I also picture a hint of the AD Police from Bubblegum Crisis in this.

What a cool as hell shot, Psychie! Would you mind giving credit to it? I like to sometimes follow the links and find interesting things they sometimes lead to.
Thanks but please keep in mind that just because I wrote it doesn't mean it's in effect. Not my gig but Psychie's. Heh!I personally like that idea. I'm still debating on just how Steven will feel about the Zentraedi as a whole, and Nova and now Dannigan's character in specific.
I just Googled 'Robotech Wallpapers Hover Tank' and it came up. I think it is a screenshot from the series, but I am not 100% certain of that. What a cool as hell shot, Psychie! To my knowledge, there are no cyborgs in Robotech except for the bio-experiments that the Invid have done to people, grafting mechanical limbs on their bodies or replacing large chunks of their torso with MDC materials. However, looking at the tech level, I have no problems pulling in some cyberware from the Rifts books to add to this, especially if a character gets badly injured and needs it. But that will come later. Right now, I don't see any of the team having cyberware parts on them.Hmm.... *puts down Appleseed Book One after having read the first two chapters.* Hey Psychie ?
Are there any androids in Robotech? I mean, real human-like robots? And certainly nothing like Bioroids from Appleseed, right?
I think I'd like Miyazaki to be something like Hitomi from Appleseed - a fully-trusted independent unit totally loyal to the UEG and trained especially for counter-terrorism and analyst work with combat capabilities. But somehow making her entirely human isn't working for me.
So... cybernetics aren't a thing in Robotech so I gather androids probably aren't either. So... how about a recently-grown Meltrandi clone? A "Cera" if you will (though definitely not to Cera's extremes with technopathy and all that!)? A recently grown and developed Meltrandi (like within two years or so like Felis) that never served under Lord Dolza against humanity, made for Auxiliary Specialist work? A female Exedore but suited for ESWAT work and thus well-suited for the Malconent situation in Brazil? Fully invested and fully trusted "for government work" and therefore for GMP/UEGs own "government agenda" (whatever you might want that to actually be)?
This would make for an interesting character, perhaps a "lucky charm" of sorts to add to a Spartas company, whose abilities and integrity are unquestionable - but being new to the world, she lacks experience. Kind of like a Meltrandi Appleseed Hitomi with combat skills I'm thinking?
What do you think? Sherwood? How'sabout you?
You have all been in the same initial training platoon for the VHTs, so you are at least somewhat familiar with one another, if not quite well acquainted, going through first the simulators, then onto live driving the tanks around the fields surrounding Monument City. We will be starting the game out a day after your graduation from tank school and being assigned to squads for deployment to duty stations around the world.Psychie How well do we know one another prior to game start, if at all? Are we an established squad already, or are we getting assigned to work together for the first time at game start? It will help to give me some ideas on how to react to Nova and Miyazaki.
