly, trying not to look at him.

Eyes wide open, this time he couldn't content his feelings, he just drooled on the floor.. how does she...god she's beautiful.. '' You....god she's beautiful.. '' stating what he actually thought.

Miki walked over and smacked his head lightly, grabbing her bag and keys. "Let's go." Miki said, trying to distract him from her blushing face.

Abi got to the beach and dipped her feet in the water first. She felt surprisingly calm. Her mother had wrists covered in bandages and she was fine. In fact her tics, usually set off by being nervous or scared, seemed to diminish to once every few minutes. Her glasses were replaced by contacts and her hair was down, creating a sense of maturity that.. was never actually there.

The beach wasn't too far away, around 15mins of walk from Miki's condo. It was a beautiful beach well known for it's surfing potential. He walked towards a little wooden cabanon . He took out his keys and unlocked the door. The cabanon was real heaven for him, he practically was there 24/7 during summer. There was 3 different surf boards of divers shape hooked on the wall, A fishing net and many other aquatic objects. A little radio was hooked next to the sofa. The cabanon wasn't very big, but it could handle a 3-4 people in it at the same time. '' Miki, I present you my pride, my second house...'' he jumped on the sofa. '' Chelsey. And yes I did name this heaven.''

Miki snorted as he called the present shack a heaven. ' Sure is heaven to what I lived though' Miki though, sobering up. She walked over and sat next to him on the couch silent.

Abi stripped off her dress and got in the water. She swam out easily against the waves until she got to a waveless area where se couldn't touch. Then, abi floated on her back. Wow.. she could be at school. thank you mental health day! She wondered how Miki and Ryozo would be fairing. Too bad they couldn't have this.

'' Ok, give me 5mins,'' he pulled out an old used pair of swim shorts,'' and we'll go dip in the beach.!'' he walked in the very little bathroom(Could he even call it like that) and got changed. Usually he would just change in the middle of the room but Miki was there and he sure as hell didn't want to do that.

Miki waited patiently, swinging her feet around. She looked around the shack, absorbing every detail.

Ryozo came out of that cramped place. Geez gonna have to clean this place soon, there is spider webs everywhere! ''Do you like it ?'' asked Ryozo walking towards the entrance door and leaning on it.

"Yeah, it's cozy." Miki said, leaning back.

''So are you going to stay there or actually have a swim!'' said Ryozo excitedly.

 

[IceQueen]

"I'll swim." Miki said, standing from the couch.

 

[Bea Delaine]

Abi heard a familiar voice and grinned. She dove under and swam to where ryozo stood.. or a few meters away. "Hey! What are y-you skippers doing here?!"

'' Abi!'' Ryozo ran towards the water probably splashing abi in the face, he wasn't sure if he was excited to see abi or just the simple fact that he was in the water. '' Come on Miki! Hurry up!''

Miki placed her bag down and she took off her jacket. She ran out into the water, following Ryozo.

Abi grinned and flipped her hair back, revealling light freckles where her glasses and bangs would cover, on the bridge of her nose and forehead. "Why did you guys skip? Its school time isn't it? not that Im not happy."

 

[IceQueen]

"I wanted to have a contest and he insisted on doing it right then so he dragged me along." Miki said, coming to a stop beside Ryozo.

Ryozo threw his arm over Miki's shoulder, '' I had boring courses today and had a horrible night, so I just skipped it not finding the motivation.. and she just so happened to challenge me''

Miki shoved his arm of her shoulder.

Abi nodded solemnly, chuckling when she saw how close they were. They were made for each other. She would call it. "Ah well.." She decided against mentioning her own reason. said reason was part of why she would find a way to not go home. "I hate to ask, but either of you have an ext-er.. nevermind."
